Total trash arrangement. I ordered these for my mom's birthday. They're droopy, look like they were stolen off a cemetery headstone, and weren't wrapped in anything. The guy, who I can only presume was Bob, handed me the vase. No wrapping, no box, nothing. The woman I talked to on the phone seemed confused and told me to take the issue up with Ava's Flowers. At the very least, my mom and I are getting a good laugh out of it, but don't order from here. I usually look up reviews on Yelp first, but figured you can't f*ck flowers up too much. What a disappointment in the arrangement I ordered. Flowers sent were not as described and the balloon ordered wasn't the Happy Valentine as indicated. I've requested a refund for the inferior service provided and won't be using them again. Will also be contacting the BBB to let them Know of false advertising and not providing what was ordered. read more

My clients contacted 1800FLOWERS to send a condolence floral arrangement to me for the loss of my mom. It was to be delivered on January 6th. My client called me to see if I had received it which I did not. Rosemary's Garden showed up on January 7th with an arrangement in a soaked box and barely any water in the vase and the card clearly showed delivery for January 6. I didn't know what I was expecting, so I accepted it. When I sent a copy of the arrangement to my client, she said that was not what she ordered. The photos below show what was ordered and what was received. It was not only late but a really crappy looking arrangement that they paid a lot of money for. Had my client NOT told me that it was wrong, I would never know. Obviously, they are collecting the money for these really nice costly arrangements and then delivering GARBAGE. But the recipient would not know what was ordered unless they were notified. DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST!! If you are ordering through 1800FLOWERS - Make sure they do NOT use this florist!!! I would have let this go, but now I had another client send me an arrangement which was to be delivered on January 24th. No delivery attempt was made. When I called 1800FLOWERS to find out what happened, they called Rosemary's Garden who advised them that it was on the truck for delivery on January 25th at 9am. It is not 6pm on January 25 and still no delivery. I was almost hopeful to see what garbage they would try to deliver to me but NOTHING at all. Either way - BEWARE!!!!!! I tried calling them all day today and only got voicemail. What kind of business is this? SCAM!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Hind sight is 20/20! Should've read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a large arrangement for a family funeral service that I was unable to attend. The only positive thing I can say is that the arrangement was delivered on time. However, I received a much smaller arrangement than what I ordered. I called and spoke to the owner, Bob, as soon as I was made aware of the situation. He offered to remake it or to come and add to it; which didn't make sense, as the service was over. I told him I wanted a refund; to which he replied that he could not do a refund because he would be out his cost of the flowers and that he did deliver something. He offered to refund part of what I paid for the arrangement and asked me what I thought was fair. I thought to myself that any company that values their customers and theIr happiness, which he claimed to value, would just refund the whole thing. However, he had already said he couldn't do that. So, I told him that I thought he should refund at least half. So, he did say that he would process a credit back to my credit card for half of the arrangement and half of the delivery fee. So, we'll see if that happens. Like I said in the beginning, hind sight is 20/20 - read the reviews before you buy. This problem seems all too common for this business. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I guess I dodged a bullet on not having him do the flowers for our wedding in August (listen to your gut) However he will not refund me the money I paid for the flowers. I fired him on July 1st and asked for my money back but Bob said he could refund my money now because he had to paid his rent and utility bills and overhead costs. I fired him because a month before our wedding he had not ordered or could give me an idea of what I wanted. Mind you I hired this guy over a year before my wedding and something just wasn't right when he would call me and ask me for more money and then could not remember how much I had paid him. I have not received my refund yet. It has now been almost 4 months since I asked for my refund. I would not recommend him for a cemetery. Worst experience ever. read more

The flowers I received are beautiful, although they look like they're waning. The delivery man--I'm guessing it was Bob from the various reviews I've read--brought the flowers up in a box, removed the vase from the box, and handed the vase to me. He then READ THE MESSAGE to me!! I've never had that happen, and it felt very awkward and inappropriate. I would have preferred that he leave a card in the flowers like a normal florist. Instead, he had the message on the order form that listed the delivery date, etc. and handed that to me after he read it to me. I love that my children sent me flowers, but I hope they use another florist next time. read more

We're very disappointed and wish that we used a different florist for our wedding! We ordered a memorial vase of roses for each relative (father, grandparents, etc) that have passed. Bob forgot to bring it to the church and left it at the reception instead. This was written into the program so guests were aware that something was missing. We felt terrible because beyond color schemes and flower choices, this vase was really important to us. Bob was late to deliver the flowers to the church and decorate the pews. This was being done 25 minutes before the 2:30 ceremony while guests were already seated. So embarrassing. His excuse was bad weather and traffic but that's BS because he was supposed to be at the church at 12:30. This was simply poor planning. Promises of vases, flower combinations and colors were made and Bob did not deliver. Corsages and boutennieres were mislabeled. Even worse, he was rude to the church staff and two of my bridesmaids. He never even apologized or said one word when he saw me or my husband. Best of The Knot? I think not! Please don't use this florist! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received a completely different arrangement than what I ordered... My arrangement consisted of daisies and half dead yellow roses and what I ordered were pink roses and orange and yellow lilies. When I called the shop, the owner Bob said that I got that arrangement because "that was the only flowers they had left" for Mother's Day even though I ordered it 2 weeks prior. He was very rude and never took the blame for the mess up and offered to give me the flowers I ordered "sometime next week" as if that would fix the problem. Never shop here unless you want to receive dead completely different flowers! This was a terrible experience and reading others' reviews it appears this is an awful place that should be avoided at all costs! read more

