We came to the drive thru. We'd researched the menu ahead of time to know what we wanted. My daughter ordered the pot roast dinner. It comes with potatoes and gravy and green beans. I ordered chili with cheese and onions, a side of mashed potatoes and the green beans. My complaint about this place was that the girl who took our order seemed very disinterested in what she was doing. Bordering on rude. However, the guy who took our payment was friendly. Don't ever go to the Culvers in Minooka, Illinois off of Ridge Road. They are such rude people and mess up your order everytime! My girlfriend order a grilled chicken salad and she didn't get it. We went back through the drive through and they tried charging us twice for their wrong doing!! Shouldn't have expected anything less than sh*t service when you walk in to an empty business and theres 8 staff members behind the counter that look pissed when you walk in because you interrupted their hangout sesh and now they have to work. We only ordered ice cream and figured they would have brought it to our table when they were ready like every other Culver's does but after waiting 10 minutes we went up to the counter to find them sitting there melted. You can understand why someone would be upset when they're already overstaffed and cant even bring our ice cream or at least let us know it's ready. We confronted all of them and the 12 year old manager had nothing to say. Get a backbone and own up to the fact that you cant manage a shift and you were wrong. Also, the place was disgusting and no clean tables to eat at. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. But thankfully the second we left they all scurried like mice to start cleaning lol. Its a Culvers and it's a chain but that doesn't necessarily mean all Culvers are created equal. I must say no real issues at this Culver's. Always polite staff, never have a long wait, food is always accounted for hot and fresh. There is not much more you can ask for. Love the Chicken Tenders, Wisconsin Swiss Melt, Walleye Sandwich (when in season)Cod Sandwich, Stuffed Green Pepper Soup, and obviously the Frozen Custard. Love the Concrete mixers, shakes, and malts. Just to name a few. People like the cheese curds I'm kind of meh..it depends if they are hot and fresh. Great Culver's keep up the good work! read more

We use to like to eat here ,until recently! We ordered through drive through and when time to pay, the worker said we can't use my card because of no chip ? Owner told them if customer's don't have a chip. They should ! So lucky we had cash to cover the cost ! No sign anywhere about not using card with no chip ?? No more ! Never going to this Culver's location again. I have two reasons why: Last week, I got dinner here and ended up with norovirus and was throwing up for hours on Christmas Eve. For those that don't know, norovirus is transmitted from spoiled food or fecal matter, so either someone didn't wash their hands or they used contaminated food. The second reason is that they are disregarding Covid protocols when it comes to their employees. I have a few friends that work here. One of them was recently directly exposed to someone with Covid (an extended family member) and their family was not able to get tested until New Year's Day. My friend had a shift New Years Eve and was still required to work even though they were exposed. The reason was that they couldn't find anyone to cover my friend's shift since they are still understaffed. I understand this struggle, but I don't think risking the health of customers or employees will help. I hope this helps others stay safe and healthy. read more

I never thought I would be disappointed with a Culver's restaurant, but I was with this one. I came in to order take-out for the family, and I was excited to get the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger that I have enjoyed before at other Culver's locations. NOT HERE, unfortunately! The restaurant was slow and the staff was busy chatting with each other. The beverage area was messy and poorly stocked. I got home and opened my burger and this what I saw. What a disappointment! I figured it was a fluke and I wanted the restaurant owner to know so it wouldn't happen again. So, I got on the website and attempted to post my experience. The process of doing this was stupid and the website wouldn't find this restaurant in its search. My post was never even acknowledged by anyone. I was just trying to help because I enjoy Culver's and this location is in my new hometown. I guess I'll have to go to Culver's in neighboring towns from now on. read more

The owner of this Culvers runs a scam...he trains his employees to automatically charge customers for the more expensive double burger, whether the customer wants it or not. This happened to me several times at this location over the course of a year. Never again. read more

I have eaten at different Culver's before. Morris. Addison. Champaign. I have always had good food and service. That is why I continued to visit the establishment. Until I ended up at the Culvers in Minooka. Food was ordered. My friend ordered a soup and I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and mashed potatoes and gravy. The soup was hot. Mashed potatoes was hot. The first burger came out COLD to the touch. I brought it back and was told a new one was going to be made. The second burger came out and it, also, was cold. I am not sure if it was the same burger as the first one, but one would think that the server would check to see that the second burger was at least like warm. I am not sure if the microwave was not functioning properly, but, I can assure you I will not be stopping at the Culver's in Minooka again. If you are reading this, I would suggest driving a little further North, along Ridge Road. There are a few more choices for fast food. There are also some small, decent restaurants in the area, that I have eaten at before that way outshine this particular Culver's. read more

Used to be good, but not anymore -- inconsistent! I had a grilled chicken sandwich recently that was thin, super dry and almost sharp on the edges. My mom ordered sweet potato fries and got regular fries. When we told the young kid who brought it he went back to the kitchen and said they could replace them so he took the one order of regular fries and never came back. I stopped by the register on the way out and told them, and I got a rude reply, but I did get a refund on the fry price. OFTEN the ketchup containers are empty. This is the third different Culver's I have been to that has been awful. I hope someday soon the chain starts taking pride in a job well done because it's a shame. read more

I absolutely love the buffalo tenders and the cod! However, it is super overpriced. Four tenders is over $6. With fries and drink, over $10. They either need to add a tender or lower the price. People are friendly and it's clean. read more
