I don't normally write reviews, especially not this long but they did such an incredible job I just had to share with everyone. It's also what really helped us when we we're looking through options for our wedding designer, so I hope this helps you too! I'll start with the bridal shower - If you have an eye for detail and want to know it's being handled with care, having someone like Alexx on the Event Engineers team is going to be a huge relief! She was a source of calm and sanity through the process of planning and designing. I gave them some rough ideas of what I wanted and Event Engineers got to work! To say they created magic is a complete understatement!! The entrance had a very classy custom welcome sign with bridal shower details and my name. As I made my way to the outside I was almost in tears when I first saw the gorgeous long outdoor table with all the beautiful center pieces perfectly set up. I'll include pictures because words won't do it justice. We decided on a soft pink for the shower's color theme, the level of detail and care throughout all of it was amazing. They also hand made a beautiful back drop for pictures, all of my friends really loved this! C'est La Vie a company Event Engineers works closely with, did our catering and they were just as incredible! They made a special order of homemade empanadas with all kinds of exquisite fresh pasta salads as well, they were all mouth watering. One of the most talked about treats that day by the guests was the espresso machine, that was handled by a very fun and charismatic Kev, from C'est La Vie. They served delicious frothy oat milk lattes at the end of the night, my guest couldn't believe it! They kept joking that the bar was set so high for any bridal shower's to come. For our wedding I could write forever on how many details and custom work Event Engineers did for us but I'll try to let the pictures speak for themselves. Camilo on the Event Engineer team does absolutely beautiful custom built wood work and just about anything else you can dream up, he can create. Our wedding reception was in the back of a large home with a vineyard surrounding the backyard, with a pool in the middle. We wanted to bring life to the pool with candle lit floats, this was a last minute ask that I have to say left us amazed at the skill and speed Camilo works! My husband and I's initials were made into a large custom logo, which was a surprise and hung over a lovely green back drop surrounded by red roses on a vine for guest to take pictures! Our wedding flowers had a little more pop of color than I was expecting but they turned out gorgeous in all the pictures and brought the whole place to life! The wedding tables were their own master piece with runners going across, gold candle holders, goblets and gold rimmed chargers! Even custom wooden names laser cut and placed on the plates, for every guest to easily find their seat and take home as a party favor! This detail made all the guest feel so important and special. This is a very talented crew that will NOT give you a cookie cutter wedding! So to sum it up if you're looking for the a team that will painstakingly put there heart and soul into every detail of your event, don't hesitate to use Event Engineers or C'est la vie, you'll thank me later!

She truly understands, listens, and has had unlimited patience with me since the very beginning of my wedding planning journey. 01.10.26 was the best day ever for my husband and me, but we had been working with Missy for a full year leading up to it. We got married at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels and had our gorgeous reception at South Park Center in LA. From the moment I first inquired with her, to creating the most beautiful vision board, to the constant communication and bringing every detail to life -- Missy has been such a sweetheart and incredibly talented. This review is 100% honest. We got married at The Loft on Pine a few weeks ago, and if anyone is getting married there you NEED to work with Green Apple! She has a lot of experience with the venue, she used to work there, and knows all the little details and rules. We chose their Simply Coordination Services, and along with our two helpful in-person meetings, Meghan and her team were easy to reach by phone and email with any questions or needs. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with questions or concerns, and everyone was quick to respond. She also gave great suggestions and advice on how to set up our day. The Loft on Pine's standard hours given for a wedding is 5 hours, and I was nervous that we wouldn't have a lot of time for dancing, which was super important for me. Also, she gave the excellent recommendation of hiring DartDJ. They are incredible! At the rehearsal, Meghan was super patient and made it quick and fun. My husband is one of 7 and we had about 8 little ones in our wedding, so you can only imagine how hectic it could have been. She also helped us store our own decor on site. The day of couldn't have gone better! I honestly can't recall anything going wrong, and if it did Meghan handled it so none of us were aware. She is familiar with all of the modern and current styles in the industry, from signage to florals, but her vision goes so far beyond delivering you an "on trend" wedding. She incorporates so much of the personality and creative tastes of the couples she works with, and this was very apparent in our finished product. We worked with Meghan on a full-planning service and she was by our side from a week after our engagement all the way until the dance floor cleared on our wedding night.
