This was our first visit to Rosatis Pizza. We had lasagne and thin crust pizza. Our meal was spectacular ! The portions were large so we have extra for tomorrow as well. I am not a fan of Chicago style pizza and I should have known better not to go here but I heard great things when they first opened up. It's greasy, extremely cheesy and slow service. There is so much cheese you cannot savor any of the bites. There is hardly any flavors to the pizza we had. I wish them the best. read more

We called and ordered the sausage supreme pizza to go. We were told 35 minutes. It was ready when we got there. We have not had pizza this good for years. OMG, how does Rosati's score a good review. Our first and last visit. Went for lunch and everything about the experience was bad. My wife had iced tea..terrible. Caesar salad was wilted lettuce, warm, overloaded with croutons. Dressing was OK. Ordered their pepperoni combo pizza...it was one of the worst pizzas I have ever tried. Smothered in mozzarella cheese on top of the meat and veggies. Where was the nice crispy pepperoni. It was soggy and tasteless. Crust was like tasteless white bread. And to add to the misery, it was not sliced like a normal pizza but rather in small squares. That simply added to the misery. Eating Rosati's pizza is a life altering experience and has led to an enlightenment that will last until I die. The amount of existential pleasure that beautiful deep dish pizza brought me is impossible to qualify without using religious language. I have not felt this amount of bliss since the womb & I doubt even the birth of my first son will rival this experience. My wife and I thought we would try Rosati's again. The last time our pizza was burnt, but we tried to eat it anyway and not complain. Today, one again, the pizza was burnt. Their pizza is good but I'm getting tired of calling for a delivery pizza and they never show up on time. Generally at least a half hour later than quoted over the phone. Have brought it to their attention but seems to be going on deaf ears. A few other good pizza joints in town so I might try some new ones. read more

Came to visit Prescott and sad to leave such an authentic pizza place. I've had many different pizzas, and their pizza by far is the greatest-you can really tell that the pizzas are homemade and fresh (not your cheap greasy chain restaurant pizza)!!! The atmosphere was fantastic (even has huge televisions that play sport games which was a plus), the service was attentive and caring, and the managers were very welcoming and attuned in making sure we were satisfied. Went here last night with friends and had the Rosati's Monster Pizza, double dough Chicago Style. Ordered well done and it was awesome. Great flavor and the crust was perfect. Could not find a better Pizza in Prescott. The service was awesome and we found out they allow you to BYOB your own wine. Great for the next visit. Also, someone in our party had the Antipasto salad and Lasagne she said it was great too. All in all i would highly recommend them to you, you won't be disappointed. read more

