With the benefit of a tour guide, we were able to pick up on the little interesting pieces embedded in each work. Well worth the trip.

Healthy fast-casual done exactly right…read more The real genius of Vessel Kitchen is that it completely skips the boring, rigid health-food templates and lets you build a meal that actually makes sense for what you're craving. The menu is an absolute playground of clean eating--you can seamlessly mix and match high-quality proteins, perfectly prepped veggies, and robust sides, then tie it all together with their incredible scratch-made sauces. Everything is vibrant, deeply flavorful, and incredibly fast, whether you're sitting down in the space or grabbing a quick takeout order on a hectic evening. It is the ultimate spot for a fast, custom meal that leaves you feeling genuinely fueled, not weighted down.

At first, it can be a bit overwhelming but the staff is very well trained and walked us through every step and each option that can meet each dietary restriction. You can either make your own plate by choosing (1) protein and and (2) sides or pick from their signature bowls or flatbread tacos. I made my own plate with blackened steelhead, which is a freshwater trout but could pass of as a salmon. For sides I tried their sweet potato hash and quinoa. Then topped it off with their green sauce, which was recommended by the staff. I love that they were able to recommend a sauce based off of the choices I made. You can also order online, which I think it is great if you're on the go and already have an idea of what you like from here. Ordering in person and getting to see the food and get help from the staff is amazing for first-timers.

The staff were welcoming and kind and accommodating. I love how all the food is out so you can see what looks good. I love that they have premade combos but you can also pick your own protein and sides. Literally everything sounded good. The prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, everything came out quickly, the flavors were balanced and interesting. I got the lemongrass shrimp, Caesar broccoli, cauliflower, and the cucumber snap pea salad. I love their kids menu. The prices and options were great and they even got a Rice Krispie treat. My kids loved the Mac and cheese and the pita strips. They have a few canned beers, seltzers, and wines. They also have a couple desserts. I wish we were local- we'd be regulars.

Definitely will be back. Brilliant concept and delivery.

We came because we wanted gourmet burgers. Turns out that their two burgers were bison burger. No thanks. No matter. My friend and I had the Traditional Navajo Taco(s) and his wife had the Sheep's Steak Salad. Everything was delicious. I put the "s" in parentheses because the menu is in plural but it really is just one taco. The Navajo Taco description from their website: Our Navajo tacos are a true taste of tradition--crispy, fluffy fry bread tacos topped with flavorful ingredients, served alongside cilantro-lime rice and pinto beans. Whether you're searching for Indian tacos near you, Navajo food, or the best tacos in Provo, this dish hits the spot. Find out why so many call this the top Navajo taco at one of the most authentic Navajo restaurants around. Also known as Navaho tacos, it's a must-try comfort food. It was excellent. The fry bread was nice and spongy and the toppings were flavorful. The refried beans and the rice were also excellent. Not just good, but excellent. She really enjoyed her steak salad as well. All in all a really good meal, didn't even miss the gourmet burgers. So yes, you better make a reservation. And this was a Thursday night. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

GETTING HERE: This…read moreLDS Temple is located at: 1451 S 1100 W Orem, UT 84058. TBH, I still struggle with Utah streets and maps, but the address is correct on Yelp and you should navigate directly to it without issue. It's located "between" the Interstate 15 and Geneva Road/the 114. REVIEW: This is a sacred Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sacred Temples are not just associated with this church; other faiths have these holy buildings. A LDS Temple is different than ward buildings, which are open to the public. LDS Temples are only open to the public during the Open House before it's dedicated. Please review official Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints websites for information and data. The property is breathtaking. The Temple footprint is huge; I would almost argue it's near the size of the Los Angeles LDS Temple or even Salt Lake. I don't have the accurate data, but this Temple is huge. So majestic and breathtaking. There's no denying the peace and serenity one feels when they drive on the property. When you're in Utah, definitely make it a priority to see the Orem Utah Temple in person. https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/temples/details/orem-utah-temple?lang=eng This LDS Temple was announced: October 5, 2019 and the Groundbreaking began on September 5, 2020.