I got married a few weeks ago and got my bouquet, the groomsmen's boutonierres, corsages for our moms, and the church flowers from Rosemary's Garden. My bouquet had wildflowers and succulents and looked absolutely Pinterest-worthy! The shop itself looks a bit old-fashioned, but don't let that fool you - Rosemary's Garden can definitely do a modern wedding. They are a hidden gem and I would recommend them to any other brides. read more

I ordered an funeral plant it was delivered at 3 the showing was at 1 and the plant was suppose to be premium which is what I ordered and finally came after the service started , it looked like it was the cheapest with no blooms certainly not what I expected . Not sure what happened,prior to the wedding I had talked with Bob several times in regards to what I wanted on my wedding day. He did samples of the bridal bouquets and they only need more roses added. Day of the wedding, Bob left the flowers in a room at the venue on a hot summer day, he did not contact me to tell me he had delivered them. I tried contacting him to see if they had arrived as the wedding team at the venue said he did not check them in with him. Flowers were all brown, had some peach coloring when I requested all white flowers. I don't know when he dropped them off or how long they sat in the hot room we had to hunt them down on the wedding day and luckily a bridesmaid found them. Groom had calla lilies instead of roses and all the groomsmen had the roses, should have been the opposite way around. Bob and I had several conversations and I am not sure why the flowers were a disaster that day. I was very disappointed. I would recommend you book another florist, weddings are stressful enough, this kind of foolishness is ridiculous. read more

Would have gone with a different florist I went with Rosemary's Garden after 2 people I knew referred him. In hindsight, I probably should have shopped around more. Bob was friendly enough, but there were challenges right after I put the deposit down. He asked that we meet several times to discuss what I envisioned for my and the bridesmaids' bouquets. And somehow after all those meetings, it still didn't come out right. I said I wanted a slight cascade bouquet with roses spray painted blue because the girls' dresses were navy. He said he couldn't spray paint them blue because they would turn out too dark and appear black...not sure why Jewel was able to do it for my bridal shower then? And for my arrangement, I picked out a photo of a slight cascade of roses from one of his books. It didn't look anything like the photo. Also, he forgot the one thing I really wanted to match my dress and jewelry -- the stephanotis with pearls. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't have it written down that I wanted that, even though I know we discussed it during our 4 meetings. In addition to getting my bouquet wrong, he forgot two bouquets -- the Blessed Mother bouquet and the bouquet toss bouquet! I had to have my ceremony coordinator scrounge up roses for the Blessed Mother and use my mom's bouquet for the toss. Also, while he offered to bring the ceremony's centerpieces to the venue after the ceremony, he did so right after the ceremony, so the centerpieces weren't on the alter for pictures. Despite all the challenges I encountered with Rosemary's Garden, I'm giving them 2 stars because the flowers I did end up with were pretty..just not what I asked for. read more

My husband and I used Rosemary's Garden for the flowers for our wedding. We felt that the value for what we received was excellent. Bob was very attentive to what we wanted and gave great suggestions for when we didn't know what we wanted. He gave us sample flowers which was wonderful because then we saw how long the flowers actually lasted. I do feel that we met with him a few times more than what was necessary, but I understand he is old fashioned and likes doing things face to face. I really liked that he made a sample bridesmaids bouquet so I could see exactly what it would look like. I also was very happy that they were willing to deliver the flowers to 2 different locations (they were about 5 miles from each other, but he didn't know that when agreeing to it.) If you want someone that is very attentive then Bob at Rosemary's Garden is your man. read more

We had a fabulous experience with this floral shop! Bob (the owner) was incredibly accommodating and went the extra mile to get to know me as a bride. We met multiple time to review specific details and he quickly gained a clear understanding of my vision and met it perfectly! The centerpieces, bouquets, etc. were all breathtaking and fit the venue perfectly! He also made arrangements for my grandfather's funeral service, which were also beautiful. Ordered a bouquet from 1800flowers and they used this florist. They first bouquet they sent was absolutely horrible. Besides containing many wilted flowers, it came shoved in a gift bag which bent all of the outer flower pedals. I called 1800flowers for a replacement and unfortunately they used Rosemary's Garden once again. The second bouquet was no better. The roses looked old and had wilting on the edges, as did other flowers. The delivery driver called the owner on speaker phone. I explained that the flowers again were unexceptable. He said they were fresh and not wilted, even though his driver said aloud on the phone that they showed signs of wilting and had brown spots on them. He was extremely rude. His solution was that I give both bouquets back and "I get nothing." That's great customer service. I'd never use this florist again and cannot recommend enough to anyone else to avoid this business at all cost. read more
