This florist is simply amazing. I've been using this florist for 4 years and each time they get better and better. I ordered flowers for a work event where we were honoring employees with presentation bouquets. This florist went above and beyond by creating stunning long stemmed bouquets and even putting the bottoms of the flowers in a foam block so they would stay fresh. They delivered on a Saturday and I accidentally mis-ordered and needed one more bouquet immediately the delivery man went back to the closed shop and made me another bouquet. Wow... not very impressed with Rosemont Florist. I ordered the Sheer Delight Bouquet - Deluxe for my wife for our anniversary and what arrived was nowhere close to what was expected based on the description / pictures on-line. First off the vase was supposed to be mercury glass. The vase was cheap, chromed plastic. Are you kidding me? The the flowers themselves - the color of the roses and carnations as presented were a lavender / soft purple color. I searched and specifically chose this arrangement based on the color. What arrived was normal, standard pink. And as far as it being the deluxe version - it was barely the standard version based on how many flowers were in the arrangement. I discovered this gem when I started working in Rosemont 4 years ago. Rosemont Florist employs a talented designer so the arrangements are always beautiful. The flowers are fresh and sometimes last upwards of 2 weeks. And they're reasonably priced in comparison to the florists closer to my home. The shop is located right next to the MB Financial Bank inside of the US Food building in the Riverway Plaza which is a little confusing to find. Absolutely wonderful. I was very impressed by not only their service but their actual bouquets. My aunt was graduating at the Donald Stephen Convention Center down the road and because we were running late we didn't have time to pick up flowers. I ended up calling Rosemont Florist at 4:54 seeing if they could deliver in the next hour. They surpassed my expectations, for $47 dollars ($35 for the bouquet and 12 for delivery+tax) they delivered the bouquet by 5:20. Ordering this late I assumed it would be a small, haphazardly thrown together bouquet....I was happily proven wrong. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend's home one night this week and advised the florist to leave them if no one was home. When it was time for delivery, Mike of Rosemont called and let me know of his concern as the temperatures were dropping and he felt the flowers would perish.
