Usually this pizza is great, but today I ordered an 18 inch Hawaiian pizza and paid 30.00 for this pizza and there are about 4 small pieces of canadian bacon on it. When I called, she was abrupt and rude and told me that the manager made the pizza and she watched him do it. I asked her if business was bad and why were they being chinzy on the meat and she explained that they switched canadian bacon and no longer have the round slices (yup, cutting costs but still charging premium prices) She gave me a credit for a pizza in the future, but who wants to order from there again when we are so dissapoined now? I know they are family owned and whoever answered the phone needs to be fired because she was RUDE and from the other reviews they must think they don't need their customers. read more

If i could give them no star i would. We ordered a pizza for delivery and they brought the wrong pizza. Tried to call to resolve problem and was told to bad thats what we ordered. Drove down there with pizza and asked for them to make the right pizza or refund our money and was told by the manager to eat the pizza or leave it but they where not going to do anything for us. Only place in the valley that has deep dish pizza, so I was real excited to try it as there aren't many options. I was disappointed. The customer service is fantastic. The owner of the place is very nice. I really liked their service. However, the pizza and I had a falling out. The flavors are misplaced. Meaning, the toppings lack them but the crust over does it on the flavor. Not a great balance in my opinion. I tried giving Rosati's several chances by ordering other types of pizzas and some are definitely better than others, but the one I was hoping would taste good does not. My temecula review of Rosati's is much BETTER however. Which makes me believe this is a location issue and not the pizza place itself. Temecula Rosati's is hands down a 5 star. Delicious pizza and way better environment. For this reason I am giving it a 3 star. I like Rosati's as a miniature franchise. read more

As a Sicilian born and raised in SoCal, I'm always on the lookout for truly great pizza. The moment I heard about this place I absolutely had to try it. My husband and I visit the area about 4 times each year and we like to eat off the beaten path. This place does NOT disappoint. The pizza is amazing. I'll admit I've only eaten the deep dish, but the dough is sturdy yet flaky with a great flavor. The vegetables are fresh. The sauce is NEVER sweet. Because we love it so much, we buy the largest size. Hubby is a bit eater and struggles to get 2 slices down. Seriously, this place is the best and most authentic I've had in CA. The only other place that comes close is in Chicago and not nearly as convenient. I'll continue to frequent this place and highly recommend that others do the same. read more

I give them 3.5 stars. If your a Chicago Bears Fan then come here to support the place. They delivery & do take-out which is nice. We ate in side. There's only 3 tables. Two that sit 4 and one long table to seat 8. We ordered the cheese fries which were your normal frozen crinkle fries that doesn't bother me. The fries were good, but the cheese could have been better. They should use the cheese from the pizza's or something. We also ordered the duo which is breaded cauliflower and mushrooms, but you barely get any cauliflower. It was still good for being fried mushrooms. I got the Alfredo pasta and they give you plenty of sauce which I like. My boyfriend got the chicken parm sandwich. The bread was very nice and we liked out it came out steaming hot. Didn't try the pizza since it's A LOT of pizza VERY thick and it was just two of us. You can order by the slice too and they have a lunch special for that. read more

Very disappointed. I order from them quite often. I tried to call in an order three times Thursday. The first time I was put on hold for five minutes and then was disconnected (it happens). The second time I was placed on hold for five minutes, they picked up and I was placed back on hold for another 5 minutes after I told them I wanted a Rosati monster pizza. I then tried to place the order from home. Once again hold for 5 minutes, tried to place order, someone else picked up and said "You wanted a monster? We're really busy". This place is AWESOME!!!! We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas, pasta, wings and Italian beef sandwiches for the Super Bowl, and everything arrived hot and right on time. We called in our order on Saturday, expecting them to be busy on Sunday for the game, and we didn't even have to call and confirm our order on Sunday. Our food arrived 5 minutes after the time we asked for it to be delivered, and the driver even apologized for being late, which he wasn't. My husband and I ordered Rosati's for the Super Bowl. We had a group of people over, and ordered deep dish and thin pizza, wings, beef and a sald. All were amazing! Im not sure what kind of service these people are getting, but i love this place AND the owners. They are adorable and very friendly. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! I ordered over $200 worth of food; it took over 2 HOURS to be delivered, EVERYTHING was cold and they forgot the fries (didn't forget to charge me for them!). When I called to let them know about the non-delivered fries, I was told I could have my credit card reimbursed (paid cash) or I could have fries delivered and that would probably take ANOTHER half hour or so! Went there just before Memorial Day 2013 and had a very nice pizza. I'm familiar with Rosati's in the Chicago area and have eaten there many times. I've even eaten there in the Frisco Texas area too. This was slightly different than what I remember but still good. This visit we tried the double dough crust because that's what the Mrs. wanted. I would have gone deep dish but that's just me (I might have gone 5 stars if we had the deep dish which might have made it more like what I remember the other Rosati's to be like) . We sat in the restaurant which has 3 or 4 tables (one of which is a long counter that could seat maybe 4 people if my memory is correct). We watched the end of a hockey game and then some NBA. They were kind enough to find the NBA game (it was playoffs) and switch the channel for us. I had their Cabernet S. wine which oddly enough is a little bottle (and was served cold). I was a bit nervous about that but on a hot evening the coolness was good and the wine was fine for the price. They also have a couple of beers on tap. We were well taken care of by a young lady name Kendra who did a wonderful job (an asset to this restaurant). She brought us out some sampler garlic bites with marinara which were very good. I would go back and would like to try the deep dish. If I do, I'll submit an update. read more

The atmosphere was lacking and the staff was fairly rude. They also refused to honor a gift certificate (in violation of state regulations). Not to mention the half-wit lady manager who went in the back "to look into it" and didn't return with an answer for ten minutes. I wouldn't eat there unless I was in jail and Rosati's was the only food served - which btw wouldn't surprise me. Yum! I just noticed Rosati's a few days ago while driving by, and last night gave in to the urge to give it a try. I called ahead and was so excited to find out that they would deliver, although worried a bit about how a deep dish pie would survive the delivery process. Now I'm no expert on authentic Chicago-style pizza, but I do consider myself an expert on good pizza. We tried the Meat Mania and the BBQ Chicken and both were sooooooo good. Rosatis pizza is an amazing pizza place. I love it so much that I will have no problem eating it for the rest of my life. Rosatis pizza is an amazing place to go if your looking for amazing and efficient pizza. It is big enough to feed your whole family and have some spare for lunch or dinner the next day. Rosatis is awake in place but if you are in a hurry to get to a party I would recommend highly for you to call in so you don't have to wait an extra 15 minutes. Rosatis pizza is my favorite pizza place for those specific reasons. It is almost about 10 from my house so if I am having a craving for good pizza I could go there and be satisfied all the time.
