Came across Perfecto Limo & Taxi and saw they had a few good reviews and always showed up. A few days before the event, I went on line and filled out their reservation request. I even called to make sure I was all set. The guy who answered said I was all good. Fast forward to the day of the event...I called during the day to confirm my reservation....again, the guy who answered said I was all good...Pick up scheduled for 7:00...would get me to the event for hor d'ourves at 7:30. I didn't tell the wife as I wanted to surprise her. She was ready to go ahead of time so I called at 6:30 to tell the guy that if possible, send the driver earlier. Again, he said he I was all good. Stood outside my house at 6:45 looking out for anyone who would be looking for my address. 6:50...6:55...7:00. Got a call from the driver this time saying that he had driven down my street and couldn't find my house. Funny because I had been standing outside my house in suit and tie for 15 minutes and no one went by in a limo/town car/taxi. Driver said he was on my street yet no sign of him. 7:10...7:15...7:20...tried calling the dispatcher several times and no answer...tried calling the driver several times....no answer. 7:30...(missing the hor d'ourves!)...7:40 wife starting to get pissed. Finally got in touch with the dispatcher/owner who gives me the "driver got into an accident story"...funny because I didn't see anyone around my house in a fender bender...somone was not being up front with me...not a good way to do business. Finally just told the dispatcher/owner to forget it...that my plan to surprise my wife was ruined...I went from hero to zero.
