The food I ordered came out in decent time and each one was flavorful. My personal preference would be to swap the sauces that were served with the calamari and the garlic knots. The calamari sauce was a bit chunky for me( it's their marinara sauce) and the garlic knot sauce was a bit thinner (their tomato sauce) both sauces had great flavor but I felt the garlic knots would be better with the marinara and the calamari with the tomato sauce. Other than that both of them very delicious. I would like to see both of these items served a little hotter, they were both warm when I received them but that is my preference as the temperature could be suitable for others. On to the ziti! This was great!! It came out piping hot and had a great cheese pull. The flavor was very good, the portion size was HUGE!!! It would definitely be enough for two people. The young lady that waited on me was very kind and checked in on me frequently. She came around and filled my drink (ice sweet tea) when she seen it was low. I think next time I will try some of their drink Options from the bar as well as the pizza.

Greatly Improved Quality! I have gone to this Rosati's numerous times over the 12 months and have noticed a significant improvement. The new owners and staff are very friendly and professional. (i.e. "old school" customer service) They were very attentive which was great to see because that was not the case in the past. My last order was their sausage supreme pizza which was amazing - the amount of ingredients was perfect, and it was perfectly cooked. I love both their thin crust and Chicago Deep Dish the best. Keep it up and I'll be coming back weekly! read more

In today's consumer climate, it's a bad decision to let customer service fall to the wayside. I should mention that the woman making the pizzas was nice & helpful. For her and the pizza I'll give one star each. For the rest, 0 stars. Maybe the cashier should make pizzas and the pizza maker should talk to people?? That extra layer of cheese helps keeping the toppings where they should be. I did eat about half of my wife's half. Yes I was a pig eating three fourths of the pizza. It was so good, just as I remember. It was probably the first time since COVID start, and my first time picking up a pizza at this location. Take and bake does require some planning. You need to have an oven and pizza cutter or large knife. Best part is you cook it to your liking, I used the full time of 18 minutes at 425°, nice golden brown on the edges. Perfect. Service - While doing this review I realized I am an idiot and Papa Murphy's customer services skills are amazing!! I will not go into details on how I was an idiot as I need to protect the business. Yes they earned 100 starts today for it!! Future - 100 stars for their Service earns a lot more visits.

I waited for Seyten to come and I didn't mind at all because he was clearly busy in the back and still turned out to be so polite.. very manner-able and when I asked him for a few things on the side, he went to the back to get a bowl then immediately changed his gloves out. I can tell he is the responsible one that they make do all the work. Micah (not currently working), Noah and especially the other young boy on shift tonight need to be fired or re-trained!
