It's just like any other Ross I've been too, digging through things to find the gems. I will say though they had a lot more size 5 (in women's) shoes then any one I've been to out in California. Since I'm always limited to what I can find, I usually end up in the kid shoe section instead where I did find some shoes I've been looking for. I also found a cute top in the junior section and my mom grabbed a dress and some new luggage for the plane. Prices were great as always. read more

Since I have walked in, the line to check out has been wrapped around the store. Babies are crying, kids are complaining and the adults are upset. Customers with only one or two items are just leaving them and walking out. I'm not sure why the store manager cannot find a more efficient way to check out customers. There are plenty of people working here, they just aren't at the registers. In fact there is one register for checking people out and one more processing returns. I've been in line for 18 minutes and haven't moved at all. More people have queued up behind me and the line is now around three of the four sides of the store. Do not shop here unless you have over an hour to stand around in line. What a colossal waste of time. Whatever bargains you may find end loses value when you spend all afternoon in line. Update: been in line now 40 minutes and there are still at least 40 people in front of me. read more

I love going to Ross for the shoes selection. However this Ross is always stressful because most of the employees are very demanding and condescending. They are very adamant about taking off the hangers yourself to be more time efficient but it feel like that makes a difference. The staff aren't friendly or welcoming. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! The lady in the cashier is always yelling and in a rush. I understand it gets busy but there is no reason to yell and rush everyone in a hurry. But above all she need to learn how to use her customer service and treat everyone correctly. She always has clustered eyelashes and African American. This store manager does not care about the customers who drove to the store to purchase something, ended up waiting on line with at least 20 customers with one cashier! The manager was doing her own work behind the cart with boxes. Is putting the boxes on the cart more than making the customer line get longer and longer. The worst Ross I've ever been to in my life. And I love Ross ! Empty shelves. Horrible customer service . I had a shopping cart FULL of things and for some reason this Ross doesn't let you take shopping carts outside . You have no idea how eager their security was to tell me I can't take my cart outside and literally grabbed the cart from me and told me he will watch it as I take my things to my car . Lol . I went into the store on Saturday around 9pm. I found items to try on. When I went to fitting room to ask a question, the clerk yelled at me for walking near the area with my cart. I decided this place doesn't care about their customers and didn't want my business! I don't plan to shop there again! Ross is a crappy little place, with messy isles, great prices, but you do sometimes end up with leftovers. It takes a certain mentality to shop here, so as long as you set your standards really low, and quickly pass stinky people and crying kids be prepared to save money. But seriously I find something every time, but it's a mess. read more

I think Ross is an OK store with decent items and good bargains, if you have to the patience to look through all that mess; and I usually don't. For that reason, I don't frequent this store...good deal or not. I was drug in here by my friend cause she loves this store and I actually found a couple things I liked, quickly. This is where they remind me completely of Walmart though.... why is there 2 people working as a cashier and you have a line long as I don't know what? Why was 1 of the 2 people doing returns, so anyone that came in to return something got quicker (cause they cut) service? Why is 1 woman who could be on a register standing at the front taking off the size tags on hangers? You see this line, shoot. This was on Friday, Jul 14...at 5:30. It's ROSS...where last year's fashion goes to retire and where fashionistas make miracles out of mismatched, irregular sized, almost forgotten items. ROSS has the tendency to be either really hit or miss. They don't seem to keep a particular item in stock for very long, so if you see it...and you're on the fence about it...you probably want to scoop it up then and there or risk losing it forever. ROSS also has a decent selection of bedding, towels and other accessories for the bath, bedroom and kitchen. What you won't find here is high end clothes/shoes or items that are part of the current fashion trend. Probably better to get standards and basics here...but you can find really good deals on occasion. It's a fashion hunter's dream! Have fun! read more

I went in the other day to browse around as soon as i walked in the doors all i could see was that this store was a big mess. Do they not have people working here? And then i take a look at the line and see that the line is backed up all the way to the dressing rooms!!.... i decided to look around because I havent been at one of these stores in so long as soon as i started walking around I immediately remembered why i stopped coming here..... clothes everywhere on the floor, carpets on the floor drinks spilled everywhere food on the floor i even saw a lady dragging clothes down the isle with the cart she had. I just witnessed the Store Manager Kristina publicly scold a loss prevention employee. Perhaps rather than pullIng him aside in the front of the store to scold him... you could have taken him to the back to speak privately? Last thing she yelled at him was "that is not how we represent the Ross brand"! Is publicly scolding your employees...the Ross brand? Worst customer service ever! I stood in line for fifteen minutes while the cashiers chatted and then when they were done chatting they began their closing duties instead of cashing out other guests. Rozlyn: take a note and greet your guest after making them wait so long and don't get rude when I tell you that the way you packed the bag caused it to rip through the bottom of the bag. The bathrooms are ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I refused to use it after I walked in. The bathrooms smelt like urine, toilet paper ALL over the bathroom, the toilet seats were dirty and there was no soap. Overall the worst bathroom. Not to mention the isles were not tidy, I couldn't wheel my cart into them. I used to LOVE this store, I literally used to buy everything from here. But now it's a shithole. Everything is thrown around on the ground. No size is in the correct area. Half the things are dirty and have stains on them. Every time I have stepped foot in this store there always someone with 12 kids that they can't handle that are screaming and crying like crazy. (I know it sounds mean but literally every single time I have walked into this store, and these rarely ever happens at any other store.) You just have a headache and have to leave. They are always short staffed so plan to stand in line for at least a half hour. Honestly at this point I'd rather just buy the item full price from a real store than go through all the hassle and headaches you get from this place. read more

This store is so busy!! Apparel and home heavy this store provides many options. That being said as a new manager here this Ross is the 3rd grossing store in the DFW area. When I started 3 mths ago this store had 40 employees. With the volume it does it should have 90. (This is not an over exaggeration!). We have a new management team working hard to get this store staffed with good people. The lines are long and people get impatient which is understandable. However, with the area growing like it is even with a full staff this store is going to be busy. So be patient help your cashier by removing hangers for your apparel this little act of kindness does speed up the process of getting you out of the line faster. read more

Truly the Frisco ghetto. Didn't know there was one until I visited this store. I avoided if for the first 1.5 years I lived here and decided to pay it a visit. Worst mistake.
