The cool thing about this ROSS is open until 11pm! SCORE!!! Coz I like it, when I can shop "IN PEACE" after work and ODD Hours. This recent visit was on Saturday August 16th 2014. I want to preface this review with a short notice: IT'S NOT THE BUSINESS THAT'S BAD, IT'S THE CUSTOMERS. With that being said, the store is a mess. Not due to organization on the Ross staff's part, it's the customers. Having clothes thrown everywhere on top of, below, and inbetween racks is purely because of the apathetic crowd that shops here. They got great deals! And that's been proven time and time again by the unbelievably LONG LINES that form here at ALL HOURS. I'm talking 25-45 people waiting in line to buy. It could just be that they are THAT popular, but also could serve as a point of improvement on Ross' end. In summary, not a good experience. Try coming here on a weekday morning. Ross is okay but TJ max always has better stuff in terms of quality and variety so I tend to end up there if I'm in this plaza. I can to Ross to get dog Halloween costumes and found the selection cheap and tacky compared to their competitor's selection. All of the dog clothes were of thin fabric and looked mostly like t-shirts. The women's dresses here are also pretty tacky. Imagine sequins and shiny dresses that are dated. Come here for home goods like Tupperware, shower curtains or bathroom rugs. You'll always find a better deal here than you will at other home goods stores (unless it's a TJs or marshals). read more

If I could select a 0 star rating for this ROSS store location's so called "manager" on duty, the date of my particular visit, I would. My review is due to what I feel was a Very NEGATIVE Customer Experience I suffered at the hands of this so called manager there, later identified as a female, 1st named Stephanie, who flat out refused to process my refund for a clothing item that I attempted to return at this specific Aurora, Colorado ROSS store location, although I correctly had everything that was required from me, as a Customer, which included the brand new clothing item, unused, unworn, unwashed with tag still attached + The original receipt with the item clearly on it, and was also within the 30 days requirement to receive full refund of my original payment. Regardless of all of this, that ill-trained, so called manager refused to process my refund because she stated that the clothing item was, as - she - determine, mis-tagged and that the price on the tag,-- in her opinion, -- was suspicious because the item was priced too high!--Therefore I would have to return to the original ROSS store location on the purchase receipt to receive refund of payment for this specific item's return! ---WTF! ROSS's stated store policy is that you can return any of their purchased items at any of their store locations;--Even out of State purchases;-- to the best of my knowledge. I feel like this so called manager person basically INSULTED me regarding her poor handling of this Customer Experience situation, and she pretty much fell just short of ACCUSING me of being a common thief! My prayer is that, for the remainder of her shabby life, that "everyone" she encounters treats her poorly--It doesn't matter the reason, --I'd just like her to feel the same frustration and humiliation that I suffered at her hands. Sometimes, some people take their little so called "job" position so seriously, that they forget their own humanity!--Linear thinkers do NOT make good Customer Service personnel. They tragically cannot figure out how to resolve even the simplest situations or issues. I don't know how it is exactly, a business like ROSS trains the people that they choose to represent their operation, but I do feel they NEED to strongly improve their training regarding Customer Service, Experience and overall Business protocols. Either this, or simply be more cognizant of the types of immature people they decide to hire. I believe that this female employee is either massively ill-trained, or could this situation have been avoided if Stephanie was a mature and overall better person to begin with. Regardless, to avoid more stress for myself, I did return to the original store that was on my store receipt, although it was much farther away;--the ROSS Aurora store was actually very close to my home, which was why I went there to begin with;---In all fairness, upon returning to the much farther away original ROSS store with the item I chose to return and with my receipt of payment, the personnel there processed my refund promptly, and without question. Thank God that store wasn't out of State! --This very difference in Customer Experience oddly reinforced my initial feeling that something was DEFINITELY WRONG with Stephanie, the so called manager at that Aurora, Colorado store location. I found it necessary, and wanted to share my ill Customer experience with as many folks as possible; I also decided and have contacted the ROSS store corporate offices regarding my Disappointing Customer experience. read more

I love ROSS. I can find cool stuff for the house, cute cloth for the little's as well as toys, and even something for me or the Mister. Close to home. Yes, the lines are long most day, but they move pretty fast. I have never had issues with their customer service. There's usually plenty of items. When people complain about it being "messy", well , thank your fellow customer. Pick up the damn shirt you just dropped. That is hardly the employee's fault. read more

Yes! What a popping location! Clean floors, clean bathrooms. Don't be fooled by the long lines, the Cashiers are quick and friendly too! There's lots of inventory to choose from, shelves & racks full of goods, and you can tell by how busy it was that it's a very popular location. They have a big selection of home goods and judging by all the people looking through the racks of clothes, that there's quite the variety of clothing to choose from. This is definitely the Ross location to go to! (Oh and if you can't seem to get enough bargain shopping... TJMaxx is right across the parking lot!) Yes!!!! read more

I use this store for Amazon lockers, it's extremely difficult to arrange pickup around my work hours though. The business hours listed online are not correct and for that I'm leaving a 1 star. I showed your night managers the hours listed and told her I'd be 2 minutes at 10:12pm right after she had made the store closing announcement. With all this explanation she should have let me receive my packages. Thanks to this I'll be now returning to this location out of this inconvenience. I went in this store to return something. I stood in line where only one cash register was open. Store manager Sandra was at the register. She was extremely rude. She made a big fuss about why I shouldn't be standing in different line even though there was only one cash register open and there was no one behind me. Extremely POOR customer service she does not even deserve one star. If manager behaves like that I wonder how her trainees will perform. I like this Ross Store. It's not as nice as the one at Southlands, but quite a bit nicer than downtown. It can get crazy at times, though.

It's a typical Ross. Disorganized and busy and not always the most savory folks either. I arrived at this one a little before closing. They close their dressing rooms a half an hour before the store closes. Not sure if that is so the staff can get out on time or if they have issues with folks being in there at closing time. This is the first time I've ever been in a store that does this. I did pick up a couple things while I was there but it was a quick shop. And I didn't really feel comfortable outside that area after dark. Perhaps it was just me but it was dark and just a bit uncomfortable. read more

They have the different line to check out and return, but she used station for customer services and ignored me until she felt I was very upset about it. I work for Ross in another State. Our store is small and very clean and organized. When you get into the stores in large Cities however, they tend to get a little messy. Merchandise can get picked over and you may have long lines.....with that being said, this particular Ross is one of the better ones in the Denver area. It's usually way more clean than it's larger counterparts; the lines move fast (mostly because Ross Cash Registers time and score employees on their transaction performance and if employees don't follow it it comes out on a report each week how good or bad they are, so only employees who excel at checking out are typically scheduled to work as cashiers), the selection isn't as picked over as in larger stores, the neighborhood is decent, the employees here are friendly and engaging. When I come to Denver this is the Ross I like to shop at the most, the larger ones I find to be nightmarish (from an employee standpoint) since they are usually messy, picked over and the employees are harried and tend to be curt. The discounts at Ross are better than Wal-mart, TJ Maxx, Kohl's, Marshall's or even Big Lots (go price comparing....I do it all the time and Ross is the leader about 90% of the time). The hours are great as well! I highly recommend this Ross for all of those reasons! read more
