My husband and I went here tonight for a date night & I'm so happy we did. Everything was sooo good! I got the hard lemonade which was refreshing & perfect as my server had suggested. We got the Cesar salad to share, my husband got the Spicy Arrabbiata & I got the vodka rigatoni. Both were absolutely delicious! 10/10 we will definitely be back & highly recommend!
If I'm being honest, my favorite part is the music, I mean the food is okay... just kiddinggggggg the food was better than expected and my expectations were HIGH. I've been wanting to try this place for some time and we will definitely be back. Didn't disappoint at allllll.

First time coming here and the food was delicious! My friend and I walked in on a Friday afternoon and were seated right away, which was a pleasant surprise since it's usually busy on days like that. We asked to sit outside and although it was a bit chilly, the heaters kept us comfortable. The service was polite and attentive, and they played fun music that really set the mood and got us energized for the rest of the night. The food was perfection! I couldn't have asked for better pasta. I ordered the Bucatini Limone, and the pasta they used made the flavors burst with every bite. The breaded cutlet was amazing too! I don't always enjoy chicken, but I ate every last bite. My friend ordered the spaghetti arrabbiata, and after trying a bite, I can say it was just as good! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back to try more of the menu!
We saw some tasty Instagram reels on this place and had to check out when we were in Phoenix. We arrived and it's kind of "speakeasy-ish" there's no signs on the outside you just have to know.. if you arrive slightly before they open just look for the line of people waiting to get in. It's a small little joint with some bar seating and 5 or 6 tables inside and a small patio outside with more tables. The kitchen is right behind the counter and you can watch them work their magic while you eat. It's a very simple menu and they execute all of the items very well. We were sat at the counter/bar (my opinion best seat in the house). We ordered the garlic pinsa bread (you have to order the bread) and it arrived hot and aromatic (absolutely delicious). For dinner I ordered the chicken Parmesan and my girlfriend ordered the rigatoni vodka. The pasta is not made on property but made by a local business (so it's still fresh).. the sauce however is made fresh everyday in house. The chicken Parmesan was fantastic and the pasta dish was great, the sauce was great but I think the pasta was a little undercooked.. I love Al dente pasta but this was a little too much. Needless to say I would most definitely eat here again.
Small neighborhood spot a block off Roosevelt Row but they are pumping out some good food and jams !!! We arrived before they opened and already had a line , we got seated at the bar and started off with the garlic bread which was delicious (I would go back just for that) . I also ordered the rigatoni vodka and my boyfriend got the chicken parm , the pasta was cooked perfectly and the chicken parm is definitely shareable. There are no substitutions or modifications !!! The only thing is I felt a little rushed even though they give you 90 min (which we were done in less than an hour) but the server just stood back holding the card reader the whole time .
We stopped in here because we were in the area and this place is busy. We ordered Saintspresso martinis and they are worth stopping for. And we had a slice of the pie pictured I think it's on a secret menu lol. The owner was there and he was a nice guy to speak with. The menu is the menu so read it and if you don't like it who cares. Our next visit we will be ordering entrees.
My first time here and loved it! The fried mozzarella came in a great tomato sauce, and the cheese itself was fried to perfection. If you LOVE garlic try the linguini w garlic and oil. It's a game changer. The patio seating was comfy and not too cramped as well.

