Im impressed. I have to do another 5 star review. Had a toilet that has never flushed right. When I replaced my tile I put a new seal on; but that still didn't fix it. We have a home that was built in 1978. When we purchased our home this last September, we had the seller throw in a home warranty so when our pipes started backing up, I called our home warranty company. I was charged a $69 service fee and had to wait 4 days for the company they chose to come look. That company proceeded to tell us that they couldn't snake our drains because there was no clean out. They then quoted us $2000 to have one installed and the home warranty wouldn't cover it. I was in tears. I couldn't afford that. When they left I started looking for someone else. I ended up calling Ro and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes and $250 and he had cleared my line all the way to the street!!!! We had a plumbing emergency in the new home we just purchased, the toilets wouldn't flush and then water was standing and backing up into both bathtubs. I called Ron after seeing great yelp reviews and he came out first thing this morning. He gave me a quote on the phone to rooter the main line to the house and get the clog out. He also sent a camera in to diagnose the problem (which is an additional charge that he mentioned on the initial call). My problem was larger than just Ron fixing it, although he could have.
