With her extensive vendor list and huge selection of rentals, she had an answer for everything. And then, as is she weren't amazing enough pre-wedding, on the wedding day so was a downright super hero. She checked in on me, set everything up to perfection, and took the burden of troubleshooting little issues that arose without needing to take me away from getting ready and enjoying my day. I worked with her the most but she also brought in other staff to help, both before and during the wedding, and they were also just lovely. I would pay twice as much as I did for these guys! I used Hauling 101 yesterday to clear out furniture and some heavy trash items from an apartment I moved out of. David, who I assume is the owner, returned my call in decent time and when I texted him back late night he confirmed a next day appointment without any issues. They arrived about 15 mins after the scheduled time but did text that he was having trouble finding my place, which is common, so no points off for that! They were efficient & quick even with an extremely heavy wood table that I wasn't sure they could manage so I was pleased with their service. I paid cash but he does accept credit cards which most small time haulers don't, so that's a plus! He also gives receipts. Their prices are fair & listed on their CL ad, small/regular loads 500lbs or less at this time (June 2015) was $120 flat and I believe he goes up to 2500lbs in one load. No upcharging for stairs or other items that I was told of or charged. I've used haulers in other states and that is pretty standard pricing. They were friendly & professional. Easy on the eyes too! ;) I would definitely use them again & recommend them.