Just bad.. ordered for pick up at 6:15 waited there until about 6:40 to watch others order and be served before my pizza was even done. Crust was burnt on outside, not crispy, burnt. Dough in the middle was raw and gooey. I ordered thin crust with sausage, green pepper, onion and black olives, paid extra for ricotta cheese as well. There were four little pieces of ricotta tossed onto the middle of the pizza. About half the slices had no sausage on them. Worst of all it tasted like nothing. I highly recommend this Pizzeria place in Prescott. One suggestion: for veggie pizza, add more vegetables and less cheese, it had a lot of cheese! We ate in the restaurant. Salad was meh. Mighty fine pizza though! The wait was excessive, the sign says "good food takes time". OK I can understand, that's why the salad got there quick and the pizza took forever. New location and new staff. We'll be back. Hope the staff is getting the hang of it. New Year's eve, Dec 31st, 2016 my girlfriend and I experienced very rude and unfriendly service. The Chicago pizza is great even though it takes 45 minutes to bake. They have a policy not allowing you to order ahead then sit down and eat upon arrival. So we ordered over the phone the Chicago pizza to-go, when we arrived within 45 minutes our pizza was ready, and we were about to pay and go home with our pizza. We saw that half the dinning room was empty, so requested to sit and eat it there. The blonde female Manager refused to allow us to eat there even though many tables were available, she gave no reasonable explanation other than it was their policy, and she was rude about it the entire conversation, which by the way was taking place in front of other customers. We simply said give our pizza to someone else, we do not do business with rude management or ridiculous policies and we walked out. Fortunately, we walked up to St. Michael's Bistro and enjoyed a wonderful New Year's dinner and left the nice waitress a $50 tip. We went on a Friday around 5:30. Breadsticks were. FANTASTIC!! Deep dish came out stone cold. Server claimed that the kitchen told her they took it out of the oven too soon. The manager did not get involved and the server offered to make us another one. We had already waited the 40 min cook time for the cold pizza and decided to go somewhere else. When the delivery had not arrived by 7:50, I called and the manager told me it would be delivered in 10 minutes. By 8:15, it still had not arrived. We had appetizer of wings, small but tasty no condiment served with. The pizza itself will not be a repeat as the crust was disgusting, the sausage and pepperoni were fine but it left me not feeling well. Ive eaten Chicago style pizza many times, in Chicago and elsewhere, but this just did not have the flavor and was just mushy. Possibly due to chunky mess of tomatoes? Ordered a Large 16" thin crust pizza with 4 toppings (sausage, bacon, green pepper, and onion) with 2 small Caesar Salads, and cinnamon pieces. Went in to pick up the order and found that they place was busy with every table filled and a couple waiting for a table. I picked up the order and got home to find that the pizza did not have any bacon. We called back and let them know that the bacon had been left off the pizza. Why can't someone look at the order carefully before giving it to the customer? A quick check would have sent the pizza back to make sure it was done right. Still a great pizza. read more

Simple and amazing. We're vegan and gluten-free and always on the lookout for someplace we can enjoy. Boy howdy, this is it! Probably the freshest small garden salad we've had EVER to start. The GF crust was the same we get other places but this one was cooked right. Again very fresh toppings on it and 8 slices instead of 6! Atmosphere was wonderful (sports on TV or just the best view of Prescott) but the absolute kicker was Kylie, our host/server/cashier. I've been in the restaurant business for a very long time but she was a true gem. Have you EVER had a server ask you if she could refresh your drinks and put them in to-go cups after the meal? 5 pm, House full of visitors to Arizona's Christmas city. Decided we would have pizza delivered. Guests asked which were the best places. I called Rosati's on Willis St. I told employee we needed delivery. (all of us had a few) She took order / address . Said it would be 45 minutes. An hour later called and they responded. "We have no order for that address." I AGAIN gave the order and they said, it would be at least 45 minutes to deliver. An hour later, this is now 7:10 PM , More than 2 HOURS after our first call. Called again and they said "Your order is here. It's on the counter, we don't have anyone to deliver it." When were they going to call and let us know the delivery was not going to be made? We had already given our CC info over the phone. The people working here should find employment in the government . If I were reviewing this place solely on the pizza or decor I would easily give it 5 stars. Pizza is delicious and the location is clean and cute. If I were rating it on service I would give 2 stars. Server was perfunctory and slow. We expected the deep dish pizza to take at least 40 minutes, however we did not expect to have to go to the counter to ask for other items 10 minutes after the server said she would get them. After passing this little pizza restaurant many times on the way to our cabin, we decided to give it a try last night. First off, they serve a variety of food in addition to their delicious pizza....we will definitely try their other offerings. I called in our order as we had a few questions being a first time customer. Brandi was the gal who took our order and answered my questions. Brandi was cheerful and very helpful. Although they appeared to be busy, she answered all questions and gave us a few suggestions. The pizza was ready for pick up in 20 minutes as promised and we can truly say it was the BEST pizza we've had in a long time. We live in Vegas and have access to some of the best eating establishments in the world....Rosati's is as good as, and better than a lot of them. Very overpriced for a SMALL 12" gluten Free pizza. 15.00 plus $1.00 for each topping! Can go out for steak for that price. Had salad instead, just ok. My husband had a calzone and it was much smaller than other places we have been to! Too many other places to go with better prices and better food. Very disappointed. On the plus side, the inside was small but was decorated very cute. I have to say their deep dish pizza looked great, but I can't eat that since I am gluten Free.
