THE ER DOCTOR SAID IT WAS MAJOR NEGLECT. They ruined my coop apartment: flooded the bathroom, ruined the wood floors, wiped mucous and sputum in their hands and on my wood dining table, entire couch and floor, left dirt all over. Horrible horrible horrible. The stories are ENDLESS. At least one of the aides was not licensed or certified. At shift end, another came and she refused to leave, wanted to sleep there after neglecting my Mother for 3 days. I had to call the Police! It is all like a nightmare you just can't wake up from. Their NURSE does not supervise them, they protect the aides that abuse your family member. The devastation from this agency is incomprehensible and unimaginable.

I used this agency since November of 2017 for 24/7 home health care for my mother. At least four times in the last month, when an aid called out sick, a replacement was never sent leaving me in a crisis. Many of the aids were not professional. Many didn't greet her when they arrived. They spent endless hours on their cell phones and didn't engage with my mother. They questioned whether I was giving my mother her needed medication. The evening that my mother past away, was one of the evenings that no one showed nor were any replacements sent. And to add insult to injury the following evening an aid showed up which the agency had never cancelled. Lastly, the owner of the agency never even called to express condolences after my mother's passing. For the out of pocket cost that I was paying, I expected more professionalism.
