This is my second time here and the good is still on point! I got my go to beef hard shell taco and birria tacos. The drive thru is the best especially when I don't have time to run in. Rosie's is my go-to Taco Tuesday lunch spot when I have time to make the drive from work. The Tuesday special is 4 street tacos and a drink for $7.75. My favorite is the Al Pastor, but you can get carne asada and pollo as well. The tacos come open-faced on a plate with a good amount of meat, onion and cilantro. You also get a large poblano pepper! The flavor is excellent and the tacos are filling! They have squirt bottles of red and green hot sauce to accompany your meal. I've also had the standard tacos and they are good and filling! Two is enough for me. The burritos are also a good choice; they are packed with meat and goodies. The interior has a few small tables, some larger long tables and a countertop spot for singles. There's a few tables on the patio that faces west just outside the entrance. The employees are busy but they've always been friendly to me. The food comes out pretty fast as well. I recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it! read more

Waited 45 minutes in Cinco de Mayo for 2 burritos and 2 tacos. Wasn't even that busy, no more than 5 people waiting. Some people were there long than us. We asked for a refund and bailed. No sense of urgency in the kitchen, either. Waiting 45 minutes for take out and not even having our order started yet when they weren't busy is the craziest thing I've seen in takeout, ever. I'm upping my review to 5 stars. Though my favorite person that worked here no longer does, the food is consistently good. I usually order from the Toast app, which is so-so. That's okay. They are always prompt, courteous, and nice to me. If a person has a bad experience, I wouldn't immediately give a bad review unless they did something really bad to me, like throw water on me on purpose, or cussed me out. This has never happened to me anywhere, BTW. I recognize that these are people running this restaurant and making the food. Please treat people nicely and not rudely. They are not your slaves or servants. Humans can make mistakes and I think once in the many times I've ordered, they made a mistake. They're human. Give people grace. The mistake they made, they apologized when I brought to their attention and they remedied as quickly as possible. If you don't like the taste of the food and you don't think it's good and you're leaving a 3 star, that seems reasonable. But because they made a mistake and put cheese when you said NO CHEESE. I don't think they were singling you out trying to make your daughter sick. It was a MISTAKE. I was out running errands and found myself near Rosie's Taco Shop. After a quick look at their menu on Yelp, I knew I wanted their shrimp and fish tacos. I arrived on a late afternoon, way past the lunch rush so the place was practically empty. The restaurant was clean and offered ample seating. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I was probably in and out in ten minutes or less. The food was very quick and fairly priced. I originally planned on taking my tacos home to enjoy, but I couldn't help myself. I practically devoured them in the car before leaving the parking lot. They were that tempting! One area of concern is the Styrofoam packaging. It looks like the burrito was put in there still hot which caused the Styrofoam to melt to the bottom of the burrito, that's definitely not healthy. Came here with my son for the first time. The food was good. The Jamaica and Horchata was absolutely disgusting it tasted like sugar water .The service was ok... I watched the cashier play on her phone and eat Burger King that she had delivered to the restaurant (in between customers) without washing her hands. I had high hopes for this taco shop since it's along my daily commute route. I watched its construction when it started off as an empty lot and was excited when I found out it would be a taco shop. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We had chips, guacamole and queso as an appetizer. The queso was pretty runny, however the salsas were decent, with both varieties having a unique spicy kick. We had a variety of tacos (fish, carne asada, pastor and grilled chicken). They were decent, some of the meat seemed dry and glazed with sauce. Overall, it was a solid good. I felll in love with this place IMMEDIATELY!!! The inside is smaller, grab and go out sit inside so I decided to grab and go via drive thru, as it was late and after my workout class. The fella at the drive thru window was hilarious but super Friendly and so was his peer. I can't pronounce their names but both deserve raises!!! I ordered the carna asada fries which were .. at first I was skeptical negate I forgot to tell them to not add guacamole as I'm only a fan of one establishments guacamole but then when I tried this delicious concussion I was in heaven! Gave this place a try not knowing much. The counter person made me aware of the special of the day (street tacos) and I got just that. I also ordered chips and salsa. I sat for a few moments and I got up to ask if I could have the chips and salsa first. The person behind the counter told that my food would be up soon anyways!! Cmon, chips and salsa first!!! The person did eventually bring the chips first. The tacos were good, but I've had better. The drink cup is a sippy cup about 4oz. The salsa was ok. I wasn't quite full with the street tacos so I ordered a ground beef and shredded beef crispy taco, again, just ok. I usually measure a taco joint by their shredded beef tacos. Personally, I think the food quality and presentation is not on par with the price point. The drive thru service isn't very good. They are usually not super friendly or accommodating. Was told about their Breakfast Burritos from a friend about their breakfast burritos. My wife and stopped there yesterday morning to try them. LITERALLY the best breakfast burritos I've ever bought. They are FULL of what ever meat you order, Ham- Bacon - CHIRIZO- - Steak - Sausage. The FRESH tortillas are amassing. Needless to say we are back this AM to get another one.
