I always order delivery so I cannot speak about the in store experience unfortunately. The pizza always comes hot and never messy. They always remember to add hot peppers and spices to every pizza I've ordered. The creamy garlic dipping sauce is to die for, and to keep others from wanting to talk to you-)) Portions are standard, ingredients are always plentiful and not over bearing. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo yesterday evening. Usually it's delicious however last night I took a couple bites and it seemed "off." Like it had been left out too long, someone didn't wash their hands before cooking or this dish was old and food inventory is not kept up to date. (Food pushed to the back of the frig/freezer is left to rot and multiple bacteria.) BE WARNED. I can count on one hand how often I've been so sick as to throw up violently. I don't have a flu or cold and this Chicken Alfredo was the only thing I had all day. Surprisingly after only a few bites and within minutes I was very sick, throwing up with stomach cramps. There is no excuse for food poisoning, none. The way food is handled, prepped, cooked and stored is a issue with many restaurants that serve large numbers of people. If you get sick from a restaurant, you can be sure they are lax. Was really sick last night and I usually don't throw up. I will not be returning to this establishment which is sad because in the past their Chicken Alfredo was really good. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a lovely note from the delivery driver with my order last night. It arrived 30 minutes past the estimate time of delivery and ice cold. I requested in the delivery directions to be texted when it's arrived so I could tip cash and I did not receive a text of arrival. The guys Tony, Johnny, and Krasimir were incredibly friendly and helpful with the selection I finally made! I ended up choosing their Classico Italiano 10' which was an excellent and fulfilling decision! I decided to eat at the restaurant since I was starving and the guys were such great company. Being a newbie to the area they suggested places to go and were wonderful conversationalists! My meals are usually perfect! :) There is one guy here, maybe a manager/hire up who knows me by name.. He always goes above/beyond to make sure my experience was great! Some of the younger guys are a little questionable.. However, I myself have worked in a pizza place since 16 years old. I absolutely know the struggle of working inside the shop. The nice guy who was working tonight on 05/29 went above and beyond expectations to take care of his customer and absolutely deserves some type of raise/recognition. He is one of a kind! We ordered pizza for lunch today. Pizza was so good! Don't know if it was because we where so hungry but we sure where very happy. The pizza was delivered right on time and still hot and fresh. Good pizza, horrible service. We quite regularly order from this location. I am a vegetarian and like always I ordered a vegetarian pizza and my wife who eats meat tasted chicken in it. Thinking it could be a genuine mistake I called them up and instead of an apology what I got shocked me. At first the employee accused me of lying and then upon checking and realizing that they made a mistake, he asked why I was calling them two hours after I placed the order.
