Then they made the pleats the size of a golf ball which made my drapes much too narrow because they used up all the fabric width for huge pleats!!! I live on the other side of the city and they wanted me to order more fabric and bring them back. I found someone 5 minutes away who is light years ahead of these folks. She undid their work, remade them with smaller pleats and Boom! They are perfect. I went back and forth with the owner who doesn't care at all that I spent more to get these drapes repaired. He is not an honorable person at all. With customer service being so important these days, please know this company has none. Beware.

The place doesn't look like much - it's jumbled and messy - but they will order any fabric you want and were very accommodating. The cushions were done when they said and look great. He suggested "tightening" up the fill to make the cushions firmer and that was a great suggestion and not much more per cushion. I'll remember this place when I need future upholstery work done!

They're located in the downtown shopping district, about a five minute walk from the Decatur MARTA Station. The bold patterns and pops of color in the window caught my eye as I was driving down E. Ponce de Leon. I circled back, parked on the street and went inside to explore. They have a variety of merchandise: African print fabrics Masks and wood pieces Woven bowls Jewelry Purses, backpacks and sandals Wraps and scarves Kente and Greek graduation stoles A few racks are filled with ready-made men's and women's clothing but fabric is really their forte. Hundreds of beautiful swatches line the walls. Most prints are $7 a yard but the silks go for $12.50 a yard. Since I haven't ticked "learn to sew" off my bucket list yet, I felt in over my head looking at all that cloth. Fortunately, they have contact info for seamstresses so once I have a pattern I can choose the fabric and get something made. It might make sense for them to sell patterns but since they don't I'll need to find one elsewhere. Anyway, I left with a cowrie shell necklace for the boy and two pieces of jewelry for myself. I had no reply. So, over the next few weeks I followed up 3 more times, with no reply. I called again and spoke to Byron. He said it would be no problem, so I emailed him all the specs again, and sent a sample of the type of foam I needed via UPS. No response. Three weeks later I follow up with another email asking if he received the sample. No reply. So, a week after that I send an email with the subject "Disappointed", pointing out the horrible service that they have been giving me. I get a response from him saying that he was waiting for pricing from the supplier. How that translates into not ever returning one email I do not know. So, against my better judgement, I go ahead and place a purchase order. That was on November 17th, 2017. They acknowledged receipt of the order on November 21st. That was the last I heard from them. I followed up on November 29th, December 4th, and December 8th, just looking for an estimated delivery date. No response. Ever. So, on January 24th, 2018 I cancelled the order. This company is very high on my list of companies to never, EVER do business with. Avoid at all costs.

The following day I had a question about the order and emailed customer service as well as making numerous calls per day over numerous days - leaving voicemails with no response. This morning I went online and the business is listed as "temporarily closed".... I still have a $1500 charge on my credit card. If the business is "temporarily closing" then there shouldn't be any charges and the customer should be contacted. Even better the website should not permit online orders. This business is unethical.
