Been a customer here for about 3 years now or so , everything it's delicious, I love the croissants, the tarts are just amazing, there's a whole apple tart that I never tried before delicious, the mini tiramisu chocolate cup it's just a delicatessen, and the Nutella one , I think there's no way to go wrong here , absolutely everything we try it's always amazingly good , cafe latte always on point with a beautiful coffee art , and the show! Being able to watch at the bakers and staff while cooking and baking and making all that ! Staff super friendly , the fact that they have that glass on the kitchen and you can see it all happening I think that's the highlight of this location I totally love it ! And they are super sweet ! We visited this bakery because my husband has won a gift card through an aInstagram contest. Unfortunately when we got to the counter to pay we realized it was for their south beach location. Nevertheless we still really enjoyed our meal. Everything looked delicious, it was hard to choose. We ended up with this flatbread that has potatoes, spinach and artichokes. It was actually pretty tasty, reminded me of my trip to Italy :) We got the ham sandwich for my parents, I wasn't too excited about it, because it seemed like a normal ham sammie. But the flavors were delicious. The ham was thinly sliced, I couldn't determine what kind of white cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and the hint of sweet bread topped it off. Adorable bakery in the new wing on Aventura Mall. I ordered the almond cake and a French Napoleon- both we're out of this world! My reasoning for giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the high price tag that comes along with these sweet treats. Spending about $20 for two small pastries is rather steep. Yesterday, I brought my mom to Rosetta Bakery because she loves their dessert however the women falsely accused of cutting the line before asking us.... I don't know if it is because we look Asian but she served the customer behind us first which was messed up. After that, she didn't even apologize. Literally , they could of pulled up the camera or asked the customer behind or in front of me if my mom and I cut them. I am never going back to them after this. I went here with my wife after we discovered it in Aventura mall. My wife chose a piece of pizza which she said was tasty. I wanted to order a premise sandwich but there were two flies sitting on food in this area so I requested a new sandwich. The sandwich was good and tasty for me as well. The issue we both had with this place were the flies. We saw two flies on top of the sandwiches. We sat down in an area where you can see the people preparing pastries behind glass. We counted 9 more flies inside that area. 11 flies in total is a quick count. Something needs to be done immediately about this. It's unsanitary and gross. Total turn off. I have recently came back to Rosetta. Still great treats customer service is still average. A super. Plus now they are going green and all their utensils are made out of eco-friendly material. I work at Aventura Mall and just recently started having my lunch there. The food is very reasonably priced and service is pretty fast. Carlos is usually the one who takes my order and he is always very attentive, polite and friendly. He waves at me if I just happen to be walking by. I was already a big fan of the original Rosetta I visited a few years back. I was so pleased that in a mall this bakery is still just as superb. Alex the manager that's in charge of all the bakeries was there. He is so gracious and professional. My boyfriend is Italian and he loves this place! I am only putting two because before this place was delicious and well taken care of. am so upset because this was one of my favorite places to come and get a nice quick lunch or breakfast with my family. I didn't want to write a bad review until I really received bad service multiple times. Before, everything tasted so fresh and I really felt like you were paying for the quality. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same anymore. It's been multiple times that the food and service is not good. This time, me and two other people could not even chew the prosciutto. The sandwiches went to waste. And it's not like we are paying for a 7 dollar sandwich.... the schiaccata costs 15$ so I would definitely expect good quality. I am not one to complain about paying for food but it should be of good quality. I would understand if it just happened to one sandwich.. but they were all like that. They need to be careful. I've been to Rosetta Bakery once before and was assisted by Megan who provided exceptional customer service. Leading me to plan a special trip today to get the same sandwich I got the last time I came. When I was assisted there was only one sandwich on display and I wanted to order two. The male with short brown hair and fair skin proceeded to tell me there was only one sandwich in the display so pick another. I said no could you check the kitchen and if necessary I will wait for another to be made. He goes to check and comes right back with a tray of 10 of the sandwiches I wanted. We told him toasted and he placed them in the toaster. He began making coffee which of course was fine but then continued to make coffee after coffee when our sandwiches had come out of the toaster making us wait. The food is delicious my first experience was amazing but this time I can't say the same about this experience. read more

I love the ambiance of this place. I ordered a donut and a zucchini, cheese and prosciutto focaccia. Honestly, the donuts was hollow and the crust was somewhat burned. Had to throw it away. The focaccia was not impressive. If I return, I will definitely not order these two. Service was ok. I was disappointed as expected much more based on the food appearance. I 've eaten at Rosetta Bakery three times. The first two times were at the one on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and I had excellent experiences. However, today, March 3, 2019 at 7:41PM at the Rosetta Bakery in Aventura Mall, Aventura,FL, Store # 962, this was not the case. I ordered $30 worth of food and then asked for a glass of tap water. The woman at the register said that the water was not good and I would have to buy a bottle of water. I said I see the staff pouring tap water into the coffee machine so why would they pour water that's not good into it? Then she said she was not allowed to give me a glass of water and again said that I would have to buy a bottle. So I bought a bottle. Then I realized I didn't have a knife and fork. So I went back to the counter and ask for them. Now a guy working there said they had no knives. I asked to speak to the manager and told him what happened. Luigi found a knife for me and then offered me a glass of water and offered to buy the bottled water back. I said no and took the glass of water and took the bottle of water home. This is not right. When someone buy $30 worth of food and asks for a glass of tap water, there should be no argument and it should be graciously given. I'm very disappointed in the service today. Delicious pastries! The focaccia was good but the Mini Frittata wasn't impressive. I will definitely go back for the cannoli and apple bun. The layout and presentation of the pastries looks amazing.
