What happened? The quality of the ingredients have changed/degraded. The cheese and sausage are not the same. Taste is completely different from other locations near where I work. It's really bad now. Service was fine but the product is bad. read more

The woman on the phone was polite, described to me what the difference between a pan pizza and deep dish was. It sounded great so I got that with a pepperoni calzone. That was probably the best part of the experience was the phone call. They told me delivery with in an hour but it was a little over an hour. I felt like the bottom of the pizza was burned. It was not black or anything but made the after taste like it was burned. The only way I could eat it was to only eat the top and the crust. The entire bottom was awful. Its my first time with a pan pizza from here so maybe that's how its supposed to taste I don't know . Either way I will never be ordering it again. With the calzone I ordered didn't come with anything to dip it in. Perhaps I should have asked for some sauce. It wasn't a complete fail I had some sauce in the cupboard I could heat up although the whole point of ordering out was to escape cooking. All in all after 2 pieces of pizza I tossed it out. The calzone was great tasting cooked perfectly, especially with Ragu pizza sauce. The people that work there were very very nice, the driver was a very nice man who wished me a great night. I can't say enough about how great the employees are. I just wish the food was as great as the service. I appreciate the effort though and wish them well but I don't think I will come back. read more

Will never order from the streamwood location. First they have coupons in thier calendar and the give me a hard time using them. Then i signed up for thier pizza email club and got a 15% off coupon and they would not take it the coupon had thier address and phone number on it. The manager said he could give me 10% off instead. I said no thanks and hung up. Not sure how this place stays in business with the rude manager. But i will never be back. read more

Ordered from here last night, walked in to pick up my order and the pizza wasn't ready yet - no biggie. Waited a few minutes, pizza was done. The staff argued in the back about who was going to serve me. One co-worker to the other "I'm not going to do your job, I'm doing my job, you should your job". That's always a great customer service experience. I'm a vegetarian and there were pieces of meat in my pizza. We ordered with company over last night. Talked to the owner this afternoon - appreciate him calling back - but told me that if i would have brought the pizzas back last night they would have taken care of the entire order. But all he could do now is give me a credit for $22. and said that I should understand that its okay to have pieces of stray meat flying around, but "he was sorry for it". It was never about the $50 i spent here, but about my experience, the quality (or lack thereof) of the product, and the militant stance and tone of the owner. read more

This Rosatis location is significantly better than the Hanover Park location. I loved the double dough crust, but it does seem to be a little bit on the expensive side. A medium pizza- for pickup- was nearly $23! read more

OK: This is only the 2nd restaurant I've ever reviewed. I think the most important part of any Italian place is their tomato sauce, and this Rosati's has it down. Great Pizza with fresh veggies, and we've had them cater parties at our house with ribs, chicken and pasta, never a prob, Great stuff; I recommend. We have tried other Rosatis and the food and service here is better; they are not the same - separately owned and operated. read more

My family and I have been ordering here on/off for the last 5 years. Their pizza is tasty, and they put on a decent amount of cheese, so don't overeat if your stomach can't handle it. Deep dish costs $3/topping, so prices can quickly add up. Other than that, a great pizza place. read more

My wife and I have been coming here for years and our orders are always custom made the way we want it. We always order thin crust and each and every time they have been very consistent with our pizza. Got a pizza from there on Wednesday night and it was slop. Been getting pizza from them for over 10 years and we usually order it well done. Forgot those magic words this time. Don't know what happened. The cheese was all glued together, like it wasn't cooked long enough. It was extra greasy too. Sauce wan't spread evenly, glops here and there. Yuck. Very disappointed with the management. I am a good customer. I ordered online. The calzone does not have any sauce in it as it says on their menu. He asked me what website I used and I said Rosati's Pizza of Streamwood. Manager said that's not their website! (It's the site I used to place my order.) I proceed to tell him the fries came 1/2 full. I was told they changed their sizes. I ordered cheese sauce, he said they don't have cheese sauce any longer. Very disappointed. They lost a customer today because they were argumentative with me when I called instead of kind. I thought maybe they would offer me a coupon. Instead I was told I used the wrong website with wrong food descriptions and they wouldn't call me to tell me there was no cheese sauce because they didn't charge me for cheese sauce. I'm SOL, they just don't care about my business which is very disappointing. I have spent a lot of money there over the years. read more

Simply the best pizza in the Bartlett area. I have lived in Bartlett for over 40 years and have tried all the pizza places around and believe me when I say that this is the best pizza joint anywhere. I knew when I picked up my order of a large Sausage Supreme pizza and felt how heavy the box was, this was going to be a great experience. The sausage supreme has, as they say. "A delicious blend of Italian sausage.mushroom, onion and green pepper." It was the freshest, best tasting pizza I ever had. My wife and I were only going to eat a few pieces each but ended up eating over half the pizza.There are so many pizza places to try but the next time you are considering ordering please try this joint you will be glad you did. Note: I am not related to the owner or anyone that works there. And there is a 20% discount for first time customers that I found on the net which helped me to decide on this place and I am so happy that I did. It looks like this will be a Friday night tradition from now on. If the pizza is so great I bet that the other items on the menu are good also. And by the way the pizza tastes good cold too. read more
