LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOVE this place. They're fast and friendly and EVERYTHING we've tried is fresh and incredible. We also like to pick up chicken tortilla soup and take it home for a fast meal that's consistently delicious! (The seasonings in this soup are spectacular!) Went into this little place the other day. Was NOT impressed. For one thing, when you walk in you would think it's a dance club the music is so loud. They didn't have a very good six foot distance between people.The man who sat us had the personality of a dish rag. We ordered 2 ice teas and a coke and he brought three ice teas and hurried off before we could tell him one was supposed to be a coke. The chips and salsa were really good but be warned they do charge for them. My mother and grandmother really didn't enjoy their plates and neither did I. Great Mexican food place, food is the best! The only bad thing are the waitresses, they're rude, hope they can address that issue!

My grandson and I were really excited to try this place. The guacamole was really good! I ordered the cheese enchiladas - also really good. He ordered the carne asada and within about five minutes of eating he began to have a severe allergic reaction, throat closing up, mouth tingling and tongue swelling, etc. I alerted the waiters and let them know he was allergic to peanuts and was told there were peanuts in the chimichurri (which was put on the carne asada dish). Heads up as this was not noted on the menu and is not normally an ingredient in chimichurri. The worst dinner experience. We ordered burritos. I wasn't sure there was a way to complicate burritos. We receive rice and meat in a bowl. No cheese. No beans. No burrito. Then we realize we didn't get carnitas but pork belly. So we were served the wrong meat. So really just the rice. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. Won't be eating here again. read more

I got the enchiladas suizas that came with rice and beans, and everything on the plate was delicious. Our table also got the Mole Madre and a kid's chicken quesadilla, and they loved those as well. The only thing that would've made it better is if chips and salsa were complimentary. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. Although it's part of a strip mall, the food at Rosa's is "next level" Mexican food. The chips are blue corn, thin and homemade and the green and red salsa's were outstanding. Carnitas stuffed burrito was not the typical football sized beast that you can barely finish, but a good sized, delicious burrito filled with rice, beans, cheese and tender, flavorful carnitas. Rosa Mexican Kitchen has been a favorite for sometime, but my most recent meal there was disappointing. The food was outstanding, but the service was horrible. After being seated, it took 15 minutes before someone came over and that was only after flagging down a server, who was then very rude about having to help her co-worker out. No one checked on how our meal was going and finally when we pushed our empty water glasses to the end of the table someone filled them. Just very disappointed in the service at a restaurant that I use to rave about. read more

I'm not one for a food critic but I was extremely disappointed in my dish. I had ordered Shrimp fajitas hoping to try them and although we did pick them up, it was only a short 5-10 min drive and when we got home the food was nowhere near warm. The rice and beans portions were small. The toppings I had asked for on the side were mixed together, and our tortillas were forgotten. As for the shrimp fajitas they were covered in melted cheese, not mentioned prior to me ordering them. My family has been in before and had a good experience, but this visit did not meet my expectations. read more
