He showed up around 4 and fixed my window, vacuumed my car and replaced the motor that made my window function (for free!) all in under an hour and partly in the rain! The price he quoted was very reasonable and the fact that my window was fixed within two hours of my even starting the search is incredible. The customer service was fantastic and the response time was unbelievably quick. Would absolutely recommend!!

Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.
