I can't think this team enough. Both my husband and I hurt ourselves and haven't been able to really clean our home. I HATED IT!! But when family was coming to visit we had to do something so I reached out to Rosa's. Ricardo responded immediately and his price for a deep cleaning blew me away. I made an appointment and the day of the ladies, Irma and Maudie(sp?) showed up on time and after a quick walk through got to work. I'm sure they spent more time than originally planned. I had done as much pre-work as possible but my house was still a mess. Finally, we scheduled our cleaning for today at 1pm, when asked for a form of payment Ricardo said he takes cash or check, then said best would be to re-schedule cleaning from today until next week last minute via txt....really? We are 2 working professionals, with M-F schedule, don't have time to waste, today was our day off and we wanted to meet our possibly new cleaning crew. We moved from Denver where had an amazing cleaning crew for years, for half the cost. One would think that with all the competitors around there would be more care and customer service!!! This was a move out cleaning of a condo. These folks might provide a good cleaning but I didn't find out because after providing a quote they increased the amount after they arrived. Increase was about 20%. This possible increase wasn't disclosed in their email quote and I felt that it was more than the job was worth. I also felt that it was a bait and switch. We disagreed on the amount of cleaning that was required as I had already cleaned several areas and the place was going to be painted. It was completely empty with no trash and all floors had been swept. There were a number of items on their task list that they did not have to do which made the job less in scope as well. They knew in advance how large the condo was, that it was 3 stories, the number of rooms and baths, etc. They were responsive initially but they also had to change the time the night before the appointment due to a staffing issue. It wasted a whole day for me as I was unable to schedule anything else. My rating reflects only the experience I had but not their quality of cleaning which might be very good. read more

Home run out of the stadium!!! Second time now using this company and they once again didn't disappoint. Their simple attention to detail is insane. Baseboards are whiter than before. Rosa's Pro Cleaning did an amazing job at our place. I contacted them about two weeks out, explaining that some friends with allergies were spending the night (we have a cat and a dog) and we would need a deep cleaning. We scheduled a day, but a week later I realized I had looked at my calendar incorrectly and our friends would be here a few days earlier than I remembered. The team was able to reschedule and came over on the same day that our friends would be visiting. I like to think that we keep our house fairly well straightened, but after three hours, the house was spotless. It was an amazing transformation!
