Unfortunately, the pricing was never clearly explained and seemed to change throughout the appointment. The most frustrating part was that I was left with one bathroom sink completely unusable. After being told one of the new fixtures would not match, I asked that the original parts simply be reinstalled so both sinks would remain functional until I could get the correct fixture. That request was declined. The technician left with the original sink parts, leaving me unable to put the sink back together myself. When I asked for a firm date to complete the work, I was told it would be "maybe Tuesday or Wednesday" the following week, while also being told the return visit would cost substantially more. What I found especially frustrating was that the company was able to schedule my original appointment the same day I called, but after leaving my sink unusable, there was no definite return date. To make matters worse, the toilet I originally called about is now running again, and the new faucet that was installed is already coming apart. I called a plumber to fix a running toilet. Instead, I ended up with a running toilet, a failing new faucet, and one less working sink than I started with. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting every quote, every pricing change, and every scope-of-work detail in writing before authorizing any work.

My primary point of contact for this job was Jeremy. He was actually another reason that I went with Super Bros, as I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything or push me into doing something I didn't want or need. He was clear about where there were options and where he has seen challenges from a project like mine in the past. His experience and demeanor were what locked it in for me. After agreeing to use Super Bros, the next week I was met by Mike, who walked through with me as he was point on the project. I work from home so I was around for the entire thing, but I can honestly say that there was barely any disruption to my workday. Yes, the water was off for one of the 3 days of work, but other than that and the expected noise of cutting out metal pipes here and there, the disruption was nearly invisible. We had an unexpected issue arise when our kitchen counters guy was working the day prior, when we discovered our dishwasher was not installed correctly to code and that our angle stop shutoffs under the sink were not functional. The young man Iverson sent to us was only here for a couple of hours and very efficiently reconfigured our drain, installed a code complaint air gap for our dishwasher, replaced our angle stops, and reinstalled our garbage disposal without any further issues.
