I was visiting an old friend in this area during a cross country drive. Was in the mood for pizza and this place had the deals! We got a Chicago style at $5 off (Thursdays) and it was good and filling. If you priced this thing by the pound it this is a huge bargain. I could only do one slice. The whole thing might have weighed 3+ pounds. The next day we went back for their everyday $10 thin crust special (because how can you not try a pizza for $10 in 2025??) and again it did not disappoint. This is what we would call a bar or tavern pizza on the east coast. Both pizzas used top, fresh ingredients. The sausage is house made according to the menu and my taste buds. The cheese very plentiful and high quality. If you are driving historic route 66 this is a great beginning or ending stop for some quality food. I'm glad I don't live around there because at these great prices I would gain 10 pounds fast. Also, the interior while small, had the classic pizza place feel and the staff very friendly and helpful. This pizza is so good! I do love their sausage hand tossed pizza, but the pizza is also a bit pricey , I think. The service we use is delivery so I've never been in the restaurant. So ambiance is a mystery. The people we interact with are helpful and punctual. I don't mind spending a little more coin for a good pizza. Try them! read more

We ordered a sausage pizza and a cheese pizza. Both pizzas we ordered were thin crust. The crust itself is good and crispy. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. Their sausage is quite tasty and they give you a fair amount of it. Their prices are average. They do offer coupons as well. There is a decent amount of seating available if you choose to dine in. It is clean and decorated nicely. I would reccomend and will return while in town. read more

Let me begin by saying that I love Rosati's pizza and have had it from many other of Rosati's chain locations and each store remains very consistent in taste. Not the one in Braidwood. The inside of this location looks like they're being evicted and half-packed to move hurriedly. Behind the counter is a wreck; dirty, grimey and totally disorganized. The woman who rang up my order was wearing what appeared to be pajamas and while you may think I'm exaggerating, she was wearing actual house slippers. There's a male working there, too, who looks more like a bouncer than a cook or staff member. No one wears anything resembling a uniform or food-safety gear. The pizza was meant to be a medium. It looked like a small and was absolutely NOT Rosati's recipe. It looked like the kind of cheap, cardboard pizza you get for $5 at a bar late-night. And for $15?! Total rip-off. This place is unclean, run by seemingly unclean people. Steer clear. Head down a half block to Casey's. You're way better off. read more

Well, that happened twice and now..I'm not sure what happened...it looked like our pizza was drop kicked and then delivered. We had a few issues with our food - our thin crust pizza had a very thick crust, and toppings were scarce for having to pay $2 per topping. Garlic bread was good but barely warmed and not very crispy. They also forgot to deliver ranch with our breaded mushrooms. All issues were taken care of promptly. 1. Customer service definitely needs improvement. 2. When taking an order.... take it right. 3. When you're wrong admit it. 4. If you have a new employee working make sure they are fully trained before they take orders. 5. Make sure your cooks are trained to make your signature dishes properly. Every single time we order from you our order has been wrong.... I was offered 50% off my pizza because you made the wrong one or took the order wrong and the pizza you sent wasn't enough to feed my family. So now we wait once again for an hour so that everyone can eat. After the manager told me she could discount my additional pizza(only wanted 1 in the 1st place) so I payed and tipped again. AWESOME. Consistently bad pizza, service since the day they opened, unorganized, takes them forever whether you eat in or pickup/delivery. Sparse/questionable ingredients along with cold uncooked green pepper. We asked for a 14" pepperoni, sausage and green pepper pizza. There were no more than 10 small pieces of sausage and 4 (counted them) pepperoni on a 14" pizza (that is another story). The pizza wasn't even a 14" pizza. It looked like it was a 12" that they tried to stretch to 14" with no ingredients the round cardboard that it was put on was larger than what we received. The sauce was nonexistent on 1/2 of pizza while the other 1/2 had so much sauce that it squired out. When you complain, they don't listen! My suggestion is don't eat from them unless you want to pay for crap! We have complained to corporate -we hope they get shut down. We plan on going to their competitor. read more

We were very disappointed in our service on Thursday night we ordered a pizza and lasagna at 6:15 pm and it arrived at 9:00pm. We called at 7:30 and were told by the manager she would call us back. We were given no ETA on our food only that they were slammed. She never called back and we had the delivery person return our food as we were in bed when it arrived. I'd planned a pizza party for my coworkers yesterday for an 11:15am lunch.. I didn't realize most pizza places don't open until 10 or 10:30am leaving me a very small window to host my party. Rosati's didn't open until 10 so that's when I called in my order. Bobby answered and informed me he just walked in the door and didn't even have the ovens heated up yet.. I started stressing and asked how long it would take to cook 3 XL pizzas, it was going to be down to the wire but he said he'd call me as SOON as the last one came out of the oven. I pulled up to the store 35 minutes later and he called me saying they were about ready! I made it to my party with only seconds to spare. And everyone absolutely died over how delicious the pizzas were! Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty and really saved the day!
