Unfortunately all the Plato's closets are like this and if your a man then don't even bother going to any of them, there all just "trendy" girl clothes stores now and the selection they have for men is stuff no one would ever wear that they charged $50+ for. Two sales associates deep in conversation at the back of the store (one was steaming merchandise). I guess the conversation was so thrilling that the other sales associate couldn't leave the desk to ask me if I'd like any help/customer service 101. Items were cute but I had the vibe that it didn't make a difference to the store if I was there or not. At least they told me to have a good night when I walked out from lack of customer service!

I'm not too much on the consignment side, although I did hear the owner, Alba was picky. I brought some items and Alba took like 7 things and I got a credit for $30. So that worked out for me as my first time. My experience in the shop is always pleasant. Alba asks when you walk in if "you're looking for something particular?" Or "have you been here before?" Which I think is super kind and welcoming. She knows what she has in the store so you can just say "hey do you have any body suits?" She will let you know yes or no and if she does she'll tell ya where to look so you don't have to waste your time if you're literally in there looking for a specific item. Also, pricing is dirt cheap makes me feel like I am thefting from the place when I check out! I had to walk to the farthest corner of the store to return which isn't good for a senior citizen (77). Imagine my surprise to find out the store couldn't credit my PayPal account (where I had paid them). Instead I was offered worthless Kohls cash. I was told two things at the store; one was to request a prepaid label (found out Kohls does NOT provide prepaid labels) and the second was that Kohls online is a different entity from the store. I came home and called customer service. After spending a total of 21 minutes on the phone with a rep we demanded to speak to a manager who said I should ship the items back. I took the items to my local shipper to return and now I'm out $15.50 ($13.00 for shipping and $2.50 for packaging). I will never shop at Kohls again