However, all that aside, this place definitely has its appeal. I can't help but getting a alternative/hipster vibe meets Italian/soprano moment. The ambiance is very moody. Relatively dark inside with the exception of some blue/purple lights and neon signs. Staff were pretty straight forward. Not in your face or overly friendly but definitely helpful. It has a casual feel to it but I could see someone dressing it up or down if you're on a date. The food was good. Again, a bit of a smaller menu but pretty much similar stuff you would find in a lot of Italian restaurants. I don't think they are trying to reinvent the wheel but definitely have their own unique touches. We shared a Caesar salad and it was HUGE. I thought it needed a touch of acid, like lemon, but it was very good as is. The gnocchi was super soft and pillowy and the pesto was actually surprisingly mild in my opinion. There was a touch of sweetness in the dish that I liked. I paired it with a chicken cutlet add-on and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't dry. Very good. My friend ordered a vodka sauce and rigatoni. She also added the chicken cutlet. Hers felt like home-style comfort food to me. A very nice, bright, tomato sauce that kind of transported me back to growing up in New York. Definitely a classic. The drinks are fun here. At least the the dirty martini w/ clarified tomato. Very different. So much flavor it almost felt like you're drinking Italian dressing, but in a good way. I get the impression that their bartender/mixologist has fun with the drink menu. The Chianti wine was also very good if you wanna play it safe. Overall, it's a good spot. Nothing super fancy but definitely unique. We spent roughly 140$ for 1 app, 2 entrees, and 2 drinks. The prices are fair here and I think it would be a good spot for a date night or just trying something new and cool!
Yummy restaurant! The vodka pasta was my favorite, definitely getting that again next time. I also LOVED the Caesar salad. Our waitress was so sweet, and there was no wait on a Sunday around 5:30!
Overall, I had a great meal at Saint pasta! The cocktail I had the Angel water was really delicious and very flavorful I had the garlic bread to start, and it was really garlic and delicious and the ricotta came with was really good too. It was a nice buttery way to start the meal. For pastas, I had the vodka sauce with the chicken cutlet on it, and the chicken cutlet definitely stole the show for me. It is so crispy and delicious I liked the pasta, but I would prefer the vodka sauce be a little creamer personally I also had the lemon pasta and it was very lemony and a little bit tart, but it had a really nice flavor and was still very balanced The bartender Phillip was excellent and the ambience is really cool. I would definitely come back here.
My new go-to pasta spot. Wow this place is good. First off, the vibe is immaculate. Blue lighting with the red neon bouncing off the counter, music rocking and the projector playing movies over the bar. Whoever designed the place killed it, well done. Secondly, if you come here you MUST get some drinks. Their bartenders are so friendly and down to talk about the restaurant and its history, and the drinks are truly one of a kind. I'd highly recommend the Dirty Tomato Martini Cocktail, or the Watermelon Basil Mule Mocktail. Finally, the pasta. Dude. I promise I'm not overhyping this place. Easily the best pasta I've had (aside from my Italian Grandma's, love you Grandma). 100% get the ricotta, 100% get the hand breaded chicken on it, you will not be disappointed. Cannot stop raving about this place, what an amazing find, and I will undoubtedly be back.
Everything about this place was awesome. Great service, quick seating on a Friday evening, excellent food and amazing drinks. The music was jamming, the orders came out staggered and hot, and everything was a yes. Will definitely be back for a new round of entree selections, More drinks and getting my lips on a slice of that cheesecake. Menu is simple and perfect. When I say I want good pasta and a vibe, then it means take me to Saint Pasta!

Tried this spot on a whim & it was a great find! The inside is very small so there is limited seating, but the vibes are modern/club-like. The music is a smidge loud so be prepared for that at night. The food was great! Very fresh & I loved loved their spicy spaghetti sauce. The service was great and fairly quick! Would happily come back. read more

No sign in the front, this place is only for those who know. The Caesar salad is literally the best I have ever had, perfectly dressed and very voluminous, I would comeback just for the salad. Pastas were perfectly al dente, I actually prefer a cooked noodle but I understand that al dente is the more tasteful way to enjoy pasta. Vodka sauce was incredible, but I really enjoyed the chicken cutlet we added as well, perfectly crispy and juicy, it was incredible. The lemon pasta I got was slightly too sour, I added some salt when I got home and that fixed it right up. I would be willing to try it again. Super cool spot that feels underground, serving amazing food. Service was quick, we had a reservation but didn't look like there was a long wait for a table on Sunday evening. If there was 10 starts if mark them all. The food, the music, the service, the location. Everything!!!! I think I fell in love lol I haven't stopped thinking about the pasta and the mozz since I had it. Watching the chef do his thing is mesmerizing, like art. Our server Lily was awesome! The restaurant is pretty small/intimate. The service was pretty disorganized; one host sent us the text saying the table was ready and then another host said no it wasn't so we had to wait another 15 minutes, only to be seated outside after requesting a table indoors. The patio seating was so hot with no fans OR misters. It was pretty uncomfortable in the AZ heat. At that point we were too hungry to care, so we sat outside. We ordered the fries (appetizer), and the vodka rigatoni, The spaghetti, and the chicken parm. Small portions for the pasta, which was an OK taste, but the price was not worth it for the taste and portions. The fries were overcooked and dry which was disappointing. Very fun, no bs decor ambiance and excellent food! I have been here a couple times now and I will say this is one of my favorite Italian spots in the Phoenix area. The menu is straightforward and simple and they don't do modifications: I appreciate that because having a menu like that allows a business to focus on their items and do them exceptionally well. Here's to a long overdue review for my favorite pasta spot in the valley I've been here three times now and there's one word describe my experiences -- consistent. The service is always top tier. Everyone is friendly and quick to offer insight into the menu whenever needed. My drinks stay full, needs are anticipated... I could go on and on! The food is in a lane of its own! The sauces and noodles are all hand made, providing a great dose of freshness with each bite. The chicken cutlets are a MUST add for my meat eaters. Literal perfection every time. Lastly, the ambiance is relaxed and cozy. On any given night, you can expect modern hip hop from the speakers and mob films on display above the bar. Unless you're okay with sitting outside, I wouldn't recommend large groups of 7+. It should be noted that they don't offer modifications to their meals so check the menu or call ahead of arriving to ensure this is the place for you. I simply cannot recommend or rave about this place enough. It is a true Phoenix gem that I am proud to support yet again. read more
Saint Pasta has always been one of my top fave pasta spots in AZ. Even better now that they have an actual brick and mortar! I'm so happy I finally got to go! From what I understand, they used to have a food truck. The place is small and quaint. Service is outstanding and if you sit at the bar you can see the manic happen. Not a huge area but enough to deliver outstanding pasta and great drinks! read more

