This is our first time trying Sarpino's Pizzeria and it did not disappoint. We ordered their 16" Vegetarian pizza and it's really good, very flavorful, generous toppings and lots of texture. Will order there again for sure.

I always order delivery so I cannot speak about the in store experience unfortunately. The pizza always comes hot and never messy. They always remember to add hot peppers and spices to every pizza I've ordered. The creamy garlic dipping sauce is to die for, and to keep others from wanting to talk to you-)) Portions are standard, ingredients are always plentiful and not over bearing. They put just enough sauce and cheese. For a franchise pizza chain they definitely get over looked!

My kid and I were out pretty late with deliveries, she is a door dasher. We were hungry and decided to try sarpinos. We didn't go with pizza, we ordered some pasta. Let me just say. If I never have another meatball, from another establishment, ever again in my life. As long as I can order these. I'm going to be perfectly fine. So delicious. Smothered in sauce and cheese. Perfection. Also. Can we talk about how amazing getting your own little 8" bread stick slab is. So good.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a lovely note from the delivery driver with my order last night. It arrived 30 minutes past the estimate time of delivery and ice cold. I requested in the delivery directions to be texted when it's arrived so I could tip cash and I did not receive a text of arrival. Thank you delivery driver for your unnecessary note, you missed out on your cash tip and have lost a customer.

I havnt ordered from Sarpino's in a while I love them but you have to be really specific on how you want your pie, always order extra cheese extra sauce or it will turn out like this, went out on a limb for the spinach artichoke dip, I was being greedy today but I should have passed all together, I mean I'm gonna still eat it because I'm starving but you all could have done a better job with this, not to mention I got my order an hour after I placed it. It's all good tho, just do better next time guys!

I ordered their Chicken Alfredo yesterday evening. Usually it's delicious however last night I took a couple bites and it seemed "off." Like it had been left out too long, someone didn't wash their hands before cooking or this dish was old and food inventory is not kept up to date. (Food pushed to the back of the frig/freezer is left to rot and multiple bacteria.) BE WARNED. I can count on one hand how often I've been so sick as to throw up violently. I don't have a flu or cold and this Chicken Alfredo was the only thing I had all day. Surprisingly after only a few bites and within minutes I was very sick, throwing up with stomach cramps. There is no excuse for food poisoning, none. The way food is handled, prepped, cooked and stored is a issue with many restaurants that serve large numbers of people. If you get sick from a restaurant, you can be sure they are lax. Was really sick last night and I usually don't throw up. I will not be returning to this establishment which is sad because in the past their Chicken Alfredo was really good. read more

My first time in Chicago and I was recommended this restaurant. Coming in after a long night due to delayed flights I was ready to take on anything, but I'm so glad I stopped here! The guys Tony, Johnny, and Krasimir were incredibly friendly and helpful with the selection I finally made! I ended up choosing their Classico Italiano 10' which was an excellent and fulfilling decision! I decided to eat at the restaurant since I was starving and the guys were such great company. Being a newbie to the area they suggested places to go and were wonderful conversationalists! l love this Sarpino's location! I order quite frequently, besides forgetting my extra sauce cup/s periodically.. My meals are usually perfect! :) There is one guy here, maybe a manager/hire up who knows me by name.. He always goes above/beyond to make sure my experience was great! Some of the younger guys are a little questionable.. However, I myself have worked in a pizza place since 16 years old. I absolutely know the struggle of working inside the shop. The nice guy who was working tonight on 05/29 went above and beyond expectations to take care of his customer and absolutely deserves some type of raise/recognition. He is one of a kind! Reminds me of how I am with my customers :) He is 100% the main reason I remain a loyal customer read more

We ordered pizza for lunch today. Pizza was so good! Don't know if it was because we where so hungry but we sure where very happy. The pizza was delivered right on time and still hot and fresh. We had a vegetable pizza and a half sausage and cheese. The crust was just perfect. My friend got a salad and she said it was very good. This place offers vegan cheese and vegan sausage for their pizzas, calzones, and cheesy breadsticks. It's all tasty, but I really love the cheesy breadsticks. It reminds me of college when we would order cheese bread, and it would come like a pizza sliced into thinner strips that you pull off. The staff here is very friendly. read more

I just love the Sarapinos app as can say go shopping at the nearby walmart or best buy and spontaneously order a meatball calzone like 30 minutes in advance and upon commencing shopping and such drop by for instantaneous pickup.. will continually frequent here when shopping around and about in Bloomingdale. As the variety of items is endless, I have more reason to coninually revisit again and again. JUST AWEWSOME! read more

Made the phone order a lot less stressful, most places are all "in a hurry". And the delivery guy, Chris I believe was his name, was super cool. Good pizza, horrible service. We quite regularly order from this location. I am a vegetarian and like always I ordered a vegetarian pizza and my wife who eats meat tasted chicken in it. Thinking it could be a genuine mistake I called them up and instead of an apology what I got shocked me. At first the employee accused me of lying and then upon checking and realizing that they made a mistake, he asked why I was calling them two hours after I placed the order. I AM LIVID!!!!! This establishment should NOT be open for business. We have been ordering from this location "Bloomingdale" and the Glen Ellyn location for quite a while now. On 10/30/18 We placed and order for pick up and unfortunately on our way there we got into a accident and end up in ER. This guy "Patel" called me and said You need to pick the pizza, I apologized to him and explained the accident situation to him and he stated he didn't cared and we needed to pick up the pizza, my mother was being transported to the hospital in an ambulance for God Sake!!!! I just apologized to him and told him we couldn't pick up the pizza due to the accident 11/1/2018 We tried to place an order for delivery to our home. This guy "Patel" refused to take our order and said "You guys didn't picked up the pizza on 10/30/18 so I can't take an order don't call us no more.. Are u fucking serious??? No sympathy, what kind of human being are U? Shame on you my friend and don't forget KARMA is a b*** I will contact BBB and a letter to Sarpinos Corporate. I am very honored to have such a gem of a restaurant near me. I originally saw one of their menu's at the Wal-Mart just a few stores down and I could not have been happier with the experience. I always get a large 3 topping Pizza usually with fresh Banana Peppers, Onions, and Pepperoni. I have tried their cheese sticks and they are awesome, especially with their Marinara sauce! I eat here very frequently, and they are always professional. I would like to give a shout to Rahul, who is always very nice, courteous, and professional. Sometimes he even helps me complete my order by asking if I'd like my usual, what other Pizza place does THAT? When I want to have a nice relaxing time at home I get it delivered, and you can't beat their FREE delivery! That is why I'd like to give a shout out to Joney, who is the most professional delivery driver I've ever dealt with, the pizza comes hot and fresh and in a timely manner. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for professional pizza at low prices. Sarpino's is my go to pizza place when I'm in Bloomingdale. read more
