I recently had a very urgent situation with a broken main gas line at my new house, which was obviously a pretty dire emergency. On a recommendation, I reached out to FV Plumbing & Rooter and spoke with Miguel, explaining the urgency of the situation. He mentioned he'd need to check with Frank, who I believe is his boss, and promised to get back to me within an hour. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up at all. No call, no message, just complete silence. In a critical scenario like this, that kind of lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also pretty distressing. Issue: drainage in the bathroom - water coming up shower drain and toilet not flushing properly. My husband and I were trying everything we could with the toilet. We decided to finally contact a plumber through Yelp. It was after 10:30pm. Frank immediately responded and setup an appointment with us for first thing in the morning. Miguel came out, was extremely professional, respectful of our property (including wearing shoe covers when asked), and got the job done in two days. The communication from Frank was stellar. From what I understand, the pricing was very fair. We were shown video and photos of the assessment and were given different levels of options for the work to be done. They'll even send us the photos and video of what they assessed. Miguel worked so hard in this heat and explained things along the way whenever I checked in. He was also very clean and, again, respectful of our property. His professional and confident demeanor, plus hardworking attitude, won over my family. Late last night we requested service clean out a shower drain as the water was not flowing through. Frank responded right away and said Miguel would be here in the morning. Miguel came earlier than scheduled, in which he had sent a text with his arrival, and was very kind and personable. He ran a "snake" through the drain and it cleared up within a few minutes. HYDRO JET TIME Frank came out with the hydro jet to unclog my pipes. It's basically a hose that blasts water pressure to clear pipes. It was pricey but worth it. The snake wouldn't work and we had to bring out the big boy lol. Pros - Frank is honest and upfront - Came immediately after the request - Fixed my problem - Work comes with a 6 month warranty Cons - Expensive. The hydro jet was $600. Other places quoted me $700-$800 so actually Frank was cheaper but again it was pricey to use but I'm glad it has the warranty. Worth it. Do NOT use Draino ever guys. They found a bunch of old draino paste clogging the pipe. read more

The day before Thanksgiving, my entire plumbing system backed up--a total nightmare! After my usual plumber couldn't resolve the issue, I reached out to FV Plumbing. Keep in mind, this was late in the day before a major holiday. Miguel arrived by 6:00 PM and worked tirelessly trying to clear what turned out to be roots in the main line. Despite the late hour and complete darkness, when Miguel couldn't resolve the blockage, he contacted his boss, Frank, who didn't even live locally. Frank came out to assist, and together they worked until 10:30 PM, determined to restore my plumbing for Thanksgiving. Although they couldn't fully resolve it that night, they promised to return Thanksgiving morning--and they did, bright and early! They were relentless in clearing the roots, eventually pulling out a massive root that had caused the blockage. They also identified an offset in the pipe using a camera and recommended a sleeve and a complete cleanout to the street, which I agreed to. The very next day, Friday, their crew was back and had everything repaired and functioning perfectly by the afternoon. Miguel went above and beyond, even returning on Saturday to fill everything back in. Let's be honest, who delivers this kind of customer service in this day and age? The total cost was incredibly reasonable, especially during the holiday season, and their effort and professionalism were second to none. I can't recommend FV Plumbing enough. They saved me during a very stressful time, and I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. If you need plumbing services, these are the guys to call! Frank and his team came to install a new water heater, redirect my washing machine waste water pipe from the sink directly to the main waste pipe, and hydrojet the pipes from the roof. While doing some maintenance under my house, I discovered a leak in my main line with some standing water. I reached out to several plumbing companies for estimates, and FV Plumbing came in with fair and competitive pricing. Frank was my first POC very responsive and easy to work with getting everything set up.
