Dr. Anna Sri is a lovely person and it really comes through in the way she cares for her patients. I avoided going to the dentist for too long because of a horrible experience with a previous one. She immediately calmed my fears and patiently explained what was happening through each dental procedure. She is gentle but thorough and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her if you are the least bit worried about visiting the dentist. She and her staff will take great care of you! read more

Not sure why all of the reviews are so good for this dental facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE. I need some dental work done and was not happy with my previous facility so I called and made an appointment here. The earliest possible appointment was a month out and I was fine with waiting a bit to have a good dentist experience. When I spoke with the receptionist to make my appointment I gave her my insurance information and she said that they take my insurance and I would be good to come in and use my insurance. Today I get a call (just a few days before my appointment) with them saying that they actually don't take my insurance. When notifying me about how they don't accept my insurance the woman on the phone was explaining it to me as if it were my fault that I didn't give my information correctly the first time, which is not true how would I give my insurance info incorrectly when the woman found it perfectly fine on her end that makes zero sense. When the first woman I made an appointment with took my insurance information shouldn't she have seen that and told me that they don't accept it? Why did I only get notified about it just a few days before my appointment? Wasted my time waiting for my appointment here when I could have made an appointment elsewhere. Looks very bad and unprofessional on their part. Don't go here. read more

Hi, well let's start off by saying how TERRIFIED of dentist, all dentist no matter what kind they are,and getting any dental work done!! I have the worst phobia of dentist and always have, It gets to the point I get physically ill and because of this my teeth and gums have suffered immensely over the years. This all changed when I had a tooth ache and knew I was going to have to put "big girl pants"on and find a dentist who could help with not only my toothache but the phobia I had, thank you google! YEP, I googled dentist that specialize in dental phobias and there she was right there in front of my eyes, Dr.Sri! I read her bio and read her patient reviews( I put a lot is trust in this )I took that HUGE step and called her office to try to be seen. I talked to her front desk person Gabby about my issue, the whole time I'm in tears on the phone with her but she was patient and understanding and set me up right away to be seen, for a consultation first, kinda a meet and greet the doctor appointment. I have to say even knowing I was just going to meet the doctor and discuss my issue I was still a nervous wreck, shaking from anxiety and crying again, but once I got there Gabby calmed me down right away, she was very friendly and informative about what the doctor and I would discuss that day. Then here she comes, Dr.Sri, she came into the waiting area where I was sitting, a very small, cozy,and inviting area I might add. I was a little surprised she came out to the waiting area and sat on the couch with me( in the past they usually take you to an office setting) she introduced herself to me and told me a little about what type of Denist she is and how she works with lots of patients that have the same phobia as me. Dr.Sri asked what she could do for me, what do I want out of my visit? I told her I guess I just want you to fix my toothache that's all! Dr.Sri said ok I can do that for you no problem, so while sitting on the couch in the waiting area she turns towards me and says " now I'm going to ask you to open your mouth and show me which tooth your talking about, but I also need you to smile, then open your mouth wide for me too so I can see all your teeth." CRAP! I'm in tears again, shaking and ready to bolt out the door by this time, but I'm here for her help, she was doing everything in her power to make this as comfortable for me as possible, while calming my nerves reassuring me lots of people have the same issue I have. Fast forward to appointment day, in tears, again a nervous wreck,Im greeted by Gabby at front desk, and right away she starts talking to me to distract me ,she's a Godsend, this lady is a pro at calming you, she seems to know the things you like to talk about (for me it's my family) ...but then she opens the door and escorts me back to THE CHAIR,she helps me to get comfortable all the while just talking away, reassuring me I'm in good hands and I'm going to love Dr.Sri and how she's going to fix my tooth for me and I'm going to feel better right away. It was done in no time and Gabby stayed with me the whole time and would even grab my hand when she seen I was about to loose it again. Dr.Sri and her staff are top notch! They go above and beyond to help calm my nerves, they take their time and help me to relax by just talking to me. She's a Rock Star. I have had a few caps done (4 of them) to my top front teeth which changed the look of my teeth and I finally SMILE again without covering my mouth for the first time in over 20 years, my kids tell me they love to see me laugh without covering my mouth something they grew up seeing but never quite understood why, thank God their love for us is blind and they never asked me why I did that and I never had to say because mom hates her teeth! I have tons and tons of work to be done,and had a dental plan all worked out step by step but a little hiccup called sepsis (due to a kidney stone) came along last July and almost killed me, fast forward a year later and my doctor giving me the ok to proceed with my dental care, (some of it surgical ) I'm back and ready to get started. I trust in Dr.Sri and she's doing everything she can to help me with this process knowing I don't want dentures has made this a huge project for her, and I have to see a couple of other specialists to see if our plan is possible. Dr.Sri wants you to be happy with your results so she's willing to come up with a few options for me,a plan A and a plan B just in case things change again or we can't do what I want there is plan B and it's still not dentures!!! Dr.Sri is an amazing, CALMING,caring, attentive, thoughtful, person she listens to your fears, and offers solutions to help with them . Dr. Sri had been my provider for many years, and this review is way overdue. Dr Sri is a gem! Not only is she an excellent provider, but an amazing human being. She really cares about her patients and their well-being. I have a complex dental history and I have always felt heard and well taken care of. I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Sri, Gabby and Christina! They all make me feel so welcome and at ease every single time I come in! Especially Dr. Sri! I am terrified of dentists! So afraid! Shaking legs, anxiety and so much more. It's so bad I'm embarrassed to admit I avoided the dentist pretty much at all times! Unfortunately going through chemotherapy and other treatments at 23 for breast cancer left my teeth weak, brittle, broken and in need of dental work. I looked around and found no one I felt I'd feel safe with. Luckily my mom was already going to Dr. Sri And was raving about her and how great she was! (My mom is also afraid of dentists like me.) So I made an appointment and I am so glad I did!! First off Gabby is wonderful and her smile lights up the front office! She makes making an appointment so so so easy! Quick to text or call back and ALWAYS ready to help in anyway she can! Dr. Sri is just as amazing and great! She is so so caring about her patients and in 2019 with how busy doctors are that's hard to find. With Dr. Sri the moment I met her I knew she was going to be able to help me and I immediately felt at ease and SAFE with her. I'm so glad I made an appointment with this team of beautiful ladies! First off let me say I have avoided going to the dentist for years and when I finally found her and her staff I can't say more about the kindness and comfort they all bring! I have needed several procedures done and received awesome treatment! I would recommend all those that fear going to the dentist to try them out! They do offer oral sedation which worked for me and very hopeful of future visits I will not need. I finally have found my forever dental group! I highly recommend Dr.Anna Sri and her staff!! I have been a patient with Roseville Smiles now for about 5 years. I have not had a lot of work done on my teeth, but the work I have had done I was comfortable and happy when Dr. Sri, Gabby and Christine were doing it. I have a low gag reflect and dentistry is always hard for me. Everyone from the time I walk into the office until I leave make me feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. The dentist office is not always a pleasant place to visit, but necessary. If a loving, caring, and safe place is what you are looking for to get your teeth cared for, this is the place for you. Dr. Sri is such a wonderful dentist! I am not a fan of dental treatment whatsoever so even making an appointment seems to be difficult. Dr. Sri and her staff, however, helped to make each step as easy as possible. Dr. Sri offers oral sedation to help with the anxiety associated with dental treatment, which I of course recommend based on personal experience, but aside from that her approach at each visit and patience with each question help ease you through the appointments.