Super cute place, love the small menu, colored lights, hip hop music and sopranos playing on the wall. Great food a little pricey but worth it. I had a blackberry cucumber margarita 10/10. My bestie had a cranberry vodka drink, kinda tasted like Christmas, wasn't a fan. read more
I've been to Saint Pasta twice now and had a great experience both times. The menu is small but everything is standout and done well and service is also top notch. The space has a few indoor tables plus a bar and then more outdoor tables. Parking is easy right next door in the parking garage (as long as it's open - sometimes closed for events) or along some side streets a short walk away. Service is attentive and the food comes out quickly. The grape ape is my favorite drink and is an amazing cocktail for those that enjoy grape flavor. As for food, the Caesar salad is my ideal salad since I love a heavy garlic bite. The bread is also amazing as well. Lastly, the pastas are all fantastic and you can't go wrong. I highly recommend adding the chicken cutlet (it's perfect) and ricotta. Personally, I can't eat more than one bowl of this pasta especially when paired with a starter and add-ons. For the location and quality I think the prices are fair. The only downside to Saint Pasta is that it's a 40 minute drive away! read more
This place has been on my list of places to visit for a while. Only thing I am mad at is how long it took me to go! Food is absolutely delicious! I understand (and agree) with the hype! Started the night with the Grape Ape cocktail. It was extremely sweet, the server did warn me it was very sweet due to the syrup. Ordered the bucatini limone for my main course and it was overly salty for my palate. Tried the rigatoni vodka dish that my dinner mate ordered, that was really good. Overall, the place does red sauce pasta very well. A heads up to people when they check out, they add an automatic 22% tip that you can't adjust. This place has a really cool vibe, the music was dope, and the decor was unpretentious. I came in a larger party so we got to eat "family style" which was awesome because I got to taste a bit of everything. We had the Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, Fried Mozz, Rigatoni Vodka, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Garlic & Oil, Chicken Parm, Chicken Milanese, and a big side of Ricotta. It. Was. Phenomenal. Everything was good, but my personal favorites were the Garlic Bread (I am a garlic lover), the Fried Mozz which is apparently a newer menu item, the Rigatoni Vodka and the Chicken Milanese. The sauces taste rich, it's obvious everything is made in-house. I grew up on the East Coast, so this food all felt like a warm hug in my soul. I'm not sure why people get in a tizzy about their "no modifications" rule. There's nothing I felt I would need to change. My husband and I ordered the Watermelon Basil Mule and Ruby Red Paloma mocktails. Both were awesome but I kept the Ruby Red Paloma for myself. Service was great. Our servers were really cool and super nice. They were great about checking in and clearing empty plates. We sat outside, and the surrounding area is cute so it was a nice atmosphere. This place is really good. The vibes, service and food are all great. The only complaint I have is that it's pretty pricey for such a small portion and every thing costs extra. Don't think ricotta should cost extra. Chicken I get but sheesh almost $30 for one tiny bowl of pasta is brutal. Esp when there's no leftovers. I will say that the fried mozzarella appetizer was very good. I got the vodka pasta and added a chicken cutlet and ricotta. The chicken cutlet was delicious. The drinks were bomb. The espresso martini was my favorite. It's different has a hint or banana and coconut. 10/10 recommend. read more
Lived up to the hype. Look at their website to make sure you're aligned with the vibe before you show up! We all got the vodka rigatoni with chicken cutlet - i also added ricotta. My husband's only complaint was he wished there was more lol he said he would eat 2 . Note, no reservations and we waited in line before they opened at 5 on a Friday. Parties of 2 sit at the bar/hightop seating and then there are 3 or so tables for groups of 4-6. Cocktails and mocktails were tasty too and garlic bread was super garlicky deliciousness! This place was incredible!!! I did arrive 10 minutes before open though, and there was already a line with about 5-6 people. By the time they opened, there was probably 10-15 people. There is seating indoor and outdoor+bar seating. They are still having their soft opening, so the menu was limited. The music was loud inside, but normal outside. Jessica was our server and took really great care of us. They offered mocktails and I tried the ruby red Paloma which was actually really good for a mocktail. The pasta dishes we ordered were Rigatoni Vodka (+chicken) and Chicken Milanese. Both dishes were really really great. The breading on the chicken is simple but it's so yummy! The sauce was great, the pasta, everything. I can't wait to come back! read more

Moving from NJ to AZ, it's hard to find good Italian food that reminds us of home. Took my dad (the harshest critic you know) to Saint Pasta and he loved it so much he ordered a second to go entree for the next day. The cutlets are amazing, the appeteizers were A+, and the pasta was incredible. Love everything about this place. Thank god we found some good pasta in the desert read more
