    Crispy bacon, hash browns, toast.

When you want a small town cafe, Rosie's fits the bill. The bacon was crispy and eggs & hash browns like Grandma used to make. Although there is a small menu on the napkin holder, you just tell them exactly what items you want and they'll put it on a plate for you. The service was friendly and fast for us.

Looking for a nice little hometown food. This is the place to go. Seating is limited. Service is pretty good. Food was pretty good. I had the biscuits and gravy. It was creamy and good. The biscuits weren't anything special but it all worked out. The eggs and toast were tasty. Enjoyed the meal.

The best food!!!! Tory our waitress was fabulous. All home cooked food made from scratch. We ordered the same breakfast and had 2 pancakes (large), 3 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, a cinnamon roll, and hash browns. The food was so good that I need to apologize to my grandmother, Rosie's is better than hers. If you don't take the time to go here you're really really missing out. 15 out of 10 stars.

Breakfast French Toast and slice of ham!!

Awesome service with a smile, and great breakfast!! Will definitely be back! Thank you Rosie!!

Great little cafe with friendly staff. If you are looking for a classic homemade breakfast in a cozy old restaurant this place is perfect. You order off the menu on the wall... loved it.

A lousy breakfast, and even more lousy service, I much prefer the original pancake house, but they are busy, but it's a great breakfast

There was only one waitress but she was attentive and friendly. The menu is your typical "diner" food including breakfast served all day. I got the breaded chicken sandwich which was steaming hot when it arrived. The tots were delicious and my friend enjoyed her BLT with hash browns. I also tried the 8th Ave Fav dirty soda which was refreshing. The only negative was the smoothie had chunks of ice in it. Worth the stop if you're driving through Pipestone.

We sat ourselves and a waitress named Ella came over after a few minutes and said "do you want a drink?" My husband: Do you have a Diet Coke? Ella: no My husband: ok, I suppose it's a diet coke. She looks at me never saying a word. I said I will have a coke, and Ella walks away. Again, no acknowledgment. Ella walks back to our table, again not saying a word with her writing pad and pen to take our order. So, we both ordered a burger which came with fries or potato chips, which we were never asked which one we preferred. Ella brings both orders to our table, and walks away again not saying a word. I looked at my order and it had no fries; my husband's was fine. So, I waited hoping Ella or someone would come back to let them know, but nothing. I noticed Ella hiding behind the donut counter texting on her phone. She was there a good 5 minutes, then hurried and put it in her back pocket. I showed my husband and he was like wtf?!? He walked up and let them know at the front counter that my order had no fries or chips. Eventually an older woman brought my french fries out. Ella never came back to see if everything was fine, if we needed anything. No one did. She was slowly walking around the small diner pretending to sweep. My husband had to go to the front counter yet again to get refills on our soda. The food was good, the service needs a hell of a lot of work! Not friendly at ALL!!! Or attentive. The small diner was cute and clean which is why they get 3 stars. Which this place has potential, they just need new management and training. The burger was very dry, french fry's were good but too late so I brought them as well as my burger home to my chickens.

The food was very enjoyable, I got the Chicken Strip basket and it was delicious, real chicken, good fries and toast. My family got the Pickle Burger ("really good"), the Cod Platter ("flaky and delicious") and the Reuben ("needed more sauerkraut, but otherwise good"), as well as the Cheese Curds which I think we all liked. The Waitress was fantastic, friendly and helpful. We did arrive directly before a special event that they were closing early for but they still let us sit and order even though we made them a little late, which we are extremely grateful for! That does not go unnoticed. A very friendly environment, it seems like a place that would be a local favorite. I'll definitely visit again, although we do live about 45 miles away, but it was rather enjoyable and a rare, unique little spot.
