Jerry was incredibly helpful throughout the order process - friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Although I had someone else install the doors, I later ran into a few issues with how they were functioning. When I reached out to Jerry for help, he didn't hesitate. He came by in person to take a look and see exactly what needed to be adjusted or repaired. That kind of care is rare these days. He also referred me to Fernando from Noal Construction, a general contractor who ended up doing an excellent job adjusting all the doors. Gus and John showed up on time and prepared with the correct lock. They did an outstanding job. These are some of the nicest, most capable and transparent guys I've had the pleasure of working with. Their product quote wasn't cheapest, but Tim's product knowledge, professionalism and no rush demeanor made us feel comfortable. Tim pointed out that 2 pocket doors may be problematic to install. Before ordering, we visited their showroom and Tim showed us their process and went through door designs and fixtures. After that meeting we thought about it and elected to go with Interior Door. We ordered 5 bedroom doors, 1 closet door, 2 bathroom doors, 1 fire door and 3 pocket doors. Tim told us their detailed measurement person would come out to ensure that the doors fit properly. Jean Francois came out and carefully measured door. He pointed out the same problems that Tim had mentioned but he felt they could handle the problems. The installation date as originally quoted was met. Fernando and Gabriel installed our doors in about 5 hours without a break. They were very clean, professional and courteous.
