She took care of me the same way she had 10 years ago, with wonderful care, as if I was a member of her family. So I scheduled an appointment for 2pm. I got here at 1:20pm and around 2:15 I was told I was going to have to wait an " hour or an hour and 15 mins tops" at that point I asked if I could leave for an hour and come back and be seen and I was told yes & that if they have something sooner I would be called to come back sooner. I got back an hour later and waited in my car for 15 minutes, then proceeded to sit in the waiting room for 15 more minutes before I decided to ask how much longer would I have to wait.... seeing how it was a little past 3:30. Here I am so close to 4pm and still haven't been seen. My suggestion to this office is to not schedule appointments if you can't keep the schedule. All I can say is I'm beyond disappointed with the services here. read more

I have recently had root Canals done at the Bellflower office, the service is excellent, but what I do not understand is each time I have went there, I have had a few of the Cone Beam CT which costs on top of the root canal per tooth, I feel that the Cone Beam CT is not necessary, especially if you are going there to get just a root canal done with the xrays that your dentist provided you with, and this all that they specialize in is root canals. I was told that the Cone Beam CT Is done to show dental structures, soft tissues, nerve paths and if the bones are damaged. I have had 4 root canals in the past couple of months and each time I was charged for the Cone Beam CT, in which I did not see no reason for it. In the past years ago this was not done, a dentist knows when you have soft tissues or bone problems in the mouth. This is new and could be very pricey. I strongly disagree they way there are making money doing the Cone Beam CT. read more

I was overcharged in my co-pay. I had rootcanal and the Delta Dental statement showed that my co-pay should only be $177.60. However, this clinic charged me $350 for co-pay. Prior to going to their clinic I was told on the phone that my co-pay would only be on the range of $200. I was very surprised when they asked me to pay $350. I did not complain then because I was in so much pain. But, when I received the statement of Delta Dental Insurance, it showed that I should only pay $177.60. I called Delta Dental and they told me to ask for refund because Rootvision has to follow their agreement. The dentists may be good but not worth going if the people at the front desk will try to cheat and make you pay more than what is required. It's like they are taking advantage of the situation when you are in pain. Some people don't realize that we can always check the amount that we should pay. read more

I have to start this review with stating I have the biggest fear of any type of dental work. I came here yesterday with a tooth that needed a root canal. The receptionist Desiree was great when I called first in the morning and was able to get me an early appointment same day. Patsy and Ann were great as well. Taking payment was simple and the explanation of my benefits went smoothly and they explained everything perfectly. Dr. Sagong was awesome in explaining what needed to be done during my procedure. He explained step by step and his dental assistants Rafie and Angie were great. They checked on me consistently and made sure I was going okay. The procedure went well and I didn't have any pain during the process. Considering I have a fear of dental work, the staff here made the process painless and I could not have been happier with my experience. Definitely recommend this endo center! read more

January 2015, If you enjoy pain and arrogant people, go see Dr. Pham. She could careless about hurting you. My dentist sent me there to get a root canal on a molar. He said they were specialists in this area. I told Dr. Pham who referred me and that I was in alot of pain. She proceeded to JAM THAT STEEL PICK INTO THE ROOT OF MY TOOTH!!! I CAME OUT OF THE CHAIR SCREAMING!!! Holding my throbbing jaw with my hand, I incredulously asked her why she would do such a thing. She arrogantly said she needed to INVOKE PAIN!!! I'm 6' 2" and weigh 270 lbs., if she'd have been a man I would have laid him out right then and there and invoked some PAIN myself!!! She told me to sit back down and I told her there was NO FREAKING WAY I WAS GOING TO LET HER TOUCH ME AGAIN!!! I left the place a nervous wreck!?! When I got in my truck I discovered that she had broken part of my tooth off! I decided to look into an attorney and found out that 80% of cases against dentists are losers because you need another dentist to testify against them and they won't do it. Also the attorney's can't make enough money out of the case to justify their time so they won't take the case. So I decided to right this review and hopefully prevent some poor sucker like me from having to suffer DR. PHAM'S TENDER MERCY'S!!! read more

Should have taken more heed to these reviews. Office staff nice, but are not medical professionals, and should not speak for the dentist. Unnecessary xray taken, especially when one taken in another office twenty minutes earlier. Any dentist should have the basic ability to read a simple xray, otherwise they're just trumping up the charges. Xray tech rough. Dentist does not have confidence in their profession, did not feel reassured of their ability and scope of practice. Would recommend to skip this place and search for another office. read more

The staffs are okay but don't really entertain their patients. The place wasn't even busy when we got there and they were just quiet. It was taking them a long time to call us. The WORST PART IS, the dentist, Kimberly Pham, is not friendly at all. She seems like always stress. Kinda scary to have her check our mouth/teeth. While I was waiting outside, some came out and left. Then the dentist spoke to her staffs and I can just tell she wasn't happy. Her face and gestures were really bad. Great service from this Office! I've been to this Office once before for another root canal and am back for another, and can say that my other tooth has not given me a problem since (even though I initially thought it would). Desiree was very Friendly on the phone and when I came in, I had to sign what is called the treatment plan. There was some confusion with my insurance copay but Patsy and Ann, the treatment planners, helped double check to make sure everything was okay. Very friendly service. As far as my treatment, I am sure that like my other tooth that i had treated here, it will not give me any issues. Talk about making what could have been a really horrible ordeal into something remarkably simple. I went to Rootvision in what was by far the worst pain I've ever experienced due to an infected tooth as a result of a botched root canal. Dr. Pham was able, over the course of two 2-hour appointments, to not only get rid of the infection, but also repair the botched root canal. The dental assistants were all amazing and easy to work with. While I hope to never experience anything like the pain that sent me there again, I am at least happy to know Rootvision is there. read more

I went here for an infection in my root canal. I had Dr. Sagong see me, and he told me to come back later again after doing a few x-rays and CT scan so he could explain my options (1. root re-treatment 2. apical surgery) and their success rates in better detail. The staff (Desiree and Patzy) is very friendly and approachable, and the dental assistant, Monica, asked me if I was okay multiple times throughout the procedure - so much nicer than dental assistants who just use the suction on you until you have dry mouth or simply go away until the dentist comes back! Erin, the manager, is very friendly and walked me through the prices, saying she would lower the cost for the second option(surgery) if my first option (re-treatment) didn't work, especially since I was paying cash. The office is very clean and their chairs are comfortable too. The only issue would be that I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes the first day for consultation, but it's understandable since I came in pretty much out of the blue. My advice would be to bring something to do while waiting, and know which tooth/teeth need attention, since they do ask in the initial phone call! I was offered a free gas card for my review, but all of my opinions are definitely not biased! My experience was just that pleasant! read more

The dentist is nice and very educated and great at explaining about what needs to be taken care of but the staff that does the insurance and billing needs to be on top of what they are doing. I am so mad because I went in to fix my bill and the lady actually didn't even revised my bill but instead I got a second bill. Also they charge me twice for two different services which I only had 1 service done. I am very upset and very frustrate that she did this. Also the first time that I went in they told me what my copay was and that would be all my copay is since my insurance cover the other amount but then when everything was processed I had more to pay?! Wth?!! Tomorrow I'm going in to get it fix and they better fix it! It's not my fault that they double charge me and charge me for 1 services that was not even done!
