This was a very fun place and service was great! Our server, Erina greeted us immediately after being seated. She took our order and answered all our questions. The Buffalo cauliflower was very good and the Cesar salad was big enough to serve two people! We tried the meat lovers pizza and it too was very good. Another plus is the fast service! I am very impressed with Roosters protocols on Social distancing, order ahead, pickup and delivery. I have always been a Roosters fan, and will continue to go. Ordered the food and it was ready when promised. Went to pick up and a sign on the door said to not enter unless you had received your order-is-ready text, which I had. When I went in, a person at the host stand directed me to the correct location for my type of order. I got my food, signed for my payment with a sanitized pen, which was then put back to be sanitized again, and out I went. Everyone was wearing masks, including the kitchen staff (fully visible). The food was okay. It was a Wednesday night and the place was packed, the bathrooms could be smelled as you approached them. The bowl our silverware came in was dirty and had a broken edge. The music was so loud people around us were shouting to be heard- the music was not needed as every table seemed to want to talk but couldn't be heard. Why do they do that? Let the people talk in a normal voice instead of screaming to each other. The TVs were great and showed great games. 1. Clean your bathrooms regularly 2. Throw away broken tableware 3. Local wing joint that serves some of the Largest wings we have ever had. The layout of the place is very nice, as this store used to be a Bob Evans location. The bar area is Huge and bar seating is first come first served and you can order your meal and eat while seated at the bar. There are Huge TVs located throughout the bar so its definitely a favorite on Gamedays. The menu definitely has something for everyone with tons of items including: wings, subs, salads and soups. If you're worried about COVID and going into this place then stay home. The waiting area by the hostess stand is packed with patrons waiting for a table. The little teenage girl at the front just stood there while everyone packed inside not enforcing social distancing. I was told to go inside and I will be helped. Another girl greeted me. I told her my name and told her I ordered online. When she couldn't find my bill she told me that I must have ordered via phone. How do you tell someone how they ordered? I told her that I've been parked outside the lot where I ordered 15mins ago and was told to come pick up my order. And that I even received a text. She gets up and goes to a computer and finds my receipt and said it did not print out. I got my order and she handed my receipt to sign. SAWMILL RD AND 270 LOCATION!! This location just opened yesterday and my husband and I came in for lunch today. He ordered 15 boneless wings with sweet thai chili sauce mixed with Korean bbq, and potato chips w/dumpster sauce and I ordered a fried chicken parm sandwich and chips. The boneless wings were the perfect temperature and sauced beautiful. They mixed the two sauces equally and they tasted great. Chips weren't undercooked nor were they burnt to a crisp, they were perfectly cooked. Last but not least, my fried chicken parm. I love the bun they use, it's a nice big brioche bun and it holds the chicken perfectly. The sauce, which I know is made in-house, was made per recipe because it was spot on. Delicious. I'm vegan and order the veggie sub (it's made with garlic butter but I pretend its not there because its so good. Don't tell anyone) and a side salad with Rooster's Red. Our 6 year old loves the corn dogs and my husband is a big fan of the wings- boneless AND traditional with medium sauce. He also is happy to eat the cheese on my salad and sub when I pick it off. I love roosters. This is by far my favorite wing place I believe their wings are very large compared to some other places like a BW3 or Beef O'Brady's. The Waitresses are always really nice people are good they got great cold draft beer I got hot wings always go with the donkey wings with ranch and fries with no telling how much money I've spent in this place to be honest. But I've never had a bad meal here, steak and potato chicken wing type of dude and this is right up my alley I put this above Hooters I put this above any other wing place this is by far my favorite sports bars American bar whatever you want to call it. I have been to this Roosters about five times since my sister lives down the street in Grove City. I honestly have never left this Roosters feeling satisfied or that I even want to come back (my sister has four little kids and she & her husband enjoy Roosters so I never argue when they select it. They're the ones dining out with kids so I just go with the flow). This most recent time, we didn't have the best experience. First of all the parking situation here is BAD! You wouldn't think so because they have their own dedicated lot. I'd say the lot holds about 40 cars at least, but it's always overflowing. We got there at 5pm on a Saturday which I didn't think would be crowded at all (it was also the Saturday before Super Bowl Sunday so I figured everyone would be at Roosters the next day...not the day we went). Boy was I wrong! The parking lot was packed. I was one of five cars circling over and over. I watched people park in the White Castle lot next door. I contemplated doing the same but did not want to risk getting towed. Finally I saw a girl who looked like a waitress walking to her car. I stalked her and instantly put on my blinker! All told, prepare