I went back to Dr. Burke to get my filling re done and she was kind and patient with me even though I may or may not have been a bit dramatic about the needle. She didn't make me feel awful for being nervous or had a "deal with it" attitude as other DDS might have. I ran away from this office...she gave me an estimate over 10 000 dollars...i consulted another dental office and it was under 1000 dollar...i was shocked and felt betrayed ....Besides, they charge over 1000 dollar for a deep cleaning, most of the time...a deep cleaning is not even necessary but with her sweet words she talks you into it...as i said...SHOP AROUND FIRST and do not trust her, they only care for the money.... read more

What can I say about Dr Burke? It was 25 years since I went to a dentist, and she has taken all the fear out of the process. Here is what I experienced. She doesn't want to undergo unnecessary procedures. Shes all about saving your existing teeth. Her facilities are clean, bright and modern with all the latest gadgets in dentistry. Go in for a Zoom cleaning, its rather amazing. Her staff are all incredibly friendly and professional. They remember who I am. They look very happy working there. Dr Burke is VERY descriptive of what she wants to do, and gives you updates on what she is doing the whole time. You never get the feeling that she is rushing you. She doesn't want anyone to be in pain, and takes her time to make sure you are not feeling pain. She enjoys being a dentist, its obvious. She comes from a whole family of dentists! Her attention to detail is rather extraordinary. She wants to get it right the first time. Her prices are reasonable. Easy access and parking. Dr Burke is friendly, enthusiastic, funny, and trustworthy. I love what she has done to my teeth, and grateful she turned a lifetime of fear around. We moved to the area several months ago and unfortunately my dental needs fell on the backburner. I made an appointment with Dr. Burke due to an immediate need for a root canal, and they were able to get me the resources I needed to get it done as fast as possible. The initial portion wasn't done by her, but the follow up care was. I love everything about this place from the location being so close to home, to the feel as soon as you enter the office, to the entire team that works there who makes you feel right at home (and who doesn't judge you when you clearly should have made an appointment sooner...whoops). Hands down the best experience I've had with a dentist and dental office! Alicia at the front was amazing from the time I called to schedule my first visit through checking out after it was complete. She also called to tell me there was a cancellation and asked if I wanted it which I did! Always accomodating , funny and courteous. I recetnly took my 4 year old son for his first cleaning to Daryl and Rosalyn, amazing. My son was scared when he first walked in, our hygienist put him at ease immeaditly and performed an entire cleaning and x-rays keeping my son smiling and assured through the entirity. I was sold when Dr. Burke told me her motto is "pain-free for the patients". As a first time patient, she really took her time talking with me and did not seem the least bit rushed explaining what needed to be done and going over my xrays and generally chatting with me. She had a very gentle, caring touch when prepping my tooth for a crown and explained everything that she was doing. I love her down-to-earth personality too.
