I have worked with Adam and Armando since 2019 when they did the flowers for the Annual Winter Ball benefitting Children's Hospital Oakland, held that year at the Ritz Carlton. I called them post pandemic when we were at the Westin St Francis. At both those events, they provided centerpieces for 25 tables, flowers, arches for our stage , bouquets, boutonnières, high table nosegays arrangements, etc. They have always been the most creative, Their flowers are sourced and grown locally and are the freshest and loveliest around. They are professional and arrive at your event ready to roll up their sleeves and wow everyone with their creations. I have easily referred them to many a bride along the way. That said, my most favorite bride, got married this past Saturday. She with four brothers, no dolls, a flare for mud pies and swords. She had zero expectations of a wedding, colors or anything for that matter. I sent her and her groom to Adam and Armando who very patiently walked the happy couple through their vision or non vision. Wild flowers freshly picked(you know if those flowers include dahlias, lilies, roses and sunnies) The day of found us with a rather blustery afternoon in the Oakland Hills and once again Adam and Armando were tying table cloths(not in their job description) because they are just the type of men who want to make sure it's perfect. I was the recipient of a beautiful flower arrangement from this small business which is open 7 days per week (uncommon in SF!). It was ordered last minute in the morning on DoorDash and scheduled for delivery in the early afternoon. According to their website, order online before 1:00pm for same-day delivery, or try calling. I received the California Wrap Bouquet (size medium) with the vase added on. They used locally sourced, California-grown flowers (fresh delivery daily) and a 100% recycled glass vase made in Mexico. My arrangement did not look exactly like the photos because the florist chooses the flowers based on availability and the season, but wow, their choice was impeccable. Beautiful, fresh white orchids and a giant pink peony were the stars of the arrangement. Everything went together perfectly and not a single leaf or flower was out of place or even slightly wilted. And it looks lovely all the way around (not just the front). These aren't your average grocery store flower arrangements! The arrangement survived delivery due to their thoughtful, sturdy, and secure packaging. All packaging is also eco-friendly (paper and cardboard only). In fact, they pride themselves on being an environmentally conscious business. The arrangement comes with a customizable note (machine-written but looks hand-written) for an extra special touch. It also comes with a little pamphlet with watering instructions. If you order from DoorDash, you may consider checking out their website for additional photos. Each stem is selected with so much care I don't want to go anywhere else when I am in need of flowers. True artists! The focus on flowers that are sustainably sourced from California or local farmers is so important, and the selection and visual variety has always been amazing.