for 5-10 minutes to park here on a busy night. Even when I got into the restaurant, there are signs warming customers that if they park at White Castle or Red Roof Inn, they will get towed. So it's obviously an issue there. Anyways, the seating area was also very overcrowded. I put our name in and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I hated sitting in the waiting area because literally every minute someone was opening the door to either leave or come in and it was 20 degrees outside. Brrrr! My sister arrived with her kids and after 30 minutes, I went in to check on where we were in line to get seated since it was now 5 minutes over our projected time. I went up to the same associate who put my name in initially who now told me it would be ANOTHER 25 minutes. That is RIDICULOUS! I was not happy with her and she just kept shrugging and saying "there's just a lot of tables still here." I honestly wanted to leave. My sister was okay with staying. However, we moved into the inside of the restaurant and waited by the hosts stand where it wasn't so cold. We were kinda in the way (as were other waiting guests) but I honestly didn't care at that point. Oddly enough, our buzzer went off after just five minutes. I was definitely relieved! We got seated in the booth. Our server was named Jenn and she was okay. She got the job done and we had everything we needed. I ordered the new buffalo chicken wrap with a side of hot sauce for dipping and a side of tator tots. I felt like it took too long for the food to come out. I'd say 25-30 minutes when it should have been 15-20. Even at one point my 6 year old niece told our waitress "Please bring out our food!!! I'm starving!" Lol! When our food finally came it was just totally average. The cafe at my workplace makes better buffalo chicken wraps. I also hate the hot sauce here. I forgot until I ordered the extra side of sauce how horribly liquidy it is here. Sauce should have a certain texture and the hot sauce here is pure liquid. I hate it. It also makes it super messy when trying to dunk a wrap into it. The ranch cups are also small and I probably could have used two for the wrap. Lastly, the tator tots were totally subpar. That's one thing I don't understand about Roosters. I loooove all things potatoes and find them really difficult to mess up. But I've tried the chips, the fries, and now the tator tots here and none of them are good. They just don't have flavor or seasoning to them. All in all, I do not recommend Roosters, especially this one due to the parking situation. I love wings, fries and bar food but I've never been satisfied with a meal here. I've been bringing the family to this location for 10+ years. Best wing spot in all of Columbus, Ohio. I've tried several things on their menu from the Chicken Parm sandwich, to the pizza and of course the wings. We've never had a bad experience here. Parking would only get a 1 star, if you get here after 4 on a Friday you may have trouble finding a spot to park, it's taking me 10 minutes sometimes as I would have to do laps around the lot until I find someone leaving the restaurant. read more

I went there for lunch earlier today. The waitress I had seemed nice. It's typically a nice place to go. However there was a very unpleasant customer there who was handled very poorly. There was a man probably late 40s early 50s in there who kept going back to the restrooms. That in off itself would been fine, but he kept going towards the right which is where the women's restrooms are located. A young man (15-17) informed multiple employees about the older man's behavior and nothing was being done about it. Eventually the young man screamed at the older one because nothing was being done. Finally a manager came over but all she did was t tell the young man to be quiet because the older man wasn't doing anything wrong. The older man left for a few minutes then eventually came back going towards the women's room and the young man began yelling at him again. The older man walked back to his table for a little while after that. Then a waitress (the older man's daughter) came ober and screamed at the young man "HE'S NOT GOING INTO THE WOMAN'S ROOM" then walked away. The older man came back about 5 mins later and started scraming at the young man looking like he was going to hit him. A man at another table had actually recorded that and the older man walking towards the woman's room. A little while later a manager came out and told the young man he needed to stop and nothing happened to the older man. Also the young man claimed the older guy works at his school and has followed multiple girls into the restroom including his younger sister. The boy told his father (who wasn't there) about the situation and the father called 911 which leads me to believe the boy was telling the truth. TL;DR The emplyees I normally have are nice. A creepy dude kept going into the woman's restrooms and nothing was done about it because his daughter works there. read more

I was caller #2 in line and was on hold for 32min. When the lady answered the phone she did apologize for the long wait for holding. She then tells me you can do online ordering instead of calling in. Well sadly YOU COULDN'T ORDER ONLINE when it's not even working. And some of the food isn't even on the online ordering option. What also bothers me is for us people being on hold for such a long time you would think it would be nice to get a Free appetizer or Entree. But nope...$60 worth of food and apologize is what you get. And this isn't the only one cause Pickerington is the same way. Eat inside or skip take out here until they can fixed this issue.
