Not too bright and poor product, ordered medium thin crust 1/2 extra cheese and the other half light sausage, I got the pizza home, no sausage, so I call to tell them and the lady who took my order says let me check with the guy who made the pizza, that just says she thinks I am lying. Made an order for pick up with my 12 box cut outs of 50% off. Ready on time, easy access location. Only downfall was the guy at the counter, either he's a manager or owner, told me that the box cut outs I had were from multiple different Rosatis, and that technically it did not qualify. He still gave it to me, but the attitude was noted with a great push back to give it to me half off. Nothing on these said store locations or you must use at this location. There are proper ways to explain without making a customer feel guilty. Still a good pizza overall. read more

Came in not expecting much, but I was completely blown away with how good the food tasted.

UPDATE to review on 4/15/23 - The store owner Dennis contact me on 4/16/23 very concerned of our terrible experience and wanting to make things right, remake the order in full. Dennis personally delivered our make-up order tonight. Very nice man, very caring and wanting to ensure his customers are happy with his stores food. I am happy to say that between the over the top care the store owner took to fix this issue, delivery it himself, and this time the shrimp and mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly, not burnt or greasy, perfectly cooked. I'm definitely now willing to say now, meeting the owner and seeing the concern he has in his customers satisfaction, will definitely order from this Rosati's again in the future. Omg!!! Now this is Chicago pizza !!!! This is how pizza should be done . Ordered double dough pepperoni and sausage well done . It's so fresh hot !!! Crispy , cheese pulls when you bite so damn good!!! They play no games here when cooking your pizza. Get it pie cut ! Also had jalapeños poppers whoa spicy with cream cheese but so good !!! This Rosati's location is superb. We order from here for work lunch. We always pick it up. It is always hot. The flavors are always spot on. The price is right. I ordered a 14 inch pizza and a 16 inch both heart shape. 1 topping on the 16" and half topping on the 14 ". Total came to 48 dollars and change. Pizza not worth it at all. We ordered for pick up on Sat Dec 22 for our little family get together. This was my first time having food from this Rosati's and they did not disappoint! We ordered a couple of pizzas and a bunch of fried apps. The pizzas bit had tons of toppings and cheese! They were cooked perfectly. The sausage and pepperoni tased of good quality, some lower quality is usually greasy and just taste off but there's was very yummy. The veggies tasted fresh too. My sister doesn't get good pizza up in her town in Wisconsin so I'm so glad the pizza was on point! We ordered 5 different apps. Breaded Zucchini, breaded mushrooms, jalapeño poppers stuffed with cream cheese, Mozz Sticks and onion rings. The breading is what makes Fried apps and these were so good! Flavorful without overpowering the food it was covering. All were fried up to a nice dark golden brown and stayed crunchy from transit to the house. They never got soggy. To me that shows they drained them before packing up, which we appreciate. We grew up with pizza from a competitor, which is still around and we still love but I would turn down ordering from here again when visiting the folks. read more

