three slices of pizza on a plate
    Josh W.

Made an order for pick up with my 12 box cut outs of 50% off. Ready on time, easy access location. Only downfall was the guy at the counter, either he's a manager or owner, told me that the box cut outs I had were from multiple different Rosatis, and that technically it did not qualify. He still gave it to me, but the attitude was noted with a great push back to give it to me half off. Nothing on these said store locations or you must use at this location. There are proper ways to explain without making a customer feel guilty. Still a good pizza overall.

My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan with Angel hair pasta and he wanted vodka sauce on everything. When he got his order, it came with vodka sauce only on the pasta and the chicken was in a separate container with a tomato sauce. He was able to try both sauces so that was good but he really wanted just the vodka sauce. It came with a piece of bread, which was really great too. I ordered the Sunday stuffed shells with cheese if you're craving cheese, this is what you want to order. Mine also came with bread. I don't eat tomato sauce so they substituted Alfredo sauce and it was delicious. The dining room was very small. They only fit maybe 3 to 4 tables in there. Unfortunately they have a table with empty pizza boxes and other supplies that really should be put somewhere else. I would not recommend dining in. The food was served in takeout containers. Everybody was nice there so it's definitely a place will come back next time. We're gonna try the pizza. She says the wings are also great and highly recommended..

I love that it's family friendly but it's a place you can come and have food with friends as well. The place is huge inside! Lots of parking too. Love it.

A security guard pulled me aside and told me no, actually, I wasn't allowed to be wearing this here. When I asked to speak to the manager, he concurred. Not acceptable. There was a certain irony in the manager's delivery of this judgment while his own nipples were protruding, obscene, through his too-thin pink shirt. At about 270lbs (and not carrying it well), his shirt was the only thin thing about him. Hopefully when Pyramids reforms their dress code, they'll start by making him wear a bra. Until this place spends more time cleaning their filthy bathrooms instead of worrying about my arms, I won't be returning. One star.

Longtime Customer -- Disrespectful and Unacceptable Experience…read more I have been a loyal customer of Aurelio's for well over 10 years, and I have always enjoyed their pizza. I now live approximately 45-55 minutes away, but I continue to make the drive because I have been a longtime customer and genuinely enjoy their food. A couple of weeks ago, I placed my usual pizza order over the phone. Because I was driving such a long distance, I specifically explained that I wanted my pizza well done, but not burnt. This is something I have communicated to them before, and they know how I normally order my pizza. When I arrived after work and opened the box, the pizza was clearly overcooked and burnt to the point that I could not eat it. I calmly explained this and asked how long it would take to make another pizza. The employee who initially assisted me closed the box, pushed it to the side, and told me he did not know how long it would take. I then asked to speak with a manager. Another employee came over and claimed that he was the manager. I knew this was not the case because I have been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years and am familiar with the management. I asked to speak with a higher manager. Before the actual manager came over, this employee also told me that I was not getting another pizza and made comments indicating that it was my problem. I found his behavior extremely disrespectful. Eventually, an actual manager came over. I explained what happened, and after another 15-20 minutes, my replacement pizza was prepared correctly. I also reported to the manager what the employee had said and that he had represented himself as a manager when he was not. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I later called back and asked to speak with Vito, the OWNER and MANAGER and or his wife who I have known from my many years of patronizing the restaurant. I was told he would be back Monday. When I called again, I received conflicting information about when he would be available. During one call, I was placed on hold and could hear employees laughing and talking in the background. Another employee eventually came on the phone, was extremely rude, raised his voice at me, and told me I was not going to speak with anyone other than him. At that point, I ended the call. I then located the company's corporate contact information and spoke with a representative. I was apologized to and specifically told that Vito would receive my message and contact me regarding the situation. No one ever contacted me. It has now been several weeks, and I am still waiting for the promised call. After more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I found this entire experience to be disrespectful and unacceptable. I drove nearly an hour to pick up an order I had specifically planned and requested, only to receive a pizza I could not eat, spend additional time waiting for a replacement, and then spend days trying to get someone in management to properly address how I was treated. To make matters worse, after I went out of my way to locate corporate contact information and was specifically promised that Vito would contact me, I never received that call. Mistakes with food orders can happen. That is not what bothers me most. What bothers me is the way I was treated afterward--the employee falsely representing himself as a manager, the disrespectful comments, the difficulty getting someone in management to address my concern, and the complete lack of follow-through. After more than 10 years of supporting this business, I expected to be treated with basic respect and accountability. Instead, my time, loyalty, and concern were treated as though they did not matter. The pizza was eventually corrected, but the way I was treated and the failure to follow up are what ultimately caused me to lose trust in a business I had supported for more than a decade. After more than 10 years of being a loyal customer, I will no longer be supporting this business. This experience has caused them to lose a longtime customer.

I went with the calzone, which was baked to perfection, golden on the outside, and absolutely stuffed with ingredients. Every bite was hearty, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Easily one of the best soups we've had in a long time: creamy, flavorful, and insanely comforting. From portion sizes to quality to unexpected standouts, Marino's delivered across the board.
