This auto repair shop is excellent! I've always come here for 3 years. Today I came to replace my oxygen censor and get oil change. Mr. Thoi said the price for changing the oxygen censor was $150, and I already knew oil change was $20, so total was $170. He finished after an hour. Then he charged me only $150 and gave me $20 discount since he knew I'm an international student. He always tells me what I really need to fix, and what I don't need to to save money for me. I know some places tell you to fix lots of things to take your money. I always pay by cash so not sure if they accept cards. I'll ask next time. Mr. & Mrs. Thoi and the mechanics are very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Thoi talks to me a lot when I wait for my car. Hope they have more & more customers! read more

A mom and pop auto shop located in a auto shop strip mall. There quite a bit of them so make sure you goto the right one. It does engine service, brakes, and all the other car stuff, but it's really cheap for body work like paint jobs or fixing hoods (in my case). Easily the best prices I've found and a lot of parent's friends go here. In fact, friend of mine who goes there way too much always brings beer for them when he goes. They do a real good job, i have my hood fixed here, the grill and headlight replaced, a touch up job, and my brakes fixed and been happy each time. How my poor car got in an accident is a story for the ages (it wasn't me). The downside is their english isn't that great, the owner is vietnamese so you'd be in luck if you speak vietnamese. But I don't let the language barrier prevent me from saving money and neither should you. read more

I experienced a hit&run on my precious car a couple weeks ago and needed some fixing. My impression of auto body shops are that they can be shady if you don't find the right ones. It's all about recommendations. So I asked around and was recommended this place. Being the anal/curious person I am, I did some research myself anyways and got some quotes from other local shops to compare. I should of just save some time and listened to my friend in the first place because Mr. Le gave me the lowest quote. I think it had to do with the tip my friend gave me: bring a six-pack of Budweisers. Not Bud Light, not Heineken or Coronas. It has to be Budweisers because apparently, thats the only thing he drinks and nothing else. Strange, but hey, the man knows what he wants. Anyways, needless to say, Mr. Le fixed the damages at a great price. My car is beautiful again. read more

So he basically lied to my face & told me he could the the job and didn't even do it. Charged me $100 for basically nothing since he didn't do what I originally went for. Terrible service. This place was recommended to me around the year 2000 by a close acquaintance who was in the auto repair business. My first time here was for some body work. The work was on time, good and the price was even better. Over the years I have returned many times for all kinds of services: body, mechanical repair and maintenance. I recommended this place to several friends of mine, all of whom seemed to be pretty satisfied. One of these guys even commented that Mr Thoi (the owner) is like a priest working as a mechanic. .I take that as an endorsement of Mr Thoi's integrity/honesty. Took my car here on recommendation from my roommate after a Pep boys said my AC needed replacement for $1700 and that they needed to keep my car for over half a day after claiming they attempted to recharge my AC and it didn't work. Mr. Le is a great guy with great integrity of a mechanic you can find. I know him for over 9 years and I have been his loyal customer ever since 2001. It was a surprise for me to find his shop on here because I didn't even know his shop was on Yelp. So now that I know, I guess he deserves a good rating for all his excellent services over the years. I can say that Mr. Le has the integrity of a person that I rarely find in other mechanics. If certain things need to be fixed, he'll tell you. And if you don't really need to fix it, he'll tell you to hold onto to it to save the cost. Magic Auto Center does an excellent job on all 4 of my vehicles that I've owned over the years. And I have recommended many of my friends to come to this place and they all have been happy. I've known the guy for over 9 years, people! Love this place! This place is honest as they come. It's a little hard to find. Don't expect fancy stickers or door mats for your car. There's no complimentary coffee, no TV, and NO JACKED UP prices. Got a killer deal on factory brakes. Oil change is only 20 bucks and change transmission is only 35 for my 2001 Accord. The place is truly a mom and dad shop. I had a light scratch on the right side of my car and a scrape on the left. The dealership wanted $1183 to repair it. I found Mitchell's review and thought I'd check this place out. On my way over I stopped by a few other places. Chau's wanted $800, Auto Body Collision wanted $600, Pro One Auto Body wanted $780, CN Auto Body wanted $750, and Phu's Auto Body wanted over $1200 (which is more than the dealership!). The bottom line: Magic Auto wanted $550, they took two days, and they did a good job. They asked me to come back in a few days for shine and buff, which is annoying since the place is a little out of my way, but when I got there they shined and buffed it and also noticed that the color was not quite right and offered to repaint it free of charge. It doesnt get more honest than that. Their english is actually better than a few of the other places I stopped by at, especially who I thought was the owner. read more
