Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Some didn't respond, others couldn't do the services, others still only did commercial products. Pro Backflow on the other hand was responsive, offered reasonable prices, and ample availability. During my appointment, I found the service tech offered a good explanation of what he did and offered to file the paperwork for me with the city. My only two points of improvement is the service technician started the work on my house without even knocking on the door or meeting me. I just started hearing drilling. At best, it didn't matter, at worst, it could have been the wrong house! Second, I never hear back for days after the service tech left. I had to reach out to offer my final payment and figure out if they filed my paperwork. Overall good, but Pro Backflow can clean up the edges a bit.

Then, I found AAA Backflow and another company on Yelp that can handle both installation and testing. The other company didn't keep their appointments well and was hard to reach, but AAA Backflow was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and sent a quote right away, which gave me confidence in them.
