Great experience with Viper! Requested project on Yelp over weekend. They came out Monday to troubleshoot and determined the issue was a collapsed drain pipe due to pressing tree roots. The team came back the next day to excavate and replace the pipe. They were very responsive and understanding of my request to maintain the original line vs rerouting. There were also cable lines and the main water line next to the pipe. They were careful throughout, ensuring the other lines were kept safe. After replacement to the original line, they hydro-jetted the lines to clean out and nicely cleaned up the area. I scheduled a hydrojet drain cleaning with Viper Rooter and Plumbing for Monday, after confirming on Friday. I took time off work and waited, but they didn't show up. Over 30 minutes late, I reached out and was told their machine had broken over the weekend and they wouldn't be coming. I was disappointed by the lack of communication--no updates or cancellation notice until I followed up. While the staff were polite and the price was reasonable, the no-show and poor communication were unprofessional. Ultimately, I had to hire another company at a higher cost. read more

Viper was one of the very first to reach out to me when I was seeking services in the area. Their response was not automated and I could tell they were eager to help me get my problem resolved. I had a new washer constantly overflowing my drain tube. I tried to snake it myself and replace some of the ABS piping at the P-Trap to no avail. Viper showed up and provided me with a quote to professionally snake the drain. When this wasn't successful they provided camera imaging and noticed my cast iron to ABS joint under the house was sagging, cracked, and leaking. The piping created a belly and therefore the backup occurred. They provided a fair quote for full ABS pipe replacement along with hangers to support the run, and even snaked another drain for me. They finished my partially completely pipe work for the washer drain vent as well. Extremely timely, cost effective, and professional. I would hire them again. read more

May 3, 2024. Replacing waterline piping from the city water meter to our home. We had an appointment between 8 AM and 9 AM. Abedo and Diego arrived after 8 AM. Really nice guys they assessed the job said no problem and got started within an hour later. Jose arrived to help. Everyone kept us up-to-date on what they were doing how long it would take when the water would be shut off and back on All of the guys provided excellent customer service, very courteous and respectful. Jose and and his team advised us after digging up the grass and soil there was a shut off valve for our sprinkler system that was connected to the waterline under all the soil and grass that needed to be replaced. They would install a very accessible shut off valve for the sprinkler system. We were very surprised to see this put together in poorly in the past. It was an extra $295 but it needed to be done correctly so we agreed Everything went smoothly after that. They're A true 5-star work team! I had a drain line collapsed under driveway and city sidewalk. Jose came to rescue a really bad situation another dishonest company left me with (yes, the other company had 4.7 star reviews, not sure how they got that). I shopped around for pricing and theirs was the most affordable by far, and for the quality of the replacement I have no complaints. Eduardo was able to get two technicians out to our house in the same week I contacted him. The service required the whole house to have the water shut off, but they were done in less than half an hour! We've had that rusted valve for nearly a decade and it was fixed in a flash. They were also really patient and explained what the repair entailed, how to pay their invoice, and the warranty as well. There's a lot of plumbers who are snakes but there's ONLY ONE VIPER! I contacted Viper Plumbing on Christmas night to hydrojet a slow draining kitchen sink and Eduardo (Eddie) was super responsive and professional. He was the only one of 5 plumbers who was willing to send me proof of insurance and provide me with a general price quote in advance of the initial free inspection. I was very clear and specific about my kitchen sink in my Yelp request which he appreciated and it makes a big difference when shopping around. My house was built in the late 1970's so there was a lot of hard buildup in my 1" ABS kitchen pipes which Eddie was able to show me via his special tube camera. No way that a standard drain snake would have been able to deal with this alone! Uploaded some before / after pics for reference. Eddie definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied. Despite being a more labor and time consuming job (2hrs) than expected, he never once suggested a price increase and his quote included a lot of premium services such as: - Custom building a 12 foot abs outlet pipe to ensure that the waste waste / sentiment would be properly channeled to an area that didn't flood my backyard patio - Brought in 2 extra team members to ensure efficient service - Inspected my pipes with a special camera snake before and after the drain snake / hydrojet procedure. This is a must have! - Used 2 different hydro jet nozzles (2000+ psi) for sediment break up and deep cleaning - Performed an additional drain snaking to deal with some of the tougher build-ups - Talked me through everything he was doing and gave me lots of maintenance tips to keep my pipes clear in the future - Provided an extended 1+ year warranty on services and results. He stands by his work. Period Honestly, Eddie wasn't the cheapest initial quote I got after the inspections but when you factor in all the extras and the longer warranty, he was easily the best option. I also really appreciated that it's a three generation, local family business so he's an expert and one of his sons was part of the project team. His whole team was great. Eddie's got my business for life and now I'm considering him for some larger plumbing projects.
