I AM LIVID!!!!! This establishment should NOT be open for business. We have been ordering from this location "Bloomingdale" and the Glen Ellyn location for quite a while now. On 10/30/18 We placed and order for pick up and unfortunately on our way there we got into a accident and end up in ER. This guy "Patel" called me and said You need to pick the pizza, I apologized to him and explained the accident situation to him and he stated he didn't cared and we needed to pick up the pizza, my mother was being transported to the hospital in an ambulance for God Sake!!!! I just apologized to him and told him we couldn't pick up the pizza due to the accident 11/1/2018 We tried to place an order for delivery to our home. This guy "Patel" refused to take our order and said "You guys didn't picked up the pizza on 10/30/18 so I can't take an order don't call us no more.. Are u fucking serious??? No sympathy, what kind of human being are U? Shame on you my friend and don't forget KARMA is a b*** I will contact BBB and a letter to Sarpinos Corporate. Treating their employees like slaves won't do anything to satisfy customer , becides argue with customer... I need to start out by saying that Sal the delivery person was awesome!! he's so friendly and courteous ,very professional and sweet. My boss and I were really impressed with him and have ordered multiple times just because of him. We always hope he will be delivering to us, he's truly great.
