I doubt there's more than one given the pace they move at). I tried calling before going in, as the website instructed me too, but no answer nor callback. Please go anywhere else than here, unless you plan on wasting your day away in the waiting room. Overall horrendous care. And Labcorp, do not apologize and respond with any "we will look into this to make your experience better" nonsense. That's been said already, yet here we are, still experiencing awful care at your hand. If you truly cared about your customers, you would have listened to the dozens of others complaining before me and actually have done something about it. I know I should have listened and stayed away.

Our results were incomplete and incorrect and we have spent several thousand dollars to correct his work.

They quoted me me 2-3 days on the analysis (which was fine) but had something for me 24 hours later. Way to over-deliver! I also called them about how to best take samples and what they needed. As a residence owner, not a contractor, their help and reassurance was very valuable. Had 3 different samples tested and thankfully only 2 of them had asbestos in them. There is an 85 minute wait. No, thank you! Can you imagine all of these people, including my husband, had to fast for 12 hours and now have to increase their fasting time due to the lack of staff today?! I couldn't get a morning appointment for weeks because every clinic's slots were booked. Today, I went to the King Road clinic, scheduled to open at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:20 am, and several people with appointments made weeks earlier were still waiting because the office hadn't opened yet. When they called the company, they didn't reach a human; instead, they got a recording with no resolution.

I've tried to contact LabCorp and they are also unreachable and unresponsive. For both companies, the online app is a barrier not a portal. I cannot recommend these companies. Their online apps are incomplete. And their followup service is totally missing.

They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!

The entire experience was no less than fantastic. The rapport of the staff towards myself and my daughter was warm and genuine.
