The Taiwanese sausage was surprisingly good. If you're familiar with Chinese pork sausage, it's very similar in both size and flavor, but a bit leaner and not overly fatty. It made for a nice snack while waiting for the rest of the order. I didn't get a chance to try the Chicken Tonkatsu Ramen myself, but judging by the empty bowl, it definitely hit the spot. The portion looked generous, and my husband finished every last bite. The Sakura Oolong Tea is definitely an acquired taste. It has a distinct floral, earthy flavor that may not appeal to everyone on the first sip, but it became more enjoyable the longer we drank it. If you enjoy trying unique tea drinks, it's worth giving it a chance. Our order took a little longer to prepare than expected, but that's understandable since the ramen is made to order rather than sitting under heat lamps. The wait was worthwhile for freshly prepared food. Service was courteous, and the food court had plenty of seating. Overall, Tsaocaa was a solid stop for a quick meal and drink while shopping, and I'd return to explore more of the menu.

Tried the Chicken Parm sub, barely any chicken in it, and all they did was put chicken tenders with pizza sauce and cheese. The Howie Bread was really good. We tried the Fabulous Four, with sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Good choice, everything was delicious. Rosati's offers a variety of pizzas, salads, pasta dishes and sandwiches. We also had their amazing antipasto salad, this is definitely a salad to order, with fresh lettuce, meats, cheese, olives, pepperoncini and topped with their sweet Italian dressing. Perfect and note to self, remember to buy a bottle of Rosati's Italian dressing! After being a loyal customer for years, it's great that Rosati's keeps making good food, with no change from state to state. We'll be back soon.
