Once you challenge them in the extra costs, they act like you should have known everything. They tell you all the important information when it's too late for you to educate yourself so you are stuck going with whatever they say and these are thousands of dollars of upcharges. 2. Lies, told us that prescription was sent to pharmacy when we left. Was waiting at pharmacy to get prescription but pharmacy claims to never have received the order after an hour has passed. Called immediately and said they they have sent it and it might take an hour for the system to update itself. 4 hours later, pharmacy still hasn't gotten the order. Called them back and said that they are waiting for the doctor to send it in. So you blatantly lied to me earlier? Everytime I call them, I'm just expecting some kind of dumb excuse or lie. Don't go to this place. They need to fix their shady business practices. Until then, it doesn't matter if you got good doctors or not, your shady business practices leaves a shitty feeling of being robbed for thousands of dollars.

    We were very disappointed with our experience at this dental office and ultimately decided to…read moretransfer our care elsewhere due to concerns about the quality of treatment and inconsistent office policies. One of the biggest issues was that the dentist rarely saw us personally. My husband was fitted for a night guard by an assistant without the dentist evaluating him first. After wearing the night guard, his bite felt off, he experienced tooth pain, and we lost confidence that his concerns were being properly assessed. We chose to switch to a dentist who personally examines patients and is actively involved in their treatment. What made the situation even more frustrating was how our records request was handled. When our child received extensive treatment, including a root canal and crown, the office did not require guardianship paperwork before providing care. However, after we requested copies of our dental records to transfer to another dentist, the office waited about a week to respond and then suddenly required guardianship documentation along with signed record release forms for every member of our family--even though we were simply requesting copies of our own records. We understand the importance of protecting patient privacy and following the law, but policies should be applied consistently. It felt like unnecessary obstacles were placed in our way only after we decided to leave the practice. We expected timely communication, consistent policies, and for the dentist to be personally involved in evaluating patients before treatment decisions were made. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and it is the reason we chose to find a dental office where the dentist takes the time to see patients directly. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to improve its communication, consistency, and patient care.

Throughout all of it he and his staff have been pleasant, engaged, professional, and as comfortable as possible for this high dental anxiety patient. I particularly appreciate Dr Janis' calm demeanor and patient approach. He takes his time during use of Novocain to ensure that I'm fully numb before beginning any work. I'm not just a patient on the conveyor belt. He treats me (and I presume all his patients) with respect and attention. His office is compact but has state of the art equipment. His exam rooms have air filters running for covid protocols. I've always had enjoyable interactions with the staff from reception to hygienists. I'm so happy to have a trusted dentist who has kept my teeth happy and in my head where they belong!

Headgear, braces TWICE, all of the everything-else in between was worth it and Dr. Janis has helped me keep my smile healthy and pearly white. I just had the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Thank you Noelle at Dr. Janis' office. Was it because I had not had one for some time due to the pandemic and before that, work? Or was it because it was the best dang cleaning of my life? Does it matter? Noelle and Sue have been amazing. They are engaging, patient, attentive... you name every positive thing you want in someone working on one of the most sensitive parts of your body - they are that!!!! They consistently check in to ensure I am never uncomfortable during my cleaning and are so gentle and friendly. Dr. Janis is professional and kind. He listens and delivers information in a way that is easy to understand. His office gives wonderful recommendations and makes me feel like family. I love love love coming to get my teeth cleaned here and I always feel like I walk out with a million watt smile. If I could give ten stars I would! Thank you Dr. Janis and staff!
