Rude doesn't begin to describe how I was treated. I had been looking at one of their cars for some time and had spoken to a sales person on two occasions about the car and decided to drive over and take a detailed look at the car and was planning on buying it (it was a rare color and the exact model I wanted). I walked into the dealership and two men were on the couch chatting when I walked in. One of them looked up at me when I walked in but didn't acknowledge me so I figured he was a customer. I walked up to the front desk and waited, stuck my head into the showroom and looked around, walked back to the front desk and nobody acknowledged me. I began to walk out and the one guy (who turned out to be the owner) asked why I was leaving? I said that nobody even said "hello, we will be right with you" so I guess i'm not welcome. He said "I only deal with one person at a time" to which I said that's fine but if you came into my office and I was busy I would say "I'm with someone but I'll be right with you, have a look around". The owner said "I don't do that". I walk the door realizing I don't want to shop here based on the brief exchange and he follows me to the curb and he said "You know what, don't f'ing come back here. You probably can't afford to shop here". I then shared with him how I felt about Rosner Motorsports and left. His sales person called me about 45 min later and said he saw the entire exchange on the security cameras and apologized and was embarrassed. I don't write reviews but based on this mans approach to me although he knows nothing about me, his rudeness to me as customer, and the fact that he feels it's was fine to insult me and pass judgement on me and my ability to afford a car leaves me wondering why this is okay? read more

I have been searching for a Porsche Boxster S for several months. I even bid on a couple of cars on a popular national auction web site but was unsuccessful. In one of my many internet searches, I found a 2008 Boxster R60 Spyder on Rosner Motor Sports website. I completed an inquiry request thinking someone would contact me in a day or so. To my surprise Gil Hodges called me within 20 minutes. We talked and negotiated a price that evening. When I arrived at the showroom the the next day I was surprised again by the amazing condition of the car. I have never seen a unrestored 14 year old car as clean as this one. Gil was very personable and I found we had several interests in common. We sealed the deal and completed the paperwork very quickly. The whole buying experience was low key and completed without any high pressure. I know my prices and feel like I got a good deal on a much better than average condition car. When I picked up the car a couple of days later, I met the owner Mr. Rosner who also very friendly and seemed like a regular guy. While completing the deal and picking up the car, I looked at most of their inventory and was very impressed. All of their cars are very special and all look like they are in perfect condition. This is the most amazing place. Hard to walk in and not buy a car. They have super clean cars and really good prices. I got my dream car, 2012 Maserati GT Convertible. Al and Eddie made me feel very comfortable. Both are no pressure and very knowledgeable about the different cars they have. I had my eye on this one car and we were able to come to a deal. I even got a 3 year warranty. Since I am a snowbird, they offered to store my car for me until I was ready to pick it up. My car was well taken care of and when I came to pick it up, it was spotless and ready to drive! Agata handled all my paperwork an got me the license plate I wanted and a great price on the warranty. All I can say is......WOW! After a year of looking for the right car,thought I found the best deal on the market on a Porsche 911, But when i got there I felt like a kid in a candy store. The variety of luxury exotic cars was incredible! and all in air conditioned showroom, and showroom condition. Couldn't make up my mind between an SL600 V12, The Porsche I went there to buy, and a beautiful SL550 like brand new and mint in every way with all options! All well priced. Family owned with Al, the owner with Andrew his assistant were as accommodating and friendly as could be. Ended up buying the SL550 and they worked hard to get me the best low rate financing, and what a pleasurable experience my wife and I had! even after we already bought the car, and were going to leave, Al spent another half hour with us going over all the options and amenities with us, something he didn't have to do. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership with only the photos online to go on but I was very familiar with the make and model. When we arrived at the dealership , our salesman Brett, who was great all through the process, presented us with exactly the vehicle shown in the detailed pictures and as it was described. Upon my OCD-ish inspection I noted an item that was a bit disappointing to me but no deal-breaker and it was taken care of without hesitation. Earlier this year I spent two days test driving cars at Rosner Motorsports and drove cars multiple times before negotiating on the purchase of a 2013 Porsche Boxster. I worked primarily with Brett, who from the beginning was responsive, accommodating, professional and fair. I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection by a local certified Porsche mechanic and they identified some missed maintenance items. Worked with Brett to have those items addressed before purchase.
