I don't feel like they truly care or value my time as a customer. I ventured downstairs, only to be greeted by a creepy woman security officer who called me "sweetie." I nearly choked to death with her audacity. How condescending and unprofessional. (Hey manager can we get people skills customer service workshop for these folks? ) Thanks! Then, the other officer upstairs running up to me as I exit, asking if I bought something, seriously? What a joke. I know my rights you can't search my purse, I got no bags. Do I look like I got time to be stopped on my tracks for no probable cause? Here's my spell for this place: may it vanish into thin air and be replaced by something much better for the community. I foresee this establishment crumbling under its own weight, and workers--beware--start looking for a new job. May the spirits of improvement bless us all.

Ross has been around for decades and this seems like it has a little Less to dress and snacks galore. It is a good sized Ross but it may not be a place to find the greatest or latest fashion or any classic gear. A good place to look for cheaper clothing.

This Ross is one of the worst Ross stores. I had to stop going there. There is only 1 register open at a time. Always has super long lines. Other workers bullshittin in the isles. I guess team work does not make the dream work at this location. Line down to the dressing room , no lie. Get this girl more help please. 9 registers, 1 open.

Ross dress for less. This is one of the newer Ross stores. Two stories. Has his own private parking lot in the back. Second floor. So if you have a hard time parking at Westlake Mall my suggestion is to park in the Ross parking lot and work your way down. This Ross is modern on the second floor most men's department an housewares on and women's and purses on the first floor. I like this Ross employees were friendly and greet you when you come in and say goodbye on your way out. So come to this Ross it's worth it

Employee following me around thinking I'm going to steal !!! I felt very harassed!!

I can vouch for how fantastic Glen Park is an unique place where I enjoy going here since it's nearby to where I live and has lots of places to enjoy a bit of everything from a place eat and drink. For decades I always enjoyed hanging around Glen Park because it has a good vibe and a model of an ideal residential neighborhood in San Francisco. I am in this neighborhood all the time. It is also a good place to enjoy a place to hike in the Glen Canyon Park. There is a place in the Glen Park neighborhood where they sell lots of fun stuff from books to celebratory cards along with art and it's also a gift shop. On a November autumn stroll through Chenery street in San Francisco Glen Park neighborhood I enjoy going to Perch because it has lots of interesting items available along with some art on the walls. It feels as you stepped inside a small art gallery which sells jewelry, stationaries, special occasion cards, kitchen items, and some good books about drinks and food. Unfortunately, I will never go back after an interaction that I had with the woman who works there today. She has never been particularly polite (she's snapped at both me and my husband), but we were willing to overlook that to support a local business. That changed today. I approached the store with my newborn in her stroller. The woman had her large, nine month old puppy tied to the front door of the store. Since the dog could easily jump on my stroller (it was quite large), I asked if it was baby friendly. I said, "I have a newborn in here, is your dog safe with babies?" And she snapped rudely, "I don't know. That's your responsibility." Mind you, we were literally on our first walk out of the house and had prioritized going to perch to get a little gift for our baby girl. This interaction was so totally unnecessary. Not only should a giant puppy not be tied to the front door, but to snap at parents trying to keep their kid safe is totally inappropriate. Move your dog! Be kind! Ugh I am so done. I will never be back. PS, I should clarify that I love dogs and I am a large dog owner myself. It is our responsibility as dog owners to 1) know how our dogs behave with kids and other dogs and 2) depending on that behavior, take precautions. This woman chose to do neither and was rude to us when we asked her to.

She bought several pieces, thousands worth, including a $750 matress. What the salesperson FAILED to tell us was that the floor model was SIGNIFICANTLY softer that the new one she would recieve because hundreds, if not thousands of people have broken it down. The matress was delivered and immediately we realized that it was hard, like rock hard. Like sleeping on a cement slab. She called and got their standard auto reply of "you just need to break it in" and their "sorry, youre outta luck - too bad for you" attitude. The time it would take to break this matress in to even half of what the floor model felt like would take years. Its completely unrealistic, shes just 1 person! Whats worse is she isnt able to get comfortable and is having lingering effects from loss of sleep and physical pain. She had to buy an expensive mattess topper which slightly helps but still.... NOT THE POINT and not 100% remedied. We tried emailing Living Spaces customer help, customer service and even a corporate email we found and they all bounced back. Its clear they have no intention of helping us. Fortunately there are consumer laws but its a shame we have to even go in that direction. It would have been nice and more importantly it would have been fair for them to not only advise of the difference in feel but remedy the situation by allowing for a courtesy exchange. Jeez, even the ability to correspond would be nice instead of having to resort to alternative recourses. Literally any other mattress chain allowes for at least a 30 day exchange. Alas is the world of having an "older" model phone that isn't USB-C. Pain, misery, agony. Luckily enough, I was able to find an iPhone charging cable here (I got 2 just in case) and it was around $5-6. Pretty steep, but it's high speed and I was in dire straits. It's still working, so it's not a super cheap garbage one, yet. There was one worker here when we went and a good number of people looking around at stuff, but there was no wait for me to check out. I'll be honest, this is the smallest and most barren, cleared out Miniso that I've been to. Canmake shelves were decimated and it a lot of the make up samples were broke and dirty. I wouldn't want to touch any of it or purchase any with my bare hands. NorCal doesn't have an equivalent of Ebisu Life or Fukuya Life, so aside from some other miscellaneous places, this would be the only place I would think to get imported make up off the top of my head and to see it in that state, especially if I really needed something (for a con, etc.), I would NOT be happy. Other than that this location is mostly gifts, blind boxes, make up (no matter how decimated) and very little other goods (electronics, home goods, snacks). There are better, bigger Miniso out there, but this served it's purpose at the very least.
