I could cry. I'm on a mostly liquid diet for medical reasons and I have been allowing myself to have one solid food meal a week. I have been craving wings and planned a real meal for tonight, looking forward to it for days. Salivating all day (you'd get it if you couldn't eat food either). Saw this place had a good buy-one-get-one deal on uber eats, didn't read reviews, decided to check it out for the first time. I got two orders of smoked bone-in wings- 6 hot buffalo with ranch, 6 garlic parmesan with ranch. Added side celery with ranch. Tasted horrible!! Smokiness added a bad flavor. Garlic parmesan sauce was gross, could only eat one. Hot buffalo sauce was okay but I didn't like the taste of the wings, only ate 3. And the order showed up with no ranch! This is a wing joint, you don't include dipping sauce? I'm so disappointed! read more

The order was over 45 minutes late. It arrived with out the second sauce, celery and blue cheese. The wings and fries were cold and tasted burnt. The drink had ice cubes so the food was cold before it left the restaurant. read more

Do not recommend at all, especially if you plan to order ahead online. They do not monitor the orders, we ordered at 11:00 am today to pick up at 4:30, got there at 4:45 and they had not even starting cooking our order! Ok. So I ordered from this location once and they're Reynoldsburg once as well. Both times were delivered through Door Dash and Uber Eats. My first experience with was pretty bad as the food was extremely mediocre. It was edible but barely. The second time I ordered a combos which imclided 8 wings, fries, and a drink. Upon receipt I only received the wings. I complained to Door Dash even though I know it wasn't their fault. Third time I hesitated but they had a buy one get one free boneless wing deal. I should've known better. Their boneless wings are pathetic and, unlike other wing places, it is obvious they don't toss their wings in the sauce. It seems more like they spoon it on there like spaghetti sauce. Also, I got 2 different flavors and, unlike other places, they do not separate the flavors. So they all become one sauce. If this is how their boneless wings are I would hate to see their bone in wings! I definitely will NEVER order from here again! At any location. They need to get their s*it together. This is NOT a wing place & I would steer clear. Go to BWW or Roosters if you want quality. read more

Mark spent 75.00 on 2 orders of whole wings a fry and onion rings... got 1 whole order and 8 single wings for $18 a piece.. didn't get the right sauces ... called right back in at 11:10 and they didn't even close until 12 and the manager on duty said he couldn't refund or make the food I paid top dollar for because they closed the kitchen 40 minutes before closing ... b.s .... me and my co workers travel from out of town to come to the Columbus fair auto auction and I got to say the manager and service was the worst I have ever seen.... he said I bagged this one up personally and the sauces were what I ordered... then asked if I tried them of course I did I used to eat here every time I came up... then he said they must have been out of scorpion sauce..after trying to say they sent me scorpion sauce .. 1 out of 10 for customer service and management trying to fix a screw up on a 2 person $75 order ... never again ... highly disappointing read more

Not sure who thought it was a good idea to place different sauce options in the same box, but that was a terrible idea. Different flavors should be in different packaging not co-mingling together, confusing the flavors. Not to mention that the wings were not actually tossed in sauce, but barely drizzled in sauce. We ordered a combo and did not receive our fries, or the drink, nor the extra sides of sauce ordered. Thankfully, Door Dash customer service tried to have this taken care of by having the restaurant correct the order issues, however, the corrected order arrived again without the fries. Just another bad experience from Smokey Bones which is who handles the Wing Experience! We will not order from them again! read more
