Though prices are higher than at HEB or a big box, I continue there for the advice & availability of things like compost and rooting stimulant, and find the crew under Mark's daughter to continue the good advice; and the somewhat higher price but greater variety and knowledge plus my pricing for customers of 1/2 the retail price of their plants bought there make it work out very well for me; and I've just bought my second Sweet Bay for MY OWN yard, recently, when the first, which made great chicken soup, froze during one of the frequent "SnowVid '21," SnowPocalypse '23," deep-freeze events... Next project is to begin filling my 5 Birdies steel 30" tall raised beds and my 4 Vego Garden 32" tall steel raised beds. I hope to have enough left over to restock my greenhouse with potting mix. The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.

Tree was delivered and planted the very next day. I also had them deliver and spread 2.5 yards of mulch. The 3 man crew, led by Osiel, were efficient, hard working, and friendly.
