Went there tonight, for pizza and beer. After over an hour waiting in an empty restaurant, decided to leave, after server said they hadn't put the pizza in! Totally disappointed, really? There were only three tables used. Server apologized, no one came out to say anything....didn't have a problem charging me for beer and a half eaten appetizer. Won't be back! read more

I can't say enough about the addition of Rosati's to my neighborhood. I am originally from NY and when I went for a walk one night, saw they were opening. We were invited in as if we were family, were taste testers, it is always my good to place. I love their pizza, their salads..well everything..I am fortunate enough to have gained terrific friends in Margie and Angelo, the owners, who are hard workers and caring people who only want the best experience for their customers. I've been here a few times, food is always good. I've never had a problem until tonight. They messed up our order, instead of waiting 25 minutes for a new one, we decided to keep the incorrect pizza. Once the bill comes they charged our party for toppings that weren't even on the pizza. Instead of just simplying fixing the mistake and taking it off the bill. The manager then said we should have to pay for the toppings because they did us a favor by putting extra toppings on a specialty pizza, even though they put the wrong toppings on the pizza. They eventually removed the extra cost. Terrible customer service especially from a manager... The food is good would recommend only carry out. read more

Went to this place with the family on a Friday evening and were promptly seated. Had the dough appetizer, was pretty good but left a little something to be desired as it was literally just light dough. Had a double dough pizza as the main dish and it came out popping' hot, really steaming. Had good and attentive service throughout. The place was pretty small so the servers kept running into my child's high chair. Took the leftovers home and had them for lunch the following day. We are visiting the area and tried their Chicago-Style Deep Dish with bacon and a Caesar salad to go. They didn't give us enough dressing for the salad, so we ate a Caesar tasting like salad (no flavor). We paid $37 for a An ok pizza and for a not good Caesar salad. The pizza had too much tomato sauce and not enough bacon. I would maybe try a different pizza to see if they can do better, but as for our first experience at this place it wasn't good. read more

The service was terrible tonight! When we arrived we asked to sit outside. While waiting for our drink order, our waitress served drink orders to two other tables of people that came in after us! Our son ordered wings as an appetizer and they were supposed to come out when we got our salads but that didn't happen. Our son had to go in and ask someone where his wings were. We noticed our pizza was sitting for about 10 minutes on the counter until our other pasta was ready. They ran out of penne noodles just before our meal and said it would be an extra 15 minutes so we substituted so we wouldn't have to wait. When the food arrived it wasn't hot more like lukewarm. If that wasn't bad enough, my husband told me what the total of our bill was after we were driving and we were overcharged by $20!! We are never going back!!!!! read more

We had the Classic combo pizza with thin crust and boneless wings. The thin crust pizza was made nice and crispy with great stringy cheese.

We were just at Vanderbilt beach and found this place on Yelp. Amazing restaurant with very inexpensive food. Almost every dish is customizable and the waitress was so sweet. Atmosphere is wonderful too! read more

Would rate as 3.5. Salads were excellent - very fresh and great start to the meal! Ordered the thin crust with pepperoni, onion, and green pepper. Great overall flavor and crispy crust which is our preference. Crust best described as cracker-like and very thin. They do have an option for thicker crust and would try the next time. My husband and I ordered a takeout 3 days ago and really liked the pizza. We were taken care of by a really nice husband and wife from Chicago that work there. We liked it so much that we decided to go back today and try the chicken Parmesan and an antipasto salad. We walked in around 5:30 and were greeted by 3 "kids" behind the counter. The restaurant only had one table dining there and place was empty. The staff was chatting amongst themselves while the only table in the restaurant was trying to flag them down for service. There was no manager present. We placed our order with a young man who didn't even know what an antipasto was. We were told it would take 25 minutes. 25 minutes go by and I ask the employee if the food was ready. They all seemed confused and when they went in the kitchen, the antipasto appeared a few minutes later. We were told that the chicken parmigiana would be another 10 minutes. I was told by one of the girls that the kitchen didn't get the check. Excuse me, but after 25 minutes, don't you think that maybe someone should go back and see where the order is? It's not like they were busy! We asked for our money back and got an attitude from the cashier and the guy in the kitchen working the oven. They ruined our dinner and we are not going back. Horrible service with an attitude! We are not going back. read more

In my opinion, this is the best thin crust pizza on the planet! Years ago, I used to eat Pepe's pizza (New Haven, CT) which even Emeril Lagasse tried to duplicate on one TV episode with a chef from Pepe's on TV with him. Obviously, I can't fly to New Haven every time I want pizza - and now I don't have to - because Rosati's is right here in Naples. Love this place! We got the classic pizza with the thinner crust. Super good!! There were 6 of us and we all were saying how great it was. They also had some local beers on draft which was another plus in my book. The zeppole dessert was to die for as well. Our waitress was fantastic and the owners couldn't have been nicer. My wife and I went to Rosati's last night, not knowing what to expect. Well if you do not get there shame on you. Our meal was really good for a pizza joint. My wife had the chopped salad with chicken and I opted for the Cheef which was Italian beef with melted mozzarella cheese on a good roll. The prices are really good to. First off I travel almost 100% of the time and I'm usually doubtful of a place that achieves a consistent 5 star review but let me tell you, these guys nailed it. Being here on travel I walked in and my entire time the folks waiting on me made me feel like a regular they had known their whole life. The pizza was highly excellent. The taste of the food and quality of service made me think this was a one off Mom 'n Pop kind of place. Only after visiting their website did I realize that there are a series of Rosati's across the U.S. I very much recommend this place. Walked over from the beach resort, a little over a mile in the hot summer heat. Glad I made the trek! After an exhausting day of travel I owed this to myself. read more
