As the name indicates it's all about fried chicken. The chicken is brined with salt and water overnight. Makes the chicken super moist and crispy, it doesn't get any better. Why vegetable oil? They use 100% vegetable oil for their frying needs. It adds a nice mild flavor to the food, holds up to high temperature well, and its plant based! For the vegetarians out there, our fries are hand cut by us and brined overnight. No added ingredient. Potato, salt, water.
