I'm a San Bernardino native and I'm so happy to have a Rosa Maria's in the HD. I've visited the new location twice and both times my order was messed up. The first time I took it home so I didn't get it corrected. The second time we ate at the location and I was able to get it fixed. I always get a Chile relleno burrito with meat, beans and extra jack cheese double wrapped. The burritos are big and getting them double wrapped keeps the in tack. You can never go wrong with a shredded beef taco either. read more

Ok first of all I love the food the problem is not the food the problem is the dining area is open no AC I understand because it's open to have four fans but there's flies and it's hot paper and open for 4 months the drive-thru is still not open it's sad that a business that was built to suit and they haven't done it right the food is great other than that they're losing a lot of money it's sad such a great place great food but the drive-thru is still not open like I said and the dining room you can't really eat there because there's flies and it's hot we are in the desert anyways I do recommend the place but they still have lots of adjusting to do read more

Every time we are in the Highland, Fontana or San Bernardino area we eat at Rosa Maria's. The food is FRESH, PLENTIFUL and DELICIOUS. Needless to say we were excited to have one in Hesperia. Sadly this place is BEYOND disappointing! Today we had the tostadas. They were less than 1/2 the size of those served at any other of the other Rosa Maria restaurants. The refried beans were watery and barely a smear on the tostada shell. There was very little lettuce and almost no cheese. So disappointing. Hope the owners take heed and correct the quality of the food at this location or it wont last long. read more

I went when they had newly opened this fast food restaurant. There was no drive thru at the time. You had to stand in line to order your food . There was no sit down menu nor service. That being said the person that took my ordered was super helpful and allowed me to have a taste of a few different items they had listed on their menu. Food was fairly good. But they did not have a lot of food items to select from . Which was disappointing. I have not been back because of their limited menu and no drive thru . read more

The famous garbage burrito won't disappointe although I go for a simple meat "pork" rice and cheese burrito or chilli relleno burrito. Call in your order for fast pick up or you might get caught in a long line. It's outside eating only. read more

This was my wife and my first time. We weren't sure what meat to get and as we were looking over the menu the young lady asked if we would like a sample . She brought us the pork Chile verde (incredible) the chicken n beef. All very tasty. But what great customer service! I believe her name was started with a D and she had red hair. I got the #1 and a beef taco. My wife got a chili Colorado burrito and said it was really good. Their meals don't come with tortillas so I order 3. Their tortillas are huge and only needed one. I made three tacos with one. There are so many disappointing fast food Mexican food restaurants in high desert but this one will have our return business. There is seating, nothing fancy but large area and clean. 5stars!!! read more

The signature MRC is what I missed when I was up here for 12yrs, used to get one when I was down there most times. Been to'm all. Moved down there again and had my choice of places depending on where I was. Now I'm back and so glad they are here!!!! Great food and great customer service. I'd like to start off by saying the staff are very nice and the manager is the best I recognize her from one of the other Rosa Maria's. Now I've been eating at Rosa Maria's for around 20 years so when this one opened I knew it was a god send but it was not, I always order the Chile relleno burrito this time was no different other than my burrito was mostly tortilla very little green Chile and a not fully cooked relleno. Bummer. I have since been back 2 more times the second visit the burrito was excellent. I thought yes they got it down, but the 3rd time was the same as my first visit. So I guess this location is 50/50 on any day I will try again and hopefully I can rewrite my review read more

Well...that's it! I will NEVER BE BACK!!!! I have been eating at Rosa Marias since 1981...in SB of course. When they came up here I was sooo glad!!!! Down the hill my wife and I LOVE their food. But up here...? absolutely NOT!!!! We have been ordering the same burrito for my wife, who is a vegetarian, since the beginning. They have gotten it right a couple of times...but they have gotten it WRONG many more times than they have correctly. She orders a chile relleno burrito with rice and cheese...hence the vegetarian part...we have told the manager, and most of the employees that she wants it DRY!!!!!! NO meat sauce..NO meat of any kind...and they refuse to do it correctly.Why ? I don't know..seems simple enough..but NO. Today's burrito had more meat than anything else!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! SO...We will never eat at THIS Rosa Maria's again. We will wait until we are down the hill...where All of the locations...SanBernardino, Redlands, Highland...have ALL maid the burrito correctly EVERY TIME!!!
