Dirty and food not good... Linda was very nice and her service was efficient. The hot wing sauce was weird. Way to thick and too salty. Also, if you don't like black pepper on your wings don't get them from here. I prefer traditional wings sauce. The fries are horrible. If you can't make homemade fries, just use frozen ones. This was our first night out since the virus hit and because my husband is taking chemotherapy we called and ask if we could sit out on the patio. They do not reserve any tables so we took a chance that we could get a table, which we did. I ordered our food over the phone but was told we would have to order as take-out. Big mistake, the hamburger steak was well done instead of medium, burnt bread and dried out baked potato. They asked if we wanted sour cream and butter but the butter is actually vegetable oil. Anyway the drink I ordered was a full cup of ice with one sip of cola. We had to eat our food with plastic fork and knife, to add insult to all of this they charged a service charge and a to-go charge. Our total bill came to $29.99 and I left a $7.00 tip before I knew it was a terrible meal we were about to have. I brought my steak home and fed it to the dogs, at least some one liked it. Ordered the hot wings and received 10 flats and no drummettes. This was very disappointing to me. Most restaurants try to give you a 50/50 split of flats and drummettes. Divey place but man is the wings great! Recently went with my friends who I was visiting that live in GA and they know how much I like wings and they were awesome! Rooster's has great food, a fun atmosphere, and are reasonably priced. My son loves their wings (his favorite place to eat wings), my husband loves their Philly steak sandwich, and I love everything their buffalo chicken wrap. Great Cheap little casual sports bar. Inexpensive, great variety of menu choices, fun and relaxing place to hang out. If you go for the service, this place is not for you because some of the servers are a little short and unfriendly but the great food makes up for it. The wings and BLT pasta salad are very good and so is the all u can eat spaghetti if you're super hungry. The salads are fresh and the other burgers are good. Dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. Feet were sticking to the floor and it was covered with dirty napkins and chicken wing bones. Celery and carrots were floating in milky-white water and the blue cheese was a joke. I was so grossed out I couldn't eat. With the dining area being as dirty as it was, I shudder to think of what the kitchen looks like. I know I'm in the minority as most of the reviews on here "rave" about this place which is why I was excited to try it. Great wings! They definitely are on the small side, so if you have a big appetite you need to order a larger portion. My favorite is the Cajun. It is a dry spice rub. Spicy and delicious! French fries are ok. They are very skinny and a bit on the greasy side. Blue cheese is DIVINE! Definitely a redneck dive, but our family has been coming here for years. Hard to describe this little hole-in-the-wall. My father-in-law has been forever swearing about how great it is, so we finally met them there this weekend. It's nothing much to look at, inside or out, but my husband and I had a surprisingly great hamburger (mine) and patty melt (his). The beer selection is not the best, but both the beer and the food are extremely reasonably priced. I think my burger and hand-cut fries were maybe 6 bucks, and the burger tasted better than home made. For under 10 bucks for an outstanding 1/3 lb burger and a Sweetwater 420, I think it's safe to say that we'll be back. read more

I would recommend that a Girl would get 10 wings and a guy get 18. Yes, they are smaller than most, but that is because they get them locally. Roosters wings may be small but that is because they are not some steroid/hormone jacked up chickens from the chicken plant.... now that I've gotten that out of the way... I was served fried mushrooms that were burnt on the outside felt like a fine temperature to eat until I bit into them and grease pockets exploded all over my face leaving a blister that now wont stop bleeding. Not only that but the center was still frozen meaning these were not fresh and infact flash cooked. I told my server and left as I was nearly in tears. I called the manager this morning only to be told that I should have cut the food open and let it cool. Who cuts open finger food?I have eaten at restraunts for 23 years and not once had this issue. If you want a word of professional advice, the customer is always right. This is good greasy Mercian food. It is a little funky but not so dirty that I was worried about food safety, think road house kind of place. The fries and the hot wings were the highpoints of what I had. The burger was decent but only that and it was really outshined by the fries....they were the best I have had in a long time maybe ever and I am not one to generally spend a lot of time talking about fries. The staff is friendly and I was seated quickly. There were some big college football games on and that seemed to have the wait staff distracted a bit; on the other hand there were some goods games on so I didn't care. Gone downhill. Last night final straw..$26 for cold, limp grease laden fries that didnt even fill a third of the container and 25 wings..threw fries in garbage. Small crispy and cooked to perfection.The homemade Bleu Cheese and Ranch dressings are excellent. Don't forget the fries. One order is plenty for two unless you love fries, then you'll want your own. Sauce ranges from mild (almost plain) to hot (not too over powering). If you really want to light up your mouth, ask for their special Rooster Red sauce. BBQ and lemon pepper is available too.