Just had this happen when I tried to place an order with Rosati's in Addison... will NEVER order from them again .. and have ordered from them many times, but they have lost my business. I hear these are new owners.... not a good way to keep customers!!! I just tried to place an order for delivery with Rosatis for a baked lasagna dinner and she said the total was $14.88 and they said min for delivery is $15.00 I said so I am less than 20 cents away so you won't deliver and she says no. and then puts me on hold and the owner gets on the phone and says the same thing and says do you want to add fries or a drink and I said no. he said well we can't delivery so I said ok I will order from someone else that will and he says ahhh ok. and hangs up. That wasn't the 1st time - or even the 2nGet to the end of the order and not only are you slapped with a gargantuan total - but the coupon code they drew you in with doesn't work.. none of them work. Rosati's may be just another pizza chain, but it's one of the speediest places to order from in this area... Where else can you get a decent pizza (& multiple other eats) delivered in 20 minutes? This place is ridiculously fast! They could very well be considered the "Jimmy John's" of pizza delivery...They don't lie on delivery times. In fact, they are smart! They will tell you 30-45 min. and show up at your door in 20-25 minutes...with hot, fresh pizza... I soooo appreciated this the night I had a large group of hungry people at my home right after haunted house hopping and multiple libations later...Arriving back it seemed out of the blue everyone had the munchies....I had ordered from Rosati's awhile back and had a flash back of receiving a pizza in lightening record time....The super friendly delivery guy arrived totally unexpected...I immediately said.."Wow...you guys are fast!" His response: "It's our ovens...we bake the pizzas at 500 degrees." I happen to think its a *magical oven* to be honest... It was a late night, and taste buds were raging. From pizza to burgers, to wings...YES, I tasted it all.... We ordered a sausage and roast beef w/hot giardiniera. Out of the two...my fave was the roast beef.. tender beef...not overcooked...nice spicy kick from the hot giardiniera... I would order this again...sausage was good, but the winner was the roast beef...everyone loved it... Not a fan of the wings here...small, mostly batter...Buffalo has a nice kick if you like spicy... As far as the guy's answering the phones and reviews regarding rudeness...I have to agree. They sound rude initially...kinda like your bothering them at first...almost a sense of "ROSATI'S,..what the hell do you want?" BUT - after "breaking into conversation"...they lighten up...I've heard a few laughs or detected smiles on the other end...and all is good people! So don't let that stop you from ordering here... Here is another pizza place which is local to me that I used to frequent but had not ordered from in quite some time. Ordered on a Friday night a thin crust 1/2 sausage + pepperoni, 1/2 sausage + mushroom. Easy to order, easy to pick up. Smooth process. On to the pizza.....It was very, very good. The crust was thin, sauce was tasty, toppings were plentiful. It was a bit salty, but overall this was pretty good pizza and it made me wonder how come I had not ordered from here in such a long time. It won't be too long before I order again for sure. This is a great place for pick up or delivery. There is no seating at this location. The pizza is as good as at any other Rosati's location. They also have great wings and other stuff. Figure you will spend $20-$30 for pizzas. My wife an I like the large thin crust with pepperoni, onion, and garlic. The delivery times are great. If they say 15-30 minutes for delivery it'll usually be 15 minutes instead of 30. Enjoy! read more

Hmmmm. I see what reviewers are saying about ordering over the phone. I have never done this, I've always used their online ordering option and have never had an issue with my order being wrong. *shrugs* I'm able to apply deals and coupons pretty easily there as well. The food comes fast. The drivers are nice. No issues there. My family is a fan of their garlic sticks. They're kind of addicting. As for the pizza -- it's fairly basic. I'm not a fan of their double dough. It comes out bland. The crust is missing something. It just tastes like a bland saltine cracker. If you're gonna get pizza here get their thin crust. They offer good toppings. I've heard their Italian beef is really yummy. Average rating for an average pizza place. read more

After years of inconsistency, the new ownership a couple years ago seems to have returned this location to its former glory. Rosati's isn't going to be the greatest pizza ever, but when it's right, it's a consistently good place with good pizza. Even some of the other menu items (chicken tenders, fries, etc) are better than expected and everyone there has always been friendly. read more

Just tried to order my "usual" from this location. A location I have been ordering from for over 12 years. I got put on hold 4 times as they tried to get my order in the system. I got my total for the pizza and it was about $5 more than it was a month or so ago before the "remodel". I questioned the price and came to find out that the prices did go up and that there are new owners. I understand that there will be growing pains but the pizza is not the same. My review is a bit different . we called on A Friday afternoon as we saw their ad on local paper and decide to not go for our always the best local one and what a big mistake , a lady took the phone and asked for the address around 6 times and I keep repeating that . after that I gave the phone to my wife and she did repeat the address twice and then they asked for phone number and she did repeat her digits 4 times and we finally had enough .... We even told them that your phone have some issues and she was like "it is busy around me" well, answer the Damn phone in another place so you don't lose your business.loool. This was the only pizza place open for delivery at 10 pm on a Saturday night. I was really hoping for better pizza in Chicago. The driver was super nice and delivered on time, but the pizza crust was so dry it crumbled when you picked it up, and I'm not sure the toppings were correct. Sad way to spend $20. Sadly our experience last night was very disappointing. The girl who took our phone was incompetent and it was clear she wanted to be someplace else. $23 plus a $3 tip for a 14 inch pizza was a total waste of money. I can't count how many times I've enjoyed Rosati's Pizzas, pastas, and appetizers. As with most area pizza shops, it's delivery, catering, or pickup only. They are consistent and delicious. Try the lasagna- meat sauce, and whatever dressing for your salad. About $8, you get all that and some garlic bread. As a side note their buffalo wings, and specifically, their Inferno Wings, are not sauced. The wings are fried with a spicy infusion to their coating that is really good; just don't expect to lick your fingers though.
