Always drove past this place and never went in. Finally went for lunch one day and got a slice of cheese and was pleasantly surprised. They have a lunch special of a slice and 20oz drink for $4.40 or so and the slice is a decent size too, they don't give you some tiny slice you can finish with two bites. Small place but I'm sure I'll be back occasionally for slices in the future. read more

When our pizza order was wrong, I called and the owner himself delivered the correct pizza and threw in a side of cinnamon sticks. I was super impressed with how they handled the incorrect order. What excellent customer service! I love Rosati's pizza and will be ordering them again soon. read more

PIZZA NAZIS: This Rosati's is one of the better tasting locations, never been disappointed by their food. True to form for me, reading all of my reviews...it's all about the customer interaction. Unfortunately at the oak park location the customer service couldn't be more lacking. Back in September I placed an order, I called back immediately to change my order. When I say immediately I mean, literally within two minutes of my initial call. The same young girl answered, I apologized stating we just spoke a minute ago, and asked politely asked to change my order. I get a huge attitude (in tone, gasping, you could practically hear her rolling her eyes) without checking to see if the pizza already went in or to ask if it can be changed she tells me I either need to get that one or to cancel. You can't tell me in less than two minutes our pizza was prepared and in the oven. Her response was irritated, quick, and almost demanding. I was totally turned off by the treatment and said well then I guess I will cancel. Called my husband in shock of how this was handled. He tells me I know exactly who you talked to she's a teenager with long brown hair. That she is always less then friendly. I wrote it off bc she's young and assumed it was because of her age. We've been ordering here pretty regularly for 2 years, at least twice a month. Usually my husband orders and picks it up being down the street from his work. Fast forward to December I dropped and picked my husband off this day so I call to place an order. Am directly put on hold. A male by the name of Bryan picks up. Tells me I was a no call no show back in September. Saying that it was never canceled. I called and canceled it but his rude staff noted it as a no call no show. Was equally as rude as the immature little snot back in September. I was seriously being interrogated, and prosecuted about canceling an order with in 2 min of placing, over 4 months ago. After being mistreated by his staff, whom incorrectly indicated that we were a no call no show. And the horrific display of customer service over the course of a 5 min conversation WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! THEY HAVE FOREVER LOST OUR BUSINESS. Seriously; I hope one supposed loss of a large plain cheese pizza sale that cost you several sales was worth it. You should really step up your level of customer service. I admittedly find this amusing I was black listed from Pizza place by an adolescent. Rosati's on Madison where the customer is always wrong. HEY ROSATIS READ SOME OF THESE REVIEWS! There's a lot of mediocre pizzas out there (actually, most of them are), and I can't help wondering....is it me? Has my sense of taste deteriorated with age? If you're a real pizza enthusiast you know what I mean by mediocre. Nondescript tastes...sauce that tastes like nothing but some warm red stuff, cheese that lies in a big solid off-white slab that is not browned on top and tastes like wax. But this place puts it in perspective. Outstanding pizza is still possible, it's just not done as much as it should. Fresh high-quality ingredients make or break a pizza, and Rosati's is doing it right. We ordered three times from Rosati's. First was a deep-dish. Toppings were outstanding, but the fundamentals....fluffy, fragrant, and flavorful mozzarella, tangy sauce with a strong tomato flavor and chopped tomatoes in it, light crisp buttery crust. I can honestly say that it bested Uno's and Due's in Chicago. Next was Italian beef sandwiches....as good as it gets in my view. But the thin crust.....that was outstanding. I enjoyed it more than I had enjoyed a thin-crust pizza in years...and I am a very jaded and disillusioned old pizza gobbler. Flavor and fragrance was there in abundance...the pepperoni was fine, the green pepper was fresh, and the sausage was outstanding! It's my new favorite. I only hope that they catch on around here, and that they can maintain this high quality long-term. It's not unknown for new places to start out strong, only to let creeping mediocrity take over. I am an employee at a business located on the west side of Chicago called [name withheld]. On January 12, 2022, the facility's Owner, Executive Director, and myself, individually called Rosati's to get a large order for a staff event here at the facility. The woman who answered the phone refused to take our order. She claimed that our business credit card was marked for fraud. This claim is currently being investigated with the issuing card company. However, I made a call at 11:37a to place the exact same order, but with cash and yielded the very same denied service result. Only when the denial was made to me, it was accompanied by the threat of "keeping and reporting all of your phone numbers". I asked, "how can I place a fraudulent order with cash?", to which the woman on the phone replied that she would ask her manager. After a while he person clearly picks up the phone and then hang it up without ever offering any explanation. I called back at 11:41a assuming the called could have been disconnected. But there was no answer, and the phone just rang to no avail. read more

Don't get slices here they are always undercooked! I was sick for 2 days after eating them! Make smaller slices and cook them longer ffs!

Absolutely ridiculous delivery time. Ordered a 12 in pizza at 5:43 pm and did not receive delivery until 7:30 pm. Done with Rosati's. If you can't delivery timely then don't offer delivery. Should have gone with dominos. read more

I eaten here twice in the last few weeks and like the pizza and garlic bread and wanted to try the wings tonight but they decided to close at 9:30 and refused to take my order when I asked the phone person what time they stop taking orders she said 9:30. pizza is always on point! its a little hidden so keep your eyes open when driving by. I have only had thin crust with gard. and fries.

When I first got acquainted with Rosati's I was very impressed however with the last several pick-ups I had to wait for an extended period beyond the promised pick up time quoted on the phone. In addition my last order, which was a veggie with extra cheese and add olives, was over baked and dried out. It was like eating warm cardboard with olives. read more

We finally ordered from our new neighborhood pizza shop and were very pleased with our thin crust, sausage and onion pizza. The crust was light, crispy and nicely done. The sauce was just right and the ingredients were in good balance- nothing stood out as over powering. The toppings covered the crust nicely leaving just enough crust at the edge to hold on to. The pizza was hot and ready when they said it would be and the staff was courteous. read more

Do not order from this store EVER!!!! Our driver for today's order went to the wrong house. He called, insisted that we provided the wrong address. I verified that we did not and he said he would attempt delivery again. We waited. We called the driver several times. No answer. We called the store several times and was told that a manager would call us back shortly. On the last call, an hour after our scheduled delivery time, we were finally able to speak to the manger who kept insisting that we were not at the address listed. Verified AGAIN that the address on the order is our actual address and yet still the manager insisted that is where the driver went and was told it was the wrong address and that the error was all ours. How?????? After going round and round about how we really live at the address we gave them, enough was enough and we cancelled the order after the manager refused to give us any kind of delivery error credit. I get making a mistake, but the inability of the manager to accept responsibility for what was clearly an error on their driver's part just blew me away. Too many other pizza places around to want to support this kind of lack of customer service. Stay away!!! read more

Rosati's just opened near our Oak Park house - not sure because of reviews but we tried it last night and it was excellent - ordered and picked up a large thin crust pizza including pepperoni, mushrooms, extra cheese on one half and sausage, bacon etc on the other. I ordered the margarita pizza and a sausage, onion and green pepper, both thin crust. Unfortunately, I found the pizza lacks flavor and was quite bland. I was looking for a good local thin crust pizza, but was disappointed on quality and taste for the price. Their pizza is on the level of Papa Johns and Domino's. read more
